He did an assessment with the issue to ensure it was the appropriate place to resolve. He confirmed that the suspension rods needed to be replaced. I purchased them ahead of time knowing it was a common problem with the unit. He was able to quickly swap them out, calibrate, and I was able to do my test run. Really happy with the services provided with high quality work. Definitely would hire Tino again and recommend to others!

I had a pretty good idea what was wrong due to the error code on my stove. He said it could the main board or the igniter. He did not try to upsell me which I appreciate. He was great guy quickly changing out the igniter. It has a 90 day warranty which is standard. The pricing was good and we all need to understand that it's really expensive for appliance repair plumbers etc to make calls. I went with the a company that got back to me quickly and worked with my schedule. I'm retired and my schedule and time is more valuable than ever before. The latest was this weekend for my Viking refrigerator when it stopped working. I was able to get an appointment on Friday night for them to come out Saturday. Of course they didn't have the part but then again I don't expect them to have every single part for every fridge model on their truck or in their office. The part came in the day after the holiday and they installed it the same day. Hopefully, the fridge works for at least a few more years. No issues with the tech that came out nor any issues with their scheduling. I would use them again.
