I cam in on a Monday to see if I could fix my phone which had gotten wet at the beach the day before but when greeted by Luis and everyone he guideded me through the best possible way to fix my phone by submitting a warranty exchange. I was gonna be without a phone for a few days but I had my watch to still make and receive calls/messages. He later also offered me a good deal on the new Galaxy S22 Ultra and how much trade in my phone had for credit. Before leaving the store that Monday I was able to build a good relationship with the whole staff. It was not till this last Thursday I finally was gonna get my new phone and Stewart was the one helping me. They all immediately recognized me and greeted me with a warm and appreciative feeling. I felt real bad for the long process my device which was gonna give Stewart a hard and long process but he took his time and remained patient and professional at all times. With a little extra guidance by his Mgr I was finally on my way out with my new device. This was a replacement for my galaxyS9+. I did say I was gonna come in next week for the S22 Ultra though. I have been going to several TMovile stores and I always give them lots of respect because they are the ones who have to deal with sometimes problematic customers that don't understand the amount of time it takes to solve troubleshooting issues. However this store definitely ranks Up There in my top 3. And a reason why I've been with Tmobile for 14 years. THANK YOU ALL for providing such amazing customer service. I really hope your upper management has great incentives for your great work. FYI, that place was busy and everyone was engaged with all customers!

Our garage light was flickering so badly it resembled a seizure trigger. I didn't know who to call,…read moreso I searched Yelp and found Ian Marsh of South Bay Electric. There were a series of excellent reviews. I sent hima a message and he got back to me right away. When we spoke, Ian himself walked me through the troubleshooting over the phone. He suggested it could be a bad bulb connection (take it out and clean the contacts) or an issue with the wall switch. Sure enough, it turned out to be our dimmer switch -- it just couldn't hold the charge properly and was causing the constant flickering. What really stands out is that Ian could have easily scheduled a service call and charged me a couple hundred bucks to come out. Instead, he gave me the exact fix for free and saved me the hassle and expense. In a world where so many companies push for paid visits, this level of honesty and helpfulness is rare and genuinely appreciated. While it cost me nothing, it cost him his time.I As a result, I promised Ian I'd write a glowing review, and here it is. If you're in the South Bay and need an electrician you can actually trust, call Ian Marsh South Bay Electric. Highly recommend! Rick

Occasionally, a box may need a small strip of tape, and most employees either tape it for me at no charge or hand me the tape so I can do it myself. At this location, I didn't think twice and used the tape that was sitting out on the counter. It was not hidden, and I did not reach behind the counter. I simply used a small strip of packing tape on a standard box. As soon as Jerry saw me tape the top of the box, he said, "We charge for tape." I told him they should have a sign posted, and he just repeated, "We charge for tape." I was charged $5 for one small piece of tape. For that price, I could have bought an entire roll. The money is not the main issue; it was Jerry's attitude and lack of customer service. If the store charges for tape, that should be clearly posted, and customers should be treated with respect. Very disappointing experience. Customers are the reason businesses stay open, and this location needs to do better.
