I definitely want to give a huge shout out to All the reps here at this T Mobile shop. LUIS, NOAH,LORRAINE AND STEWART who did an amazing job getting into my old phone while it kept powering off during the reset. I cam in on a Monday to see if I could fix my phone which had gotten wet at the beach the day before but when greeted by Luis and everyone he guideded me through the best possible way to fix my phone by submitting a warranty exchange. I was gonna be without a phone for a few days but I had my watch to still make and receive calls/messages. He later also offered me a good deal on the new Galaxy S22 Ultra and how much trade in my phone had for credit. Before leaving the store that Monday I was able to build a good relationship with the whole staff. It was not till this last Thursday I finally was gonna get my new phone and Stewart was the one helping me. They all immediately recognized me and greeted me with a warm and appreciative feeling. I felt real bad for the long process my device which was gonna give Stewart a hard and long process but he took his time and remained patient and professional at all times. With a little extra guidance by his Mgr I was finally on my way out with my new device. This was a replacement for my galaxyS9+. I did say I was gonna come in next week for the S22 Ultra though. I have been going to several TMovile stores and I always give them lots of respect because they are the ones who have to deal with sometimes problematic customers that don't understand the amount of time it takes to solve troubleshooting issues. However this store definitely ranks Up There in my top 3. And a reason why I've been with Tmobile for 14 years. THANK YOU ALL for providing such amazing customer service. These people have terrible terrible terrible service. My mom went in there to pay her bill and her hundred dollar bills were stuck so one of them were not honest and they took a extra hundred dollars from somebody that is elderly and doesn't really know what she's doing they are not honest. I went in to purchase a new phone for my mother and in my mind I knew how much I was going to spend because I did my research. I went in and Mark immediately asked me how he may assist me. He was able to give me the BEST deal there was and explained everything throughly. He has a lot of energy and I asked him to repeat several things over and he gladly did. One of the things I hate the most is going to a place to ask about an item I want and not getting the right help. Well this place is the opposite. Everytime I've gone I have been helped and greeted with enthusiasm. I know the representatives are there to sell but it helps when you get someone that knows what their product is all about. I have had T-mobile for years always get my phones from here I loved it usually would recommend but unfortunately today I was beyond disappointed. I went in because less than a month ago I got my phone and got a screen protector and phone case today I dropped my phone and the screen protector did not work! I spent $60 on this so I went to see if they could help, the first person who helped me was super sweet but then the manager came and instead of listening to me he was being unprofessional, opening my phone looking at my home picture, looking at the ground and/or his shoe making sure nothing was stuck on his shoe and playing with random things that were around him while I asked him over 10 times if there was anything he or anyone could do. Me and my wife had a really really bad experience with Eric the manager after having to come back several times with an issue with my wife's phone the trainee finally called over the manager (Eric) who does not have customer service and seems to respond with an attitude I kind of feel bad for the guys that work there and the trainee which was really cool by the way because (Eric) seems to be a real dick and a compulsive neat freak he really turned my T-Mobile experience into a D-Mobile experience oh and I forgot when I walked out I passed (Eric) on the way out and I said Thank you!! The management team in this location is on point, the manager has the same name as me so we got along right away, made me feel at home and took really good care of me.
