We rented a bunch of LED furniture from Opus. The booking process was easy and they were very…read moreresponsive and easy to book. Even when I added extra furniture the week of they were super accommodating which I appreciated -- but there were a few hiccups along the way. The day before we were given a delivery window - they showed up about 2 hours early, and I was not home yet to meet them. Not knowing anything about what I needed my husband told them to put everything in our backyard. I came home to a stack of high top chairs about 12-14feet high and plastic wrapped. I know this is how they travel, but it would have been nice if they were left in more realistic stacks. Even on a stepping stool I wasn't tall enough to get them unwrapped and down. Then when night came about 2-3 pieces weren't lighting up. I called the next day (the day of the event) and thankfully they were able to send a friend who was coming this way out to replace the pieces. She was super helpful and lovely. As frustrated as I was that pieces weren't working, this extra effort really helped. But then after the party the following Monday the delivery crew again showed up hours early. They didn't even let us know they were there, they just let themselves into our yard took the furniture and left. Had they come when scheduled and let me know they were here I had tip money for them! While I appreciate them not asking for the tip I don't think they should just silently take the furniture. I had a heart attack when I saw it was gone and then had to check the cameras to confirm it wasn't stolen. Also what if our dogs were in the yard? Next time, definitely let people know you're there! Also knocking off one more star because by 10 pm (and the furniture was turned on at about 5:50) 3 more pieces had died and were no longer lighting up including one of the pieces that was replaced that morning. I'm glad the party was full so no one really noticed, but since I paid for light up furniture it was disappointing to have so many issues with it .

The instructions for assembly and repacking were very clear, and the chuppah was exactly as pictured/described. We spent a lot of time trying to find the perfect chuppah... as we wanted to match the vibe of the venue. The Chuppah Studio's selections are incredibly unique and high quality. I finally called Olympus, and I was so thankful I did. The team was understanding, reasonably priced, and didn't make me feel like they were trying to take advantage of the situation. When the crew showed up, they were all very nice and got everything set up quickly. Pickup was also easy and smooth. I posted a picture so you can see what the clear tent looked like at night. We just removed a few bulbs so it wouldn't be too bright, and it ended up looking really nice. After calling a lot of places, I definitely recommend checking them out. Hopefully you'll be as happy as I was!

Working with Omead throughout the process was an absolute pleasure - we changed our minds what felt like a million times and asked a lot of Omead, and he never missed a beat and gave us great pricing as well. They do an awful job listening to what their clients want played. Any questions you ask them about their style they will just say they know that type of music even though they do not. It does not seem that they took into account much of our recommendations. They played so much Latin style EDM music and we did not include any of that in our recommendations. The music that was played for the older African American crowd was AWFUL. We put music in our recommendations and he failed to play them. He didn't even play Marvin Gaye. We had that on our must play and he still did not play it. Unfortunately, after speaking to our Persian guests they did not enjoy the Persian music that much either. He did not play Persian songs that we recommended either. Even during dinner, he played just a few of our recommendations (we provided a list of well over an hours worth of songs for this time specifically). Overall, he did a bad job. The only time he really played music we wanted was when our friend went up to him and told him to start playing music we would like. As for the photo booth, they used the wrong style of photo strip. They gave us a postcard style when we as for a long narrow strip with a different style. So, our feedback is that it this event was very poorly run, we were not listened to and at every turn there were mistakes made.

It slipped my mind to get this logo to Hirad - and 2 days before our wedding, I told him I had a logo I wanted to use... He MADE IT HAPPEN. we had the logo we wanted and a beautiful event. Hirad and team worked hard to make our dream wedding come true. They were professional and kind. We had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with Araj from Bombay rental…read morecompany during a recent wedding I planned. Despite confirming all rental details months in advance, even the week prior and days leading up to the event to make sure everything was correct, the vendor failed to deliver on multiple fronts--and when confronted, took zero accountability. The most alarming issue was the dance floor, which was not secured properly. The outer framing was also left short, leaving sharp edges and was two different colors. We later found out that guests actually fell during the event because of the dance floor. Not only was it unsafe, but the white vinyl wrap as ordered, was also not done and never corrected, even though the vendor claimed to be "on-site the entire time." If that were true, why wasn't any of the issues corrected before guests entered the reception? Yes, claim was at his warehouse was over an hour away, and he couldn't access the items, although his team forgot cocktail tables, and he sent them to go pick them up. The corrections could've been made at that time. In addition, the wrong glassware was delivered and never replaced, wrong trash can liners were provided, wrong linen material, items were left behind and there were other notable oversights. He also tried to charge us for items we did not have on our rental order. We later found out that he sub rented with another company without letting us know and later I told the other rental company to pick up the next day, although my clients could have been charged an extra fee for next day pick up. When we tried to resolve the issue professionally via email, the vendor insisted on discussing it by phone instead of responding in writing to not have a paper trail. Even after that call, we never received a follow-up or resolution. Another red flag: the vendor repeatedly claimed to be associated with Stephanie's Linens, yet they have made it clear to us--directly and professionally--that they have no affiliation with him and do not want to be associated with his business or practices. After working with him for years, they allowed him to barrow their showroom as he does not have an office or showroom himself, as he claims. He told us he was partners with this business and the showroom he visited was their office. This level of negligence and dishonesty is unacceptable. As event professionals, we value our vendor partnerships and aim for collaborative, solution-oriented communication. Unfortunately, this company failed in every category--product, service, and integrity. I do not recommend working with them under any circumstances.
