Not a bad drive from San Marcos. Andy's Repairs do handle warranty issues with your lawn care machines. Which is great when you really need assistant with whatever might be wrong with your lawn machine. There is a service fee based on your lawn machine. Which makes total sense for them to see what is going on. Overall found a great place to go for serving lawn mowers or any other lawn care machine . The service is great and very helpful.

This left us with no way to start on a job we had committed to on that day. We called up Thomas Rentals, they had what we needed and were willing to hold it for us even though we'd never done business with them before. Picking up the equipment was very fast, in and out the door in less than 5 minutes. The people in the office and the yard were very professional and helpful. I bought a Big Green Egg from Jeff's Backyard with a lifetime warranty. They delivered and setup…read morethe BGE in my backyard. One day I went out to use it and the lid would only open half way. It felt like it was binding. I called Jeff's Backyard to ask if there is something that I can do to adjust or fix it. The person who answered said he was the owner and that he doesn't sell the BGE any longer and knows nothing about them. He said I would have to call the Manufacturer. I was sold this BGE by them and for them to just direct me to BGE is very disappointing. I paid them the $2500 and is very disappointing this is all they could tell me. Then this person I spoke with said he is a new owner of two years and there is nothing he would do to help. He was very short and abrupt with me from the moment he answered the call. Please think twice before buying from this place. You would think that he would like to keep me as a customer and help in any way, but nothing. Poor Customer service. This experience was very disappointing.
