The post installation issues are ignored or just provided lip service. My calls were ignored until I contacted marketing and a help ticket was submitted. I wanted to write a good review because I like the product and the salesperson was professional and knowledgeable. unfortunately the installation was awful. The issues were. I sent the salesperson photos of the problems. 1. dropped the old shower door in my driveway and did not clean up thoroughly 2. broke the wall board by the shower and did not tell me. I called salesman and said it would be repaired immediately. it was repaired but painted the totally wrong color. I can't believe the person continued to paint when the color was so much darker. 3. there was a lot of dust on the furniture in adjacent rooms. 4. they took my old shower head which I liked and put one in that was not as good. I paid housekeepers to clean the furniture and dust and a painter to paint the accurate color. the driveway still has glass on it! The company called me and I told them I had everything fixed myself. I recommend to not use this company. there are many choices so look around for better customer service. read more

Boy was this the worst experience of my life. I could think of 15 thousand better things to spend money on, namely $1/song at the main stage at Deja Vu. At least I know better people would've ended up with my money. This "promise" of installation within 2 days sure does sound appealing. Especially when you plan it around you and your roommate being out of the house to avoid inconveniences without running water. Should you do this, plan to arrive home sorely disappointed. EVEN BETTER, plan it to run into a weekend so that they can give you some story about how things just didn't work out and they will have to wait until the following week to finish up. Long and short of it is, a "2 day project" wound up with my bathroom torn up and unusable for a total of 5, almost 6 full days. The selling point at $15k for a shower was that it would be done professionally and completed within 2 days. Turns out, this crappy shower head is already leaking a year later and it took almost triple the amount of time they said they would. Cherry on top though for those of you who have stuck it out this far...my sales rep wrote into the contract to pay for removal of my old cast-iron claw-foot tub, with the understanding that if I were to remove it myself, I would be credited back that charge. It was very clear that it had been removed prior to any workers being there, however they still charged me. When asked about being refunded for this charge, the rep pretended like that conversation never happened and was a pain to get a refund from. Let's just say, it would've been easier pulling teeth from a toddler with gingivitis than it was to get the money back for the work I did. In closing, please never use this company. A "higher-up" called me asking how he could make it better. I told him a discount would be a great start as most of that $15k price tag was for the speed and convenience factor. He evidently felt so bad about it that he decided to come to my home, look at the project, and tell me how sorry he was it was taking longer than they said it was.....and I'll be damned, but it somehow didn't feel as good as them putting some money back in my pocket for this inconvenience. But thank you for taking time away from you other customers to point out how this project was all screwed up... To the HR Rep who probably will read this and try to respond saying how sorry they are for the bad experience...just message me on here and tell me if you're really willing to credit me anything back for the absolutely horrendous experience, I'll send my Venmo information ASAP. While you might think a private contractor/plumber will be more of a headache to deal with, I urge you to opt for that plan. These people will lead you on, dig into the depths of your pockets, and still not deliver a quality product. FOCKER, OUT!!!! read more

Now that the installation is finished I am pretty happy with my Kohler walk-in shower, but potential buyers should be aware of a couple of things: 1. Do NOT count on the installation taking two days as they say it will. Mine took three. It wasn't entirely the installers' fault and I'm not holding it against them. I'm just saying, budget for three days and be happy if they get it done in two. 2. The shower pan is NOT non-skid. If you have any concerns about slipping and falling, buy some non-skid stickers for showers. read more

Pacific Bath did a poor job on our custom walk-in shower project. Sales Rep L was great. Her in-home presentation was so good that I purchased the installation on the spot. She said the lead time was 2-3 weeks. When the installer showed up (2 hours later than I expected) He introduced himself as J and said, "we are going to have fun". After spending over $18,000 I didn't want fun, I wanted professionalism from the installer and a quality installation. I didn't get ether one of those. J was passive aggressive towards me and even my 89 year old Mother. The shower pan was not centered on the drain, The walls were not custom fit to my space and the shower door hanging rail was not level and striped residue was left on the walls. When this poor installation was done, J said his manager would be contacting me and asked for a 5 star review because "I think I deserve it". No contact from the Manager. From this point forward I initiated all contact. The Manager J came out to inspect at my request. He said we can tear it out and start over. Nope not doing that. He mentioned he had never installed a shower himself. He suggested compensation and would ask his Boss. Weeks went by without an answer. He finally texted me that my compensation would be ZERO. No fix and no Customer Satisfaction. The sad part is that normally you share and maybe brag a little about a new upgrade, I've done none of that. I will live with this shower, But not very happily. Before we even got an answer on this we had Luxury Bath install a shower in our Master Bath. They were great and we couldn't be happier. Put Pacific Bath on your DO NOT USE list and use Luxury Bath at 15% less. read more

I am very frustrated and i should have read the reviews first and should have canceled but with a bleeding heart we did not! We were over charged and adjustments never happened and now been waiting for the breakdown but of course the y do not care it 's paid for! And we are stuck. I really wanted a Kohler StoneLux showers installed in my condo. Pacific Bath refused to install two Kohler showers because I live in a condo. The reason was multi-one water source, whatever that means. I responded that I can shut off my water within my condo and affect none of my neighbors. What's the problem? No comment! Perhaps PB uses non-licensed plumbers to install, that most condo associations require for all plumbing work? Pacific is theeee only "Kohler StoneLux franchisee" in the Seattle area. Two points: ONE, I can't get the Kohler shower systems installed in my home because of PB policy. TWO: Kohler is missing out on an incredible amount of business considering all the condos in the Seattle area because of PB policy. read more

I liked the Kohler product line. However, I would avoid this vendor. I signed an agreement in October, 2020. After changes -- without advising me -- I called to ask a question and was told then about the "change." I advised I was not satisfied with what was then proposed and that I was cancelling. I immediately sent a telegram ($250.00 cost) advising of my cancellation. Got confirmation of receipt of this message. Followed this up by certified letter, also got confirmation of receipt. To date I am fighting with my credit card company about the charge for the down payment -- $6,700.00 -- not pocket change, without success. I've tried calling the vendor. Phone is not answered! Beware. You are asked to sign/acknowledge that you can cancel without penalty under Washington State law. Doesn't work. Avoid the headache and loss of your hard-earned money. read more

The install crew did a great job. Up front sale presentation may have been a bit misleading. Kohler is a great product, have many fixtures used in our house under the Kohler brand ... have had only one issue on a ten yr old kitchen faucet which was expeditiously corrected/fixed with their warranty process. This is why we went with the Kohler's walk-in tub versus the other brands .... Kohler earned it, period. read more

If zero starts were an option that would have been my rating. We embarked on a two-day bathtub installation project with Pacific Bath back in October 2023. We are more than five months in and still do not have the installation finalized nor the repairs to our home that were caused by the new bathtub leaking which resulted in destroying three rooms in the downstairs level of our home. They are now trying to forego the loan for the tub upstairs in order to pay for the costs to repair our downstairs. Basically, they are asking us now to pay out of our own pocket for damages they caused in an effort to have our home back to a normal state. Over the past five months, we have sent numerous emails that their leadership team continues to ignore. Beware of promises they cannot deliver. We were advised by our salesperson not to sign the final paperwork if we were not happy with the results. Because we have not signed any paperwork, they refuse to provide a copy of the original agreement. Horrible communication from Pacific Bath other than the PM, who does not have the authority to resolve this situation. They don't care about their customers. I received a call asking for feedback on the installation and was promised the GM & VP would be made aware of this situation and one of them would get in touch with me. The production manager called who was absolutely no help, he just stated " we are not perfect people" and had the PM call me. If you are looking for Kohler products, this company is not worth the headache just to have a good product. Shop elswhere. Do your homework on this company. read more

All went as promised and planned regarding the installation of a new bath and shower. The work and product quality are both excellent. Dan oversaw the work of Abdul and both were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. And all phone conversations with Pacific employees were top-notch. The Covid protocols were properly maintained so there were no problems in that regard, either. Overall, it was a pleasant experience on a project they could cause angst for many. Outstanding company to deal with. Quality product...quality Install....quality custmer service

Buyer Beware: So far this install seems like another rip-off nightmare experience (on top of the last one by Puget Sound Plumbing that had to be pretty much completely ripped out. Of course, PSP just ignored our complaints since we had already paid them in advance...but that's another rant....duh). Now we we are promised a $15,000 luxury shower by a Kohler Rep. So far we are two days into the "project" (first day....the truck broke down, the wrong parts were sent with installers, and we have still not seen or heard from our "project manager." Also so far the new shower pad (floor) is in place and looks pretty much exactly like the brand new one we had to replace to get the "warranty". The soap/shampoo shelf insert is still in the plastic wrap. The shelf itself is purely cheep looking plastic with flimsy looking little slide in shelves, and the "high end" Kohler faucets, plumbing, and shower head with plastic parts say "made in China" on the boxes. We have yet to see the very expensive custom glass door and Luxstone walls, but I already know I'm NOT sticking a plastic insert between them for fear of leakage. (And it was a $700 item!!!) It was impossible to judge the quality of the materials from the photos we were shown. We took the salesperson at his word when he described them as "high end". The installers said they were not authorized to put the insulation behind the shower wall, nor put in the shower ceiling (all of which the salesman told us would be included). Fortunately our carpenter was able to jump back in to do the extra work (in between waiting for the truck to get fixed and bringing in the right materials). We are now insisting that the project manager show up "in person" before we continue. WOW. Buyer beware. I know that in this "post Covid era" we are being told we should lower our expectations and get used to paying twice the prices of 2020 while getting half the quality. But if I'd had the good sense to read the reviews on here before I trusted (yet again), we would not have done this. I don't know how it will turn out, but will update this review when I find out. Right now I am SO OUT OF PATIENCE WITH HIGH $$$ RIPP OFFS! I hope this helps someone else out there who may think twice before signing a "somewhere over the rainbow" contract.... ***Here is the first update....Day 3 of the shower project. The Project Manager did show up! He was nice. He was responsive. He gave us a credit in writing for returning the plastic shelf, and has verbally offered us another credit for the work our carpenter did when we return an invoice for that work. (Sadly, our fancy shower will have no shelf, because this was the only option). I'm beginning to breathe again while still waiting for the plumber to show up. Pacific Bath removed our tub and enclosure and installed a walk in shower. The product is great. Two of the installers, "Junior" and "T.J" were great. They were knowledgeable, and friendly and did an excellent job. All the other people that assisted with things were also great. They covered everything in the adjacent bedroom, and completely covered the flooring and carpet where they had to walk to reach the bathroom. Our installation team was the best! I've dealt with quite a few different contractors in the past and have been fortunate to have experienced great results with most of them. This team was working a good part of the day outside in the rain under a pop-up that looked like it had experienced better days. That didn't stop them from completing our shower on time and beautifully. They exhibited a very high level of skill and expertise, leaving us with a gorgeous and flawless walk-in shower. Start to finish was a disaster! Sales person who met with us sketched out what we wanted, ordered it, then when it came time to install, they could not deliver as promised. So we settled for less, and when they were installing the rain shower head cut through 4 electrical wires, taking out the power in both our kitchen and living room. We had to get our own electrician because theirs was a week out, and we still have not been reimbursed for the $1000 expense. Also please be aware the sales person promised 3.9% and we signed then when came time for payment, it was 7.9%! Ask questions everyone! A very nice woman at the time, came to our house to discuss a installation package. I was very excited about the decided package and signed my husband at the time was in bed. I was also given a 3 day cancellation form. After discussing this with my husband we came to agreement that financially this would not be the thing to do at this time , so I called a summited my cancellation. That same sales person contacted me and and I explained that this was not the right time to do this but when we are financially ready as we had some cc debt and income taxes come up that needed to be lowered and we would be calling back She proceeded to tell me that as we had signed the contract and basically wasted her time, that I would be black balled from their company and that my Credit score would be lowered 1. I was told that the products would not even be here and or ordered until the 3 days were up 2. After ordering the product the installation would not even start for another 10to 12 weeks for our final installation If at all interested I have a copy of all of what was discussed So to be called and threatened in my opinion is very poor customer service with that kind of attitude and the price we will go else where when we are ready read more

I purchased a Kohler shower thru the Pacific Bath company in 2022, and while shower itself is okay, the shelves that were installed fall out. And when they fall out, they take the shelves under them out, so I am not impressed with the quality of the product or the company, especially as I have so far been unable to talk to anyone. I'd like to start off by saying that they have an amazing sales team that seems to specialize in pitching extremely expensive tub installs to unsuspecting elderly people. They were able to convince my 72-year-old disabled father to spend $18,000 on a base model walk in tub. During the process they had to remove his toilet that was never mentioned prior and they were unable to reinstall it properly telling us that we needed to hire a plumber to make the necessary repairs. They also installed the tub with zero tie into the floor or the wall systems. In my opinion, this company prays on elderly people who are faced with a lack of options when it comes to bathing. The fact that they can do this to an unsuspecting person and even sleep at night makes me wonder what the owners of this company are like. Great service on the install of my new bathtub/shower combination. This is the third install from Pacific Bath for my wife and me. First two were a shower and walk-in bathtub in the maser bath, both turned out excellent. The choice to have the guest bathtub/shower combo remodeled was an easy choice. Had my old 20th Century bathtub/shower replaced with a standup shower with solid faux-marble walls and heavy glass sliding doors. The 2-day install was completed in one long day, after the guys offered to stay late and finish up if I would okay it. I did, and they were done in about ten hours, total. Great job. No problems. The demo/installation was performed by two nice guys who worked steadily until the job was done. I paid a premium price but believe I got premium results. The worst experience of my life... and we are not even finished yet! It has been a year since they first replaced my shower and broke the wall hung toilet off the wall, cracked it in half. The shower leaks and they show up for one out of every 10 appointments. I can't even begin to describe the wreckage and shotty work they have done. I've had to have other contractors come to repair both the shower and toliet and each one has said the work was litigation bad. The shower has leaked down three floors and the water damage !!! Even knowing how bad and faulty the work was the managers didn't even try to make it right. If anyone wants to hear the painful details of dealing with this insanely dysfunctional company please just message me. I'd be happy to show you pictures, emails, and cashed checks etc... We've had our new shower for a few weeks now and really love it! To start with, the Koehler product is of excellent quality and looks beautiful. The installation had a little glitch because the wrong pan was ordered, but it was replaced the next day. The workers were polite, professional, quiet and cleaned up after themselves. Tim, the lead installer, even came back a few days later to personally deliver the correct color of shelves for the locker unit. We were very pleased with the whole process and would highly recommend Pacific Bath and the Koehler product. read more

Had issues with install as far as plumber pulling insulation out in crawlspace and leaving crawlspace open to bathroom during month of Feb., Electricians had to come back 3 times to get their work to pass permit inspection and they ruined vapor barrier to the tune of $1000.00 cost to me.door to tub was defective and had to be replaced which took weeks, cannot get enough hot water to take a comfortable bath without turning tank temp to scalding! Tub is loud and splashes water everywhere! Needless to say tub is useless. read more
