I haven never written a review before and I just can't let this be. Repair SUCKS ass!!!!!!!!! It took em 2 weeks to repair my note 2 got it back and and the bottom buttons didn't work thought hey it's ok, week later my screen went out took it back to repair then it took em 3 weeks to repair it lie after lie that there delivery didn't come in. I mean how many times can you tell the same lie. ??! I just got my phone back and it's not working and I will not dare take my phone back to them. I'm so unhappy with them and would neverrrrr recommend them at all unless you don't mind waiting a month for your phone . read more

I'm sure when things go good, they are a good company. However, they have horrible customer service. My repair needed: head phone jack + power port replaced on my note 2. What I was told: parts would come in within 3 days and it would take about 1 hour to replace these parts. This was on March 27th. 1 called once a week inquiring when my parts would come in. Each time they said that it would "come in soon". Also, they said they would call me asap once the parts are in. I call May 4th and they say the parts are in. I'm angry at this point that they didn't call me? So I tell them to cancel my order. They transfer me to a manager who states that there will be a 35% restocking fee!! Restocking fee for what? I never got anything! My experience has been horrible through this company. read more

GPS/location services wasn't working on my son's iPhone 6. Called and was told they could diagnose the phone for $10 and I could bring it right in. Took phone and guy looked at it for about 10 minutes while talking to us. He said it wasn't a hardware problem and was probably due to poor coverage by Sprint. I got out my wallet to pay the $10 and he said that since he didn't do a formal diagnosis there was no charge. Will certainly go back when I have another problem. read more

Love this place!! I thought my phone had water damage, but it was still working. When I called Sprint they told me to bring it in to have diagnostics run on it. The Sprint in Redlands wouldn't touch it. They offered to sell me a new phone, but wouldn't check mine. So, I went around the corner to Repair Em'. It was something minor that they were able to repair and I was on my way with my phone as good as new. I have also brought my phone in when my screen cracked several months ago. PLEASE READ ALL BEFORE WORKING WITH THESE GUYS. I have not had a device repaired with this company, so I am not reviewing based on the tech work itself. I have been doing business with this company pretty frequently and have mainly dealt with the owner. (Kunaal Multani) Throughout our business history I have had nothing but problems. I continued to do business with him because I had been assured that I would not have any problems which unfortunately turned out to be false. I represent multiple repair companies in the Northern California area and have been sending Kunaal our broken screens as they advertise recycling withing a 3-5 business day turn around with either store credit or cash. Previously when working with Kunaal, I was able to receive the owed money which was in the thousands, yet it was very difficult in working with him. I heard multiple excuses but finally after several weeks I was able to get paid. I had sent him another shipment a month ago, received a 600 dollar payment and have since not received any thing else. Originally, he says the amount owed was around 1800, then tells me he only owes about 900.00 after the 600.00 payment. This guy has lied to me on several occasions, gives me his "word" but then does the complete opposite. His concern is very little towards the customers he works with. I WOULD HIGHLY CONSIDER WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY, because if there is ever a problem during the repair, I would hate for anyone to have to go through the stress that this guy has been putting myself and my associates through. read more

I have them to replace the screen for my iPod they lost my screen protection and blame on me because they say i did not give them instructions to save it .any ways i take my iPod and have to bring it back next day because the screen got separate. they say they will fix it so I pick it up the next day and the same thing the screen got separate so i take it back again this time they say they will do their best (wander why they didn't do the first time) but the same thing . I take it back again and this time i check it wen i pick it up and guess what it wast not fix it so i ask for a refund but they say they not give refund. If you're planning on sending your phone to Repair Em' due to its lower prices than many competitors, think again. They have a rare combination of terrible repair skills and poor customer service that infuriated me. I sent in my LG Optimus G to get fixed after I cracked the screen. I didn't receive my phone back for 3 full weeks, and when it returned it had a new screen but the back panel was shattered and the vibrate no longer worked. At this point Repair Em' decided to stop responding to my emails on the first attempt, but finally I got them to admit that yes, they had broken both those things and would fix the phone again. I then sent it back and waited another 3 full weeks until I received it with the back panel repaired, but the vibrate still not working. First the repairman told me that I needed to perform a hard reset on my phone, which I did, to no avail. Then he admitted that yes, his notes indicate that the vibrate unit is bad, and they'll fix it again. At this point they completely stopped responding to my emails and I had to call twice to get a shipping label. The repairman told me he would fix the phone immediately upon receiving it and then overnight it back to me. Five days after I sent it in the repairman told me he had shipped it out already, but 6 days after that I called and it turns out he had fixed it but just forgotten to ship it. Finally got the phone back today, 3 months after first sending it in. Based on some of the other reviews, I can see that my service was not an anomaly. You're rolling the dice if you go to Repair Em'. Not worth saving the few extra bucks you'd spend sending your phone to a reputable repair company. read more

Terrible repair job. Had to go to icracked to have my screen repaired again because I took it back twice to repair em because the screen was lifting got it back in same condition. I found out they used double sided tape not adhesive when icracked repaired it correctly. And this place is way too expensive! Don't waste your money! read more

Dropped my iPhone 25 ft off a telephone pole and shattered the front glass.....Took it to repair em and it only took about 40 min to fix. The price was a lot cheaper then exchanging the phone at an apple store and staff was very friendly and professional. read more

Sarah and James (technician) were outstanding! Sarah took her time to listen and understand my iPhone 5s battery issue while James did everything he could to replace my existing battery. I called and received all the answers to my questions in a polite and friendly manner from the front desk. Then I went to the store and received good care from William regarding my Ipod Touch 5th generation to replace a swollen battery. Prior to contacting Repair'em, I went to the Apple store to get help with my device and did not receive good care or repair on my device. I am so thankful that my boyfriend found Repair'em for me.
