We've come here for a little under a year and they're always friendly and helpful with giving us details about what happened to our car. They listen to our issues and usually get everything resolved. The first time we came here, something came off on the bottom of our car and we weren't sure what it was. They said that we didn't have to worry about it as it was just a cover and we really appreciated the honesty. I also appreciate the ETAs that they give. I received amazing service from the people who work here. I came here on March 20th to get new brakes put onto my car. As soon as I drove up to the front of the establishment, the guy wanted to drive my car to see if my brakes really needed replacing based on the noise. It was fine, but when they lifted my car up and examined it to be more thorough they found I needed to replace my brakes and rotors. Throughout my experience here I was given great information about how my brakes and rotors should look. And within an hour I was out of there. As others have stated, this place is amazing. I had some sidewall damage to my tire and needed a replacement. Came to the shop on a Sunday afternoon and Alex took me in right away. Repairs on wheels is the best tire and auto repair place I have ever been to! Alex, Dennis, and the team are outstanding in their skills and knowledge and impeccable customer service! The prices are fair and equitable and they take time to explain exactly what needs to be done and how much it will cost. Unlike EVERY other place I have ever gone to, they DO NOT try to look for everything your car may need to have done in your lifetime and tell you that it is imperative that you take care of it immediately. What they do do is focus on your needs and requests, your safety, see if your inspection is current and make sure you leave feeling safe and well taken care of. My jeep is 10 years old, and they treat you exactly like their many customers who pulled in in brand new Mercedes, Lexus, etc etc. For me EVERYTHING is about customer service and feeling comfortable and they did not disappoint! I bought 3 new tires which was my intention, they mounted one of the older ones as a spare, they found the source of a constant screech that was frightening and I left feeling like my jeep was brand new! These guys are the best hands down. I had scuffed up the RIMS on my BMW X1 and was so sick about it. I went online and searched for a spot that does wheel and RIM repair, and Repairs on Wheels came up right away. I began to read all the reviews. It was all 5 star reviews, one after the other. Also, they are open 24/7. I immediately took my BMW over to the shop and the rest is history. They made my RIMS look like they have never been driven on. Outstanding service here. Brought in my car with no appointment and they took me right away. Changed my oil and did my inspection with 20 minutes. In and out, quick and easy. They also recommended that I swap out my tires in a few months and brought me into the bay to show me exactly why. A small courtesy that I appreciate I can attest that these guys know what they're doing. I've pretty much done all my maintenance myself my entire life on everything from motorcycles, passenger cars, and trucks to outboard engines on boats and even tanks (Yeah...I said tanks). I've also dealt with mechanics across 17 different states so I appreciate good mechanics when I seem them. These guys are professional, quick, and courteous. Hands down one of the best shops in the city. Fairly priced as well. As a side note they're also located very close to the Ditmas F train stop which is nice in case you have to leave your car overnight, which with the speed and efficiency these guys work at you'll probably never have to do. read more

Very impressed by these guys. Despite being professional and courteous, which seems rare in this business, they are also very efficient and honest. Got my tire replaced and bumper repaired in about 45 minutes. Was charged the lower end of the initially quoted price. They repair the exhaust pipe from my Rav4 without changing my cataleptics with will cost me thousand of dollars. They are very courteous and find the best way to fix the problem with out telling you that you need a new part. I when to a second time to fix my A/C console that was broken one of the nobs. if I send it with other mechanic, they will make me buy a new nob. However, Repair on Wheels add a little silicon to keep it in place and it work like a charm. I highly recommend Repair on Wheels, try it. You may never go back to you previous mechanic. read more

These guys are great. I pulled up across the street with a flat looking for a place to park, and someone came out and somehow knew I was coming to see them (flat was on the opposite side) and showed me where to park! They were busy, so I went to get coffee on the corner - and he even told me which place had the best coffee. They're friendly, quick and know their stuff. I've tried to get tires fixed on my MINI on Sundays before and these guys are not only open, they're totally on top of it! I was in and out in less than an hour and less than $100 (they got me a used tire and showed me the tread so I knew it was good). When you work and go to school full time, going to get your car worked on is usually a hassle. Not at all with Repairs on Wheels. My car was incredibly overdue for an inspection but after finding this shop on Yelp, I decided to make the trip over to get my car inspected on a slow Tuesday night. I could not have had a better experience. Everyone was extremely friendly. The inspection itself was incredibly quick. The mechanic who was inspecting my car told me about two issues that I needed fixed. Normally, they just tell you what the issues are and then you are faced with a large bill that you can't help but question. Not here! I was actually taken to my car that was still under the lift and shown exactly what the problem is. I know very little about cars, but it was made very clear that there was something wrong. Being that it was so late at night, I figured I would have to come back to get the repairs done. Once again, I was wrong. The got the parts immediately and finished repairing my car within the hour. I can say with 100% certainty that I have found my new mechanic. I had a fantastic experience with something that I normally dread. I could not recommend this place more, check them out!!! read more
