Great selection of clothes for our family. My wife and I enjoyed shopping here for our 4 kids plus a little something for us too. I like that it's clean with friendly staff that will show you what you are looking for with a smile on their faces. Great selection of kids clothes, mostly named brands and at good prices. Love to consign with Repeat Performance. My items usually sell quick and happy and surprised with the paycheck. I also have found great deals for my kids as well as for me. Customer service is excellent. If you need help putting an outfit together just ask and if not busy someone will usually help you. For a first time customer I could not have imagined a better experience. Every worker I encountered was sweet and knowledgeable in what they were doing. I got amazing stuff (with tags still on-brand new stuff) for a great price. Felt like I made it out like a bandit and the people there were great. Fun environment. Been to a lot of thrift stores in Fresno and this is the best one, in terms of clothing I like. They also have really nice home decor items, and service was great. The prices are a bit higher than normal, but you still get a good deal depending on the color of the tag. read more

It's years since I frequented this store, but it was great to be back. I used to love the children's selection, but that is not as strong as it once was. I picked up some lovely shirts for myself for a good price. The layout and organization of the store is much improved over how it was previously. It's much nicer, also, than shopping in thrift stores, because it doesn't smell and the clothes are vetted for stains and holes and out of date ugliness. I come in here quite often. It's very organized and clean. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I've bought full bottles of Victoria's Secret perfume and body spray for a fraction of the cost! You'll pay more than a thrift shop (keep in mind, this is not a thrift shop, it's consignment), but the quality speaks volumes. The downfall is...I spend too much money there. read more

There are only two places I shop for men's clothing in Fresno, and one of them is Repeat Performance. Over many years I have purchased suits, jackets, dress shirts, pants, shoes, ties, belts, and hats, and all at ridiculously reduced prices! Not only is everything very conveniently arranged by item and size, but the staff is always ready to be on the lookout for items I am needing. Believe it or not, they even send e-mail alerts when something special arrives, or another fantastic sale is on. The proof is in the pudding: Many people remark about how much they like what I'm wearing, and usually I just tell them "If you like designer clothes like this, go to Repeat Performance and treat yourself to something similar. I come all the way from Merced to consign items because I get the best return on my clothing here. You have to make an appointment in advance and bring in ironed merchandise on hangers but the effort you take with quality will bring a nice return. I received my check for merchandise within 10 days of my consignment closing and an itemized list of my donated times (ones that didn't sell) within the first two weeks of January so that I could claim the deductions on my taxes. Consignment staff here are honest and sales floor staff are helpful. This is a great place to bring your consignment items. read more

Okay, so I just left there and was truly amazed. I NEVER shopped consignment before but I have a interview coming up so I wanted to get fresh, for a affordable price. The owner truly helped me. She seen the budget I had and made sure I left ready to impress. I left with 3 shirts Perry Ellis, Nordstrom and something else but just as nice and a very nice pair of pants for around $50. They had a nice Armani shirt that was just too short for me. She also threw in a tie. She advised me how to rock my dreads and how I could do my facial here (I'm scruffy lol). All without going over that line that will make one uncomfortable. She's like a nice aunt lol. I can go on forever and would give them 10 stars if I could. Only thing is the man section isn't as huge as the others but with the selection it doesn't even matter. I will definitely recommend it and definitely go back. This is by far the best consignment store I have ever consigned with. I've been going here for six years and have made a pretty penny here (even driving from Visalia once I moved here). The consignment process is simple. Make an appointment, let them know how much you are bringing in and they will go through your items while you are there. They expect things ironed and on hangers. They take their time going through your stuff looking for stains/holes but this is for your benefit (to ensure your items have the best chance of selling). They proivde you an itemized list of the items they take (I like to reference this later for which items sold). For me I usually bring in 50 pieces or so and they typically will take 40-45. They take jewlery, kids clothing/items, men's items (this is a rare find), books, home decor etc. I received my check for merchandise two weeks of my consignment closing and an itemized list of my donated times (ones that didn't sell) within the first two weeks of January so that I could claim the deductions on my taxes. This is quite possibly the best part as I am able to write off $800-$1000 each year. The staff are all super friendly. I love chit chatting with them while they are going through my items (they know me by name now). I have purchased a few things in the store al in excellent condition. My favorite thing to browse is designer purses and shoes because of their excellent condition. Their price points for buying are great! Cheaper then Ross/Marshalls; however, this is a drawback when selling items. I wish they would raise it just a tad. I have now moved to Sacramento and have been on the hunt for a consignment store that half compares to this one and have not been able to find anything close. So I will now be taking the drive to Fresno once every three months to consign my items here. read more

My experience at this store was awful. When I consigned an expensive, hardly worn women's suit the owner closely examined it for wear, snags, holes, and stains. Finding none, she went over the consignment terms and filled out a contract that stated the suit had no flaws. A few weeks later she called to say a customer found a moth hole and asked me to pick up the suit, saying she hadn't noticed the moth hole when I gave her the clothing because it was hidden in a place that was difficult to see. When I arrived I saw the moth hole was not hidden, but in plain sight in the middle of the skirt. I showed her the signed contract and suggested a moth in her store may be responsible. She was rude, cut me off, and did not give me eye contact. Rather than spend more time in a disgusting environment I took my suit and left. Damaged clothing is one thing, but being lied to leaves a bitter taste. If you're looking for an honest transaction and ethical business, stay away from Repeat Performance. I just read the owner's response. Bright clean store with no dark places? Moths in the Valley but not in the store? I was there as she stretched and pulled each garment all over and the moth hole was not there. Give me a break. I'm not stupid or dishonest, have warned others now, and I'm through talking about it.
