We got a lot of quote ranging from 9K to 20K before we met this service provider. They gave us the most competitive bid for the Repipe work. We have them installed copper instead of PEX because of the competitive pricing and it's a lot better choice. Oleg did the whole Repipe for 6days and he was very meticulous. He communicated very well as to what needs to be done and what could go wrong. He included the water heater install (we bought the heater) with the quote where the other vendors quoted $4K. I recently founded out that I have a slap leak right under my living room, called few companies to get an estimate to either repipe my whole house or just reroute the hot water pipe that leak. Out of a couple companies that quoted me for either repipe or reroute, Repipe & Water Heater 4 Less seem to have a better price overall. Most companies recommend I should repipe it because the age of the house (36-year-old house) but since this my first water leak, I take my chance and choose to reroute it instead. We noticed some water underneath our water heater and we knew that wasn't good...I immediately looked on Yelp for companies to reach out to and George was the first person i called, he answered super early in the morning. He was very personable and asked me to text him pictures of the tank and the layout of our place to determine labor costs. He would then send me a quote. He even looked up our tank's warranty and saw that it was still partially covered. He sent me the quote and I of course told him that I would I call some other places to compare. George's quote was by far the cheapest and after I said we would move forward, he said he would be able to come and replace it the next day. Another worker came first and then George came. I like that both Sonya and Martin were nice to speak with, flexible on time and work on weekend. Martin came and wore a mask the entire time and took his shoes off the first time. We already bought a new water heater, so it was just a removal and install. Turns out the water heater we purchased wasn't the right one. So he took out the old water heater while we returned and purchased the correct unit from Home Depot; which was around the corner. Once we had the correct water heater, he installed it. After the installation was complete, he told us to give it 30mins to 1hr to make sure hot water flowed and call him back with any issues. We waited, hot water worked and all was fine. However, the very next day the lights in our house started flickering really badly and not just downstairs, but all throughout the house. I called Sonya back and told her about the issue. She checked with Martin and told me there was nothing they could do about it, as they were not electricians. She provided me with a number to an electrician they knew. I called their connection, but he never answered so I left a voicemail. I never received a callback. I understand they don't do electric work, however it's the responsibility of the plumber/water heater installer to make sure they check their work afterwards. He never checked the wire connection from the water heater which he installed. I'm no plumber or electrician myself, but I do know that is customary when doing a water heater installation. Since I never received a call back from that electrician or from Sonya and Martin, I called another electrician right away. We were in fear for our safety since we knew that flickering of the lights is a sign of a major fire hazard and is very dangerous. Also, the circuit breaker was making crackling noises from the water heater circuit. The new electrician/plumber came in and advised Martin installed the connecting cord/wire that plugs-in to the outlet from the water heater backwards, which was causing the electrical issue. If he would have double checked his work before leaving this could have been avoided. In the end, we ended up having to pay Martin for the water heater installation and for an electrician to correct his mistake. read more

He gave me 2 options tear up the slab and fix a 50 yr old pipe or replace them all. I called around his price was better than the rest. I live in a 2 story 7 unit apartment style condo complex that up until working with Martin still had the original in slab plumbing. Our HOA had gotten multiple quotes for moving the piping out of the slab over the last few years that were extremely high and the contractors were always flaky. My mother, who is very elderly, needed to have her house re-piped because of very very low water pressure in all faucets. I told her I would help her find someone to do the job. As I always do when finding people to do work for me, I made plans to interview 3-4 plumbing companies. Since I was driving down from Los Angeles, I had to plan my interview day very carefully. Martin from Repipe and Water Heaters 4 Less was my first appointment and they arrived on time. I really appreciated that. I spoke to 3 plumbers that day and received 3 estimates. Prior to making a decision, I called Martin to see if he could bring the price down. He lowered it significantly and also offered to put in a new toilet for free. Now, even with this, Repipe and Water Heaters 4 Less were not the lowest bid. I went with them because they were not only very willing to make their price competitive, but they also gave me the feeling that they really wanted to make things right for my mother.
