I never feel insulted and I donate those items rather than dealing with the other shops.

It looks small on the outside, but it's quite spacious and they literally carry everything. When I arrived, the kind woman at the counter gave me the lay of the land, and then I was set free to explore the store. The other two staff members were extremely helpful, too, as I loaded my arms with all sorts of things to try on. I called the place I won it from and they said that it is legit and they will call them and make everything right. Ok..... I go to there and there are cloths on racks.... I get approached by a girl and she tells me that everything is 50,60,75% off. Sweet,right? Not so fast.... The other girl comes up to me and says- "Wait, are you the one with the gift certificate?" "Yes, I am. " ; " Oh, for you everything is the price on the tag." Me- " Why the price is different to me that everybody else?" Her- " Well, that's how the certificate works" Serious!!!! Anyhow... Ok, lets see what they got. Our experience was extremely frustrating. After hearing multiple admonitions about picking up my item after the 45 day consignment period was up,I returned on the 46th day to retrieve it. After searching the shop for about 30 minutes and not finding my item, the owner arrived and said "let's see if it was sold". She looked on the computer and discovered it had been sold a month ago. (Why the employee could not have done such a search when I arrived was never explained.). The owner then explained that items were "settled" on the 10th of the month following the sale. So, they have known the item was sold (and my money) for many days but could not bother to call or email me to save me a trip.

They just seemed a lot of chit chat going on rather than servicing the store. Several areas could use some help as far as organizing and consolidating, particularly the office supplies and bath supplies. Also the book room, and other miscellaneous areas.
