The biggest draw is Ruby, the groomer. My youngest Sheltie is only 9 months old. I usually do my dogs' claws, but I brought him in one day to have his first experience with having someone else do his feet. He was worried, but Ruby is an excellent dog handler. She was efficient and very careful with him. It was a very good experience --- which was good because yesterday, July 19th, I brought him back to see if Ruby could remove mats the size of PLUMS under both of his ears. Yes, she could! She did a terrific job -- much better than I could have done myself. Afterward, at the cash register, the cashier gave my puppy a BIG piece of salmon jerky (just to convince him that this is an okay place). He's convinced. We really appreciate Pet Supplies Plus.

For a $130 groom, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism, even if there is a legitimate concern about pickup times. I left feeling humiliated rather than valued as a customer. When we said we would find another groomer and mentioned that unfortunately the groomer would lose the tip, the employee responded, "That's okay. The groomer is totally fine with that." That interaction sealed our decision to take our business elsewhere.

However, after arriving and after they had already performed other procedures, we were informed that they do not actually have an ultrasound machine and only offer X-rays. It felt very misleading because this important information was only disclosed after services had already been provided, making the client responsible for paying for the visit anyway. This wastes people's time, money, and creates unnecessary stress for pet owners in an already emotional situation. Please be honest and transparent with clients about what equipment and services your clinic actually has before scheduling appointments and charging people.

I held her and knew I wanted to take her home. I was provided a reasonable sum of money to adopt her and decided to proceed. when I asked what the process would be another employee came in at which time the process was reviewed and I was told the cost would $500 for her (she was a pup)! this was way outside my budget and I certainly would have said yes knowing the outcome of pocket. when my daughter and I mentioned that was not the price quoted we were told that there was nothing they could do. so I left. 1 hour and tears later I turned around and spent money I shouldn't have. "nova" was anticipated to be a small breed (24 pounds or less) wiener mix. Fast forward. "Nova" is now Magnolia/Maggie she is 35-40 pounds and shows every trait of a coon hound. Ending: over paid for a puppy after being quoted a lower price (yes I went back and paid it) that is bigger then I wanted and a breed that doesn't really work in an office due to the whining, howling and need for activity. oh and did I mention that they forgot to send her home with meds for after spay and wanted me to drive back from Yelm to Auburn? nice facility. disorganized. Not willing to follow through in incorrect pricing quotes.
