personally i did not have a good experience at this office and would never want to go back nor recommend to any of my family/friends. to start off, the office doesn't have any privacy for the patients and looks very unsanitary. you can hear the conversations that are happening throughout the office which is very stressful because a patient shouldn't have to hear about what could potentially happen or go wrong. instead they should feel at ease and comforted. to add on, the doctor who extracted my wisdom teeth was very snappy and rude. as a new patient, i had a few questions i needed clarification for, and the doctor responded in a very stuck up and superior tone. i don't think anyone should be spoken towards this way, and it definitely refrained me from wanting to ask more questions. also, i didn't get enough anesthesia and felt a lot of pain and when i tried to tell the doctor he just tried to laugh it off and said it was a normal thing to feel pressure. i think as the patient i would know the difference between pain and pressure, and that was definitely pain. as a patient, i know what it's like to be treated well and with respect, and this experience was definitely the complete opposite. overall it was very chaotic and disorganized and if i could leave negative stars i would. the only semi good thing was the ladies at the front desk, but everything else was awful. read more

I made an appointment for the same day. Very nice telephone presence. the building from the outside is kind of plain, but when you go in there is a circular terairium like atmosphere with 8 different medical offices. Went in to Reseda Dental Group and was pleased with the decor.. All of the office personnel were freindly. Wait was quick and the Doctor was very nice. Not quite sure what I can add to the many five star reviews they already have received, other than that based on my own experience, they deserve every single one of those five stars. I'm very happy with my experience with Dr. Harmick, his staff and the facility. Dr. Harmick is diligent, professional, knowledgeable, skillful, etc. I had a crown that had come loose, he did a great job replacing it as well as a deep cleaning all in one visit (+ one second visit to "install" the crown which took 10 minutes) He was also willing to work out a payment plan that seemed reasonable. His staff is very friendly and on the ball. The facility is new & clean. I've found my new dentist! From now on my wife & kids will be going here as well, I very happily entrust them to Dr. Harmick and his team. read more

With $29.99 ( for new patient), it covers only x-ray & cleaning. The cleaning took less than 5 minutes (of polishing) with the dental hygienist! If you need a real cleaning, $29.99 is not the price! I was quite disappointed because I expected they would do some cleaning...not just polishing my teeth...worst dental experience ever read more

On my way home I was raving about how comfortable I was in this office to my husband. I neede to have my root canal done again because the previous dentist felt a crown was not necessary. Subsequently the tooth had decay inside and needed to be done over. I dreded this appointment but the Endodontist in this office is superb, excellent in communication and patient. Absolutely appalling service. I had an appointment at 9am; I arrived on time and was kept waiting for 30 minutes even though I could hear voices from the office. When they finally came out front, I asked why they had kept me waiting for a half hour. It appears that they were having a meeting, and it apparently did not occur to them to schedule me for 9.30 instead. I pointed out that they were not taking care of their patients properly, and I was told rudely, without an apology, that they do indeed take care of their patients. I then told them that I was leaving, and they told me to go ahead and leave. I was treated with arrogance and rudeness. - I strongly suggest you go elsewhere. read more

I had two crown put in about 2 yrs ago and it turns out they were never properly put in. Now I have to go and have a root canal because of this and it's painful. I went there for the low prices. Not worth it, After all this I realize it's better to research your dentist and not go to the cheapest one . read more

Lets start with the beginning..as soon as you walk in the staff always greats you with a smile and lets me know they see me and will get me started soon. (its never a long wait to be seated) i love how they schedule their patients. I always feel like i have all the doctors attention it never feels rush. the office is CLEAN and nicely decorated. Dr. Harmick is amazing from the minute he walks into the room. Im always greated with a smile and asked how I'm doing. When i have work done I never feel any pain and i am alway sure that what needs to be done is what truly needs to be done not just made up treatment. Excellent service and care. The cleaning is through and not rushed. Fitting of crowns is top notch with excellent fit and color matching. The office staff is very friendly and provides numerous reminders for upcoming appointments. My kids also do not mind coming here for their cleaning, opposite of our previous dentist. The exterior of the building looks old and run down, but the office is clean and modern with a tv at each chair. read more

we found Reseda Dental Group by chance, there was a dental issue and our regular dentist was out of town on a conference. We are so glad we did. With convenient hours, both evening and weekend, great staff and experienced dentists we enjoy dental visits. I decided to straighten my smile with braces after seeing how beautiful my daughter's teeth were and they were accommodating with a payment plan that worked with our budget. I always appreciate that appointments are timely, insurance is processed correctly and parking is never an issue. Their service is great. I've been there twice and both times to get wisdom teeth removed. I can tell you, from the negative reviews, that they're not true. They are friendly and kind, and their panoramic xray machine was cleaned with an antibiotic wipes, so they were not "oily". Second, the staff always knew what they were doing and took good care of me. I tend to be a handful because I hate Dental offices but both times they calmed me down. Though the last time was more difficult than the first time I went, due to the fact that I had to get three wisdom teeth pulled instead of just one, I still enjoy their service. In fact, because I'm in so much pain right now (I had them pulled yesterday) they're seeing what they can do to help manage my pain, and yes, it's a Saturday. read more
