I have a leased Jetta and ended up with a flat tire over the weekend. VW came to put the spare on but I knew I had to find a place close to work and get it handled Monday. Thankfully , Reseda Tires is down the street. I saw their great reviews and messaged them via Yelp. Cesar got back to me very quickly and told me to bring it in, I was there in 10 minutes. I was great with a big smile while he tested the tire to see if there were holes. I had 2 thick staples in it so it was patchable. He had me in and out of there in no time with the spare back in the trunk. I've already shared with my colleagues this is the place to go for any tire needs. Well I called reseda tires because I needed 1 used tire because my wife had a blow out and was about 15 mins away from the tire shop and noticed they did roadside assistance too which is what I was looking for. As I was talking to him and he found me a used tire for a good price I asked him if he can do road side since I didn't want to pay for a tow truck. He told me he couldn't do it because he was alone at the shop today and his brother wasnt there today. Long story after all that he went and took off the rim with tire took it to his shop and brought it back with the good tire and installed it. Now my wife doesn't have to be stuck 2 hours away from home. I don't know if his brother showed up or he closed shop just to help my wife out but he did it and I thank him for going out of his way and helping her out. read more

Your response is fair enough. Even though the tires were bought on 8/18, they are less than four months old so as a customer, I have rights to be frustrated about something I've bought and paid $100 not long ago. As I've mentioned, I know I bought used tires so I don't expect them to last forever but not less than four months. Come on!! The rule of thumb is that when you sell something, your transaction doesn't stop after you sold the products and customer left the door. In order to receive a 5-star rating, if the customer comes back to discuss about faulty products, he/she should be welcome, helped in the best manner and not to be ignored. Treat customers the way you want to be treated 'cuz the may review you when least expected. read more

Cesar and his brother did an amazing job replacing the tires on my Mercedes-AMG G63 SUV. I purchased the tires elsewhere, but when it came time to mount them, I wanted to make sure I could find a place that did not scratch my AMG wheels (even hairline thin scratches). After long appointment times at Firestone and Pirelli World, I brought my truck here. These guys were incredibly nice - they put on a seat cover, new gloves, and more and treated my car with more respect than my dealers service department. The tires were mounted and balanced perfectly (with a Coats/Cotes? Machine I believe) and these guys took their time to make sure everything was perfect. 6 stars! Came here on a Rainy Sunday when no other tire shops were open and because the Yelp reviews were decent .I really needed four new tires but wanted to explore all my options because my tire size are a odd number performance tire and can be pricy .I spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Caesar who patiently walked me thru all my options for new and used tires and fielded all my questions which is more than I can say for all the other tire shops I have been to before. At the end I was torn between two brands of tires (both fairly priced ) and Caesar told me go home do your research and if you want them call me Monday and I can have them here in a few hours . I live close by which is convenient when dealing with tire situations and have visited Reseda Tires on at least three circumstances, twice for tire patching ($20) and once for a replacement of an old flat tire (`$40). This place is straight to the point, nothing fancy but gets the job done. The owner (Cesar, I believe is his name) is an awesome, friendly guy. I will continue to visit this establishment. The only thing to remember is that it's CASH only but there's an ATM around the corner at a check cashing place. read more

How does this place get 5 stars rating? I stopped in today to get a tire patched due to a nail in the tire. After the patch was done, i asked them to use a torque wrench to hand torque my wheels. They use an impact wrench to tighten my wheels. Then, they pull out a breaker bar and loosen my lugs a little bit. I ask them again to use a torque wrench and they said they do not have one. How does a tire shop not have a torque wrench since this is the most proper method to precisely tighten your lugnuts? I won't be coming back to here again. read more
