I was amazed with how fast the elevators were, I did not wait more than 1 minute for an elevator to come and that's pushing it! All the staff were friendly and personable; I especially loved the staff working the breakfast! My room was clean, I love, love, love how the TV said "Welcome Tina" I video chatted my hubby and showed him, he loved it too!! I got to see my cats on this chat as well, I'm not sure if I missed them or my hubby more... don't tell him that! The hotel does allow pets although my babies get sick in the car... YUCK! The bed was comfortable and the room had a cozy chair which was perfect for my reading! The room did have a strange smell which was less than pleasant, may be due from housekeeping only coming every other day. This really boils down to people being dirty, not showering, and probably not wiping correctly if you know what I mean......... I used an essential oil diffuser to make my nose just a little bit happier! My room would not go colder than 68 degrees which is a little too hot for me, but I managed. Other than the smell and temperature this hotel was as the kids would say now.... Da Bomb!

It blended a nice mix of modern but also historic with the old church on display in the function room. The staff who worked with our team were excellent and very responsive leading up to the program and day of. Only downside was the catering wasn't as great as I had hoped.. still got the job done but was hoping for a bit more with the quality and display. Would definitely recommend this as an event space for functions or business meetings.

They opened a ticket and say it will not be resolved until another 3-5 business days, when we are supposed to be in town for this funeral in 3 days, leaving us in a situation that should not be in light of the circumstances. Last night ...no books could be found. Today... no books could be found. I'm trying to handle this while leading a Roadshow in Oxford, Mass. The Curriculum and Instruction Director drove our hotel and found 2 of our books randomly on file cabinet. She brought them back. Magically, in about an hour, the hotel called me having found our books. ... well 2 boxes worth. I requested that they drive the books over to us. They said, we can at 3. The place isn't fancy, but it's clean and had the basics we needed. However, there's one big issue that left a sour taste. My husband accidentally left his AirPods in our room when we checked out. We realized it after flying back to Atlanta, so I called the hotel right away. I was told they hadn't shown up in lost and found, and despite my request for them to check the room, I was repeatedly brushed off. After a few calls and escalating the issue, a manager finally got involved, only to say they still couldn't find them. Here's the thing: it wasn't until I mentioned I could track the AirPods' location, make them play a sound, and was about to send someone to the hotel that they suddenly "found" them. It took three days of constant calling just to get a straight answer, which was exhausting. If the manager had shown a little more concern or actually followed through on my first request, all of this could've been avoided. I can't stand dishonesty, and this experience felt like a runaround I wouldn't wish on anyone.

As I was checking in, there were SEVERAL invoices with customers (full) credit card numbers in plain sight of patrons checking in. Made mention, and the GM seemed annoyed that I questioned her on it. She simply turned the invoices around, which still were located in an area where breech could occur. Will be filing a formal complaint. Guests be 'ware!

This hotel is definitely a good one! The only difficulty was connecting to Wi-Fi. You had to watch a 13 second advertisement before it would connect you. And every time you close your computer, when you open it you have to reconnect to the Internet again. And it's not a very strong Internet connection. Other than that, this hotel is a very good one!

They're clean for the most part, but the room I stayed in had some dents, pain scratches, and staining all over the place. The bed was ok to sleep in - no bedbugs, weird smells, or stains. Unlike many hotels I've stayed in, they actually do have a small refrigerator and microwave for use. During my stay there, I had really bad issues with the shower. Big red stain in the middle of the tub and the hot water would not stop cutting out during my entire stay (Bad given the weather at the time). Other problem I had was the hallways smelled like weed and management was not able to resolve it despite my complaints. From what it seems like, housekeeping is a hit or miss for some of these folks. They never came to my room but then again I was only there for a couple of days.
