cocktail garden & kitchen is a brand new restaurant and outdoor lounge. the ambiance is cute, there's an indoor bar with a couple tables and a large outdoor patio area filled with comfy chairs, couches and covered in lights. we came at 10pm on a wednesday, the kitchen was closed but we came for the drinks anyways. they do a great job with the drink presentation, using different presentations with smoke which is entertaining and pretty! their drinks look beautiful but the drinks are very watered down or sweet from the sweet heart and mezcal drinks we tried. for ~$17 each, i loved the presentation but we both didn't feel there was nearly any alcohol in them, either sugary or watery. maybe it's a method for you to order more? mezcal 2.5/10 sweet heart 3/10 although they have a great ambiance and vibe, and fun presentation, since we came for a single good drink, it was lacking. for $17 a drink, the drinks shouldn't be this weak. this is a new place so i'm sure they have some things to work out, and i would highly encourage them to just add more alcohol to their drinks and this would be an ideal place to get after dinner drinks and relax on their outdoor patio. kitchen was closed so can't speak for the food. the neighborhood is very busy and loud, so while there may be plenty of space for an intimate or group conversations, the street is pretty noisy, even on a wednesday. i do feel like they will work this out! tldr; great vibe, great presentation, good service, drinks need more work, located in busy part of city. ambiance: 4/5 food: n/a drinks: 1.4/5 service: 3.5/5 cocktail garden & kitchen: 2.9/5 read more

One word DANCING!! If you can salsa or want to try with no judgement this is the place for you. They do dancing twice a month on their patio and we just happened to show up. A true authentic spot. With great drinks and some yummy snacks. I highly recommend the coconut margarita and their popcorn chicken. Service was slow but only because there was one guy working all the e tables. I recommend opting for the bar it's faster. Will be going back ! read more

Decided to give this random place a try and we weren't disappointed. We had the owner as our server and he recommended that we try the burgers, at first we were skeptical but honestly the food was great. The fries in the picture were well seasoned and the burger patty was juicy, not like a smash burger. The whole vibe of the place was calming, live music, no reservation, and a good amount of people for a Friday night and we were seated immediately after we showed up. Went here on Saturday night with a group of 8. We are all pretty relaxed people and could definitely handle a wait for our orders but that was not quite the issue. We had made a reservation (paid deposit to do so). We got there right on time and were seated in the cramped area up front. We all immediately put in drink orders and only 2-3 were delivered before it was time to put in food. Every visit to our table to bring something was about 10-30 minutes apart and the waitress ignored our table's request for more water (so half the table never received any). Most of our group put in apps and entrees but received either/or. Several wrong orders were brought to the table after an hour and 3 people at our table took an hour and forty five minutes to receive food at all. At which point, the brisket tacos arrived which were 2/3 full of bagged cheese (nearly inedible) and very little brisket and one person received their shrimp tacos with the full tails attached buried in the taco. They took it back after a member of our table carried the plate to the back of the room. After a little over two hours the shrimp tacos were brought back but we had to leave the restaurant, once that diner tried to eat the tacos she found out that the fins had just been clipped off but the shell remained. All of us ate our meals separately whenever they arrived even if we got the exact same dish. Overall terrible experience for a special occasion and I would warn others against this restaurant. The waitress seemed very unconcerned with any of our complaints or the slow service but the bartender was nice. read more

We had a great time here the drinks were incredible and the service was great. The ambiance made us feel like we were on vacation. The food was great we got the chips and dip, tacos, and quesadilla. Looks like a great space for events (quite large) and when the patio opens with djs I'm sure it's a great time. We will definitely be coming back! read more

It seemed like they were incredibly understaffed but our server was very nice and did the best with what they could being the only person I saw handling tables. Really busted their ass. The drinks were incredible and the food we had was good. There were pretty long waits for drinks and food, but again it seemed there was only one person working the floor. When the drinks did get there they were very well thought out and the presentation was amazing. The cocktail game was on point. The food was fine. The table next to us ordered the Macaroni and Cheese and it was literally Kraft boxed macaroni and cheese so I would suggest staying away from that. I had a brisket quesadilla which was good and my wife had a Brazilian take on Shepherds pie which was great. I imagine they're fairly new. Give them a shot if you have time if anything for the cocktails. read more

First time here since it changed over from the Worcester Beer Garden. We came here with a party of 12 people on a Friday night at 6:30 and sat outside. I don't know if they were understaffed or just overwhelmed but the service was horrible. Our party ordered just drinks at 6:45 and at 8:00 the final drink was delivered - after asking the waitress for the 3rd time where the drink was. The waitress was bringing drinks out 1 or 2 at a time and like every 15 minutes. I had just ordered a draft beer and that took 30 minutes to come out. One of the people in our group wanted to pay for the first round of drinks so he paid the bill immediately and provided a 20% tip, not expecting the awful service. I hope at the end of the night he was able to get his tip back. It was windy out so people wanted to move to an inside table. We did that and a manager came over to apologize for all the delays but assured us that they were all caught up now. We ordered more drinks which again took nearly 45 minutes to be delivered. I think the bartenders would make a drink or two from one order then move on to one or two from other orders, and eventually circle back again and do one or two more from our order. Some people ordered a Brazilian appetizer sample and that took an hour to be brought out. Every 15 minutes or so someone would come over and tell us that our drinks were being made right now and/or the food would be right out. Didn't happen. Finally several people had ordered the margarita flights but all said the pineapple margarita either tasted like a Collin's mix or scented hand soap. They asked for a replacement and were offered the watermelon margarita, which again took 45 minutes to arrive. One of the people who was supposed to get the replacement got so tired of waiting that they and their spouse just left. So after being there for 3.5 hours we were only able to get 2 rounds of drinks. I don't like to write bad reviews after just one experience but this was so bad I was compelled to. Not sure what the problem was but it was truly an awful experience that ruined a nice little reunion of friends. read more

Service was awful! Just came back from Cocktail Garden and the waitress was so off putting that I will never go there again. She barely acknowledged our presence and catered to everyone around us. Then, (this is the best part) got mad when she got a $6 tip! ( only got that much cause I was rounding up!) We had to ask several times for even a glass of water. read more
