The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, the coaches are fun, friendly and supportive and the workouts are incredibly fun. The thought of Cross Fit had me a little intimidated at the beginning but even someone like myself who is not very athletic nor in good shape felt that the workouts were totally doable; both challenging and fun. The space feels tense and overly monitored, creating an uncomfortable training environment rather than a supportive one. Interactions between the owner and members are of confrontational as seen and experienced. In turn makes routine workouts feel stressful instead of productive as you are always being watched and judged. There is also a significant gap between the extremely positive online reviews and what many members experiencing day to day. Which raises questions about how accurately those reviews reflect the gym's culture. With talks of free memberships and "prices" in return. A gym should feel welcoming, respectful, and focused on fitness. Unfortunately, this location appears to fall short, and many people may be better served choosing a different facility. As there are many better professionally owned gyms in the area.

We work hard and play hard as well and encourage one another to finish strong. Our workouts are scaleable to help everyone at different levels of fitness. We don't write down times, you compete against yourself and you are never made to feel bad for not keeping up with the those who've been at it longer. If you have past injuries we can work around that and help you get stronger without injuring yourself. We also have great kids programs as well.
