Of course to drive that traffic in they're offering 30% off which makes it a steal You come in and fill out a sheet on what services you want along with your beverage which is great because then there's no confusion on what you want! Such a great experience and I totally recommend. The location is so clean and nice, there are endless options for dip and polish and the staff is very talented. Got my hands and toes done and was in and out in an hour! I was a little nervous switching nail spot since moving to the area but they made it totally worth it. Let me just start by saying the hospitality here is very nice and welcoming. All smiles and everyone makes you feel like they are so happy you stopped by. It's also super clean, and they do offer alcohol with refills. I came in to get dip nails, I was lured in by the fact that they are offering 30% off their services for their grand opening. (Dip nails are currently $28.) Unfortunately, I was not happy with my dip nails. It felt as if the technician was given a timer and was told, "ready, set, go". She worked so quickly which wouldn't be an issue if the final product didn't turn out sloppy. I yanked my hand back a number of times as a reflex because she kept hurting me. When I voiced what I didn't like, she tried her best to fix it but it was too late. I think most people would be ok with the nails because they are almost perfect. I just really hate how they look close to the cuticle. I will however say that the pedicure area looked comfortable with new message chairs so I wouldn't be opposed to coming back for a pedi. read more

Recently moved here-- excited to try this place-- super sweet nail tech/employee; good for a normal Mani and definitely a dip manicure without tips. I'm sure other things are great as well-- didn't have a chance to try 'em and I don't think I will. $75- dip manicure with tips; and I got a bad ass cut on my cuticle. I've had two tips break off-- four hours later on 7/22. I also asked for stiletto and got almond. Sucks -- I really wanted to make this my go-to, however, it's not feasible. I wish I could give 0 stars. We reserved a 12 noon spot for 13 year old celebration and what was promised was a whole spread of pastries, cupcakes & beverages set up on a table. When we got there, Alexander said oh the guy who was going to do it didn't show up & we don't have to provide a service like that. I asked how could he make situation better to celebrate this girls 13th birthday & he kept saying "we don't have to provide you with a birthday set up" (for the tenth time) he also stated. FIRST REVIEW: This is a cute new salon in Coppell. I was lured in by the 30% off that they're currently offering. The first time I went I pi the OPI Gel Manicure in the color hula-rious (light minty green). Unfortunately, something had to be defective with that color because the next day my nails were looking really funky. I went back to them and they were happy to redo them free of charge. My technician Don is really particular and somewhat of a perfectionist when it comes to the way your nails look...he simply wants the best! I will definitely go back! The hospitality is wonderful too! SECOND VISIT UPDATE: I went last night with my boyfriend and we both received mani and pedis. This time around I had Sophia...I informed her MULTIPLE TIMES that she was TOO ROUGH with scrapping off my gel nail polish! I almost got to the point I just wanted to walk out it was SO painful. She also did my pedicure as well...it felt like she was out for blood! She cut my toenails too short. I didn't get the woman's name who did my boyfriend's mani and pedi however she didn't do a good job either. His toenails are super short as well. His nails don't even have a topcoat! The salon failed to fully remove my Gel X nails and charged me excessively despite giving them another chance. I was billed $48.99 for the removal and a regular manicure, but my total should have been much lower. I didn't see the charge until a few days later. Subsequently, another salon informed me that the Gel X wasn't fully removed, which explains the ridges and damage to my nails. read more

I feel compelled to warn others about my experience with this business. Within two hours of my dip manicure, two of the dip nails completely fell off (emphasis TWO HOURS). I called right away to report the problem. I came in to have them fixed and within hours the nails that were fixed were covered in cracks and chipping. Over the course of the next two days, four more nails fell off completely and a large chunk fell off another nail. That's 7/10 of my nails within three days of my service. This was truly the worst manicure I've ever received. I was told after the initial fix, if I continued to have problems, they would offer a refund. Well, I continued to have major problems with my nails but they reneged on that agreement. I had to call multiple times after they failed to follow up with me. Very unprofessional. Then they changed up their "policy" and I was told I would be required to come into the nail salon for a removal service in order to get my refund. I did not want this salon doing anything further to my nails. Additionally, this was not explained to me so I went to my regular salon to have my manicure redone. Now I am being told they need to remove the nails for me to get my refund? WHY? I just had them fixed. The only explanation is they have changed up their so-called policy to avoid taking responsibility for a faulty manicure and issuing the refund I was reasonably requesting. And the funny thing is, I didn't need a removal service, they were falling off on their own! This all could have been resolved quickly, amicably, and professionally if they had simply refunded me when the manicure they gave me lasted two hours. I was shocked that their response was not to apologize for the inconvenience and immediately offer a refund. I've wasted hours of my time making four visits to the salon within a week having my nails fixed because of the trash manicure they gave me. REQUIRING I remove the nails I just had fixed? A service I do NOT want? Make it make sense. This whole ordeal has been incredibly inconvenient and frustrating and above all I felt cheated. I came in as a new customer hoping for a relaxing experience and some pretty nails. I got the exact opposite. I would caution anyone considering coming here that you run the risk of a terrible manicure and abysmal customer service. Or maybe you don't want to support the kind of business that takes advantage of their customers given the opportunity. There are plenty of honest, reputable salons in Ardmore that do great work. Update - they issued my refund. I had to go through hell to get it. My assumption is when a business starts dodging your calls regarding a refund for unsatisfactory service, they want you to give up and go away. I should not have had to jump through hoops. I'd like to emphasize my issue was NOT with the nail tech. She was lovely. Something went wrong with my manicure - it happens. Upon entry you notice all employees have on masks or face shields. They also have plexiglass at the manicure stations. The decor is tasteful and chic. I got an aromatherapy pedicure and dip nails. My pedicure was very relaxing and they have great massage chairs. My dip nails are pictured below and look amazing. I have been coming here for years. Before this I have tried many salons in Coppell and Lewisville. I have recieved the best service here. All the Nail Techs do a wonderful job. I usually do the dip and sometimes get a pedicure. I have seen three people at the front desk and by far Aaron is the best. He is very attentive to everyone's needs, and kind and courteous. It's nice to walk into a place where everyone knows my name and I get such respect. The decor is beautiful too. So happy I found this new salon. The salon itself is brand new and very beautiful. I was very impressed with the designs. I was greeted by the owner as soon as I walked in. Immediately sat down for pedi. I wanted to remove my nexgen nails and get gel. They have the gel that has the matching regular polish color. Justin came over and started my pedi. Not before offering me something to drink. I chose strawberry margarita. He did a great job on my pedi. I had a nail that was bothering me and he fixed it, pain free! Kristy removed the powder with acetone and preserved my nails very well. She filed them very gently and my nails have not broken. They had great conversation and work. This place is horrble. i want to surprise my daughter with a pedicure today before grocery shopping at Sprouts next door. She was excited because again it was a surprise and she knew nothing about it. We arrived at the nail and spa and checked in at 12pm. We picked the colors we wanted and was told that someone would be with us in a moment . I thought that was reasonable and waited. After 30 minutes went by I asked what was the delay I was told someone will be with us and the manager checked out the clients that has received their service. We were then seated and sat for and 45 minutes without being asked if we wanted anything or that someone was about to provide us service. I noticed that people that came after us had been seated and service was being started for them. I was so upset at this time I picked up our things and told me Daugher that we were leaving. I told the manager that we were leaving due to the service and he just looked like it was not a big deal. This location is not what it's all cracked up to be, I've been to smaller locations with excellent service. I shop eat Sprouts all the time although I will never step foot in Resort Nail spa at this location because of the service today. I expected to leave be pleased with my service but instead I was full of disappointment. Because of this service I will also be calling the better business bureau and hope that others due the same.
