Poor communication & service! Went for dipped nails & pedicure with gel. Technician didn't buff nail before soaking and trying to scape off with quite a bit of my toe nail. Excepted me to soak off dipped nail completely rather than using a tool to speed up process. I asked to have my mani pedi done at the same time as my daughter was getting her nails painted, he did Her than tried to start on mine! I have left the salon in pictured condition before they could do more damage or waist more of my time! Trying to tell me this is the way it's done! read more

I went here today to get a fill on my nails, evidently they were too grown out for just a fill after much confusion trying to understand the woman who was doing my nails I agreed to a new set- after all what's a $7 difference? EXCEPT- that evidently I had agreed to get a set of pink and white powder nails- which cost twice as much as I was planning on spending- $40. Alright, Fine...I'll even go with that. I have a wedding to go to this weekend- I'll suck it up and pay. EXCEPT- the woman then proceeded to give the MOST painful manicure of my life. I now have at least 3 cuts underneath my nails, and when I told her it hurt she tried to tell me it was actually tickling. NO. IT HURTS. I like their eyebrow waxing, but I'll NEVER let them touch my nails again. Save yourself the pain and the money and go somewhere else. read more

Horrible ! They don't even know how to apply nail paint ! My clear nail paint after the manicure shows bubbles and I can also see a lil bit of my previous nail paint which was not properly removed ! Never going there again ..... Don't know if I have an option if posting pics here read more

My grandmother is elderly and can't see very well and is very slow moving. Not only were they patient and kind to her, they interacted with her and joked around with her, while giving her extra attention. Five stars for taking care of her; I will definitely be returning in the future. Also, they had a great selection of OPI polish. Most salons now have diluted, cheap, and off brand polish, but I was pleased to find plenty of good colors. read more

I have been going here for over 10 years. I went for the first time in High School, and it is the best place to get your nails done!! I bite my nails religiously, so I have to keep acrylics on so my nails don't bleed from the biting. I go every 2-3 weeks and Tony is AWESOME!! I have taken friends to get their nails and toes done before weddings and bdays, and everyone loves it! I tried to go to a new place a while back bc I moved, but it was horrible, so now I drive the extra 30 minutes to get to Rose Nails bc nobody else does it like them. read more

The first time I came here the pedicure was great and my gel manicure looked good and it's just down the road from my house. Unfortunately I came here again and got a pedicure that won't have me coming back for more. They spent about 2 seconds on callus removal and the massage was not good at all. The polish on my toes is so thick I can see the dip where it's not as thick in som parts. Not very happy with my experience at all. I probably won't be coming back again. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE: I went in today to get a manicure and a pedicure, and was not happy with the results. My toes came out nice, but my nails on the other hand looked terrible. I have been getting Nexgen (dip) nails for 2 years and have never had any problems with it, however with theirs it was sheer and patchy. My nails have never been thinner than they are now because they were shaved down so much, also due to their excessive amount of shaving they cut my finger. When I told the lady doing them my concerns about how sheer it was, as well as how she had cut me, she said it was because my "nail beds were short", and completely ignored the fact that I was bleeding. I have never had this problem with Nexgen, EVER. In the end it looked horrible, and my friend and I had already been there for 2 hours, which is insane considering we were the only ones in there, so I told the nail lady to just take the nexgen off. I left there with my nails in the absolute worst condition they've ever been in, and cut right beside my nail. read more

Horrible service. I came in for a mani and pedi and was the only customer there. I'm a new mom so I thought this would be a great opportunity to take a nap. The two women doing my mani and pedi talked to each other the ENTIRE time. They kept stopping to use hand gestures. The lady doing my pedi kept stopping in the middle of the massage to clean up (taking the plastic off the foot sauna, clean up towels she used, etc). I went to get their manicure ($25 with herb paraffin treatment) and a classic pedicure ($25). Didn't have high expectations as I had a horrible experience from a nearby nail salon. I was the only customer as they just opened and was attended promptly. The technicians are friendly and are really good at what they do. Did not get any cuts unlike other salons and nail polishes were neatly applied. The salon is clean and well kept with a good variety of nail polishes from OPI and China Glaze. They did a horrible job of the acrylic nails on me, it was a half finished work and looked horrible. The job they did on daughter's had was ok but the lady who was doing it, left the job half way and went on to chat whole half hour with some friend -Cum customer. I have been going to this salon for a long time. I would not go anywhere else. I highly recommend them! The salon is very clean and the service is excellent! Tony does my fingernails and does an outstanding job. I love my pedicures, too (John, Tiffany, and several of the other staff!). Until the recent passing of my mom, Snow did her nails and pedicure. Mom always loved the way Snow took care of her fingernails and pedicure. I appreciated their patience and care of my precious mom. Tony, I've been your customer for several yrs. I started out with you (personally) & was very satisfied. Then you got busy & passed me to Jimmy (who did great). After that it was Lisa (now Ivy). Then it was Kathy (who was great). Now I'm back to Ivy (formerly Lisa). Quite frankly, I'm sick ... sick ... sick of being constantly passed around. I'm a loyal, long time customer that you don't seem to appreciate at all! As of my last visit, Ivy (formerly Lisa) did a HORRIBLE job on my nails! They are soooo thick I could probable hammer a nail with them! I hate my nails! I'm coming back again (but not to Ivy) & we'll see what happens. If I'm not satisfied (once again), I'm going elsewhere ... & recommending that all of my Coppell friends do the same. I'm just so tired of paying my hard earned money in your shop to someone who really doesn't care one way or the other how I feel about my nails or my pedicure. I'm over it. One more time ... I went here based on previous reviews - unfortunately Under New Management. The shop was very clean. It was not relaxing to listen to one of the employees talking on her cell phone a couple chairs next to me for entire visit. Another employee was playing games on his phone...volume up loudly. The girl who did my pedicure was not gentle at all! Even after I told her my feet were sensitive. Toe nails cut uneven. Waited at the nail dryer bar for 13 minutes...no one came to check if polish had dried. Tried taking off the nail separation myself as no one offered. So New Management, have your employees take their personal calls, etc out of range of the customer. And possibly have them speak/understand more english so they will know what the customer is asking for. Guess I will continue to hunt for a nail shop worthy of doing business with more than one time. read more

I brought my 2 nieces here for their first mani-pedi experience! (Ages 6 & 7). I also got a Posh Pedi ($35 and VERY WELL worth it!) The mani Pedi combo for the girls was $30 ($15 for each service) and they received a fantastic pedi and mani with flowers on fingers and toes, foot and leg scrub and lotion as well! Everyone was very nice to all of us, the salon is very clean and the tools were straight out of the autoclave:) I highly recommend Rose Nails- good prices and friendly staff!
