Due to their poor installation workmanship, they failed to seal any openings so mice got in and ate wires. They refused to take responsibility for this and blamed the manufacturer. We googled this matter of installation and across the board every article said sealing holes is one of the most important parts of installation. Allen Pools said they NEVER seal holes. They have totally blown us off, not even returning phone calls. All we want is to have them fix the wiring (and seal holes). They have treated us poorly. Think twice about this company.

If our Spa ever needs replacement, I will go directly to them.

After paying him 50k+, he told us we had the obligation to rent an excavator (because this was our fault) and we should figure out our ground situation. BUYER BEWARE, THIS MAN HIRES UNSKILLED WORKERS (Jeremy was a beer rep before working for Todd and told us so during his work in our yard), and wow, did it SHOW! 25K+ in reworking your yard with retaining walls and slopes where you never wanted them!
