I received my first of two sessions on 11/4! The gift consisted of one cleaner to stay for two hours. So it's very much a limited time but as a gift, this was a true blessing. She was able to get up all of the pet hair, which has been driving me crazy along with wiping down surfaces. She was young and sweet and a fast worker. I felt complete trust having her in my home. They were extremely thorough, even getting to places previous cleaners did not like under the bed. They nicely packed items thrown around in bags for me to sort through which I really appreciate. When finished with each area they asked if I wanted to check the area first for anything missed, another thing I appreciated. They offered to take out trash bags at the end but I told them they did enough and sent them on their way :) They are definitely worth booking and are extremely thorough! They called me back a few minutes later and confirmed the cleaning team was still on their way. They finally arrived at 1:30 PM and apologized with the reason being, "Corporate double booked us." That was annoying because when I doubled checked with the phone agent about availability on the Memorial Day holiday, he boasted "Yes, we have 20 cleaning teams operating in your area" OK but they couldn't send 1 team on time? Anyway, the cleaners worked very hard and did a fantastic job at the end of the day, so I gave them a generous tip :) next time, I would probably avoid these corporations and book with a local cleaning business instead.
