This place is okay. I think it used to be better. The ambience is still nice and groovy and the service is fine. But I don't get the impression that there's a lot of love coming out of the kitchen. For example, there are plenty of respectable ways to cook Brussels sprouts, but the chef could at least pretend that he likes them. Anyway, that's my review. Take a chance, get something to drink, and don't expect world class dishes. read more

Nice restaurant and bar. Food is scratch made and locally sourced. Drinks are very good and never overly sweet. We had the wagu burger and BLT. Both were very good. It can get loud in there, and it's hard to hear the music. The one negative is that the bar area is a little different. The main bartop is not customer accessible as it is set up for putting silverware and napkins together and other stock items for the tables. The other bartop sits right behind the hostess stand, which is right inside the door. If it's cold outside, that's definitely not the place to sit. This negative is easily remedied by sitting elsewhere, though. We'll be back. read more

Very elevated american style cuisine with casual industrial design, the atmosphere is very reserved. The few times I've been, there aren't any rowdy parties. It's almost like the wait staff expects you to be well-behaved and calm - not that you can't be a little louder, it's just very serene. The menu is somewhat diverse, and doesn't feel very accomodating for dietary restrictions/preferences. Every time we go, I'm excited for a power bowl and then I remember it's all quinoa-based. It would be nice to get some other grain options, like farro. Otherwise, it's a nice place to eat, enjoy a 415 (moscow mule), and relax. Although kids are welcome, it feels more like an adult setting. read more

I've been here twice now, once for lunch and once for brunch. Both times the food was outstanding. The patio is really nice, almost makes you feel like you are somewhere tropical or like you are vacation. Neither times I went was it super busy. Waitstaff is nice, helpful. The mac n cheese is good. Salty. The Caesar salad might be my favorite anywhere. I had a breakfast pizza for brunch and I was bummed I had to leave it with my son because I was headed to the airport after brunch. This is great place and I look forward to eating there next time I am in FoCo. read more

What a great find here in the back street of down town old Fort Collins with outside seating. Since the weather was warm we selected seating outside. Our wait server was attentive and patient as we took our time ordering and needed some time as we were waiting for another guest to join us for our meal. The food was presented well when served along with our drink order. Prices were reasonable.... and cocktails delicious. A hipster restaurant as this is a college town but not so enjoyed the ambiance and natural vibes from wait staff. Totally would come back for more time on that patio seating in the cool weather. We had a nice Sunday dinner on their dog friendly front patio. The fountains, plants, and flowers make for a nice ambiance. Had a rum cocktail that was pretty good. One of my favorite spots for dinner in Fort Collins. I've been here countless times for dinner in person (pre-covid) and it has been a staple in my take out rotation this last year. There are several great vegetarian options on the menu and the small plates make it a fun spot for a date or dinner with friends so you can share several items. Ate here for the first time and my wife and I split the beet salad which was delicious. I would recommend the garlic lemon dressing instead of the one that comes on it. We also had the spicy grilled chicken again excellent just a little bit salty but other than that very good food good price is good value really enjoyed it will be back. read more

I've had this place on my list of places to try for some time and was finally in Fort Collins and able to give it a try. The food was really good, the seasonal pizza was very good, however, $16 was very high for what we got (not meat and small). The brussel sprouts with orange, garlic, parmesan shavings were great! This place is okay.....not out-of-this-world, but not bad either. The cocktails were probably the highlight. We had the Chupacabra and the French 75 and both were well balanced. The hamburger had a good flavor but it fell flat when I specifically asked for my burger to be cooked rare, and instead got medium. Why ask, if they're going to cook it the way they want it? It still wasn't bad, but it would have been nice to honor my request. The fries were excellent-- thin and crispy. The patio was nicely heated and views were enjoyable. Would I go back? Probably not.....I think there are just better restaurants in the area for the same price point. read more

We dined on 3-22-24 and had the service been even good I'd give it 5 stars, but it was terrible. The menu is not large, but it is really expansive with delicious choices everywhere. The mac n cheese with bacon appetizer is top notch! My chicken tenders were incredible and my wife's quinoa salad was filling and full of great ingredients. Our server was indifferent and largely absent. I was not offered any condiments for my chicken tenders and there was no butter with my waffles. I had to flag down a different server to even get anything. We were never once asked if we wanted additional drinks and there was 25 minutes in-between getting our food and even seeing him again. Service is a huge part of eating out. Sad that a terrible job interfered in what should have been a 5-star experience. read more

Came last night for dinner with hubby and daughter. Not the best showing this visit. At first all was going fairly well. We ordered drinks, and settled into browsing the menu. My 415 cocktail arrive sans garnish, not a huge deal, but they should remember the nice touches. We ordered several dishes to share: the bacon Mac-n-Cheese, Brussel Sprouts, a small beet salad and the Woodland pizza. I very clearly told our waiter that 2/3 of our party did NOT like mushrooms and was there any way they could serve some only on a tiny portion of pizza or on the side or whatnot. Knowing this was a pain in the ass request, I also mentioned that if the chef couldn't accommodate that, no worries, but go "no mush". I'm was trying to be light-hearted, and said this is a conspiratorial kind of voice for my mushroom-lovin' husband"s benefit. The waiter never returned to question us about the order and when the pizza was delivered, he saiid the chef couldn't do that so he put mushrooms on the top. OF THE WHOLE PIZZA. Buried under cheese, everywhere, tons of mushrooms. It ruined the pizza for me. I casually mentioned to our waiter that next time we say that 2/3 of the party doesn't like mushrooms, maybe the chef shouldn't put them on the whole pizza. He excused it and blamed it on my having used the "whispery" voice. If he was confused by my voice, why didn't he ask for clarification? This irked me. He did take the pizza off the ticket which was nice and then mostly avoided our table for the remainder of the meal. I promise y'all, I'm not that scary, nor was I ever unpleasant to him. But it is his job to carry out our order as requested and if he's unsure or can't accommodate a request, he should come back and check in with us. Simple good service. Anyhow, other than that the food was good. It was a first for me to have the beet salad and I enjoyed it very much. The hazelnuts were a nice addition. Bums me out to have a not-so-great experience at one of my favorite restaurants. They've been under new ownership for about a year now so I hope this isn't indicative of a new (and unimproved) dining experience. They'll get another chance, but I hope the service is better next time. read more

415 is very inconsistent! While I've had some really superb sandwiches and pizzas, almost every time I venture out towards a soup special or something like that, it turns out downright BAD. I even ordered quinoa once and they had clearly not known how to prepare it. They had not soaked it to remove the saponin. It was inedible. Wow! The Woodland Pizza was absolutely incredible. It had figs, goat cheese, chard, caramelized onions, and other amazing ingredients. I had two pieces left over and happily ate them later. I also got the tequila jalapeño drink and it was amazing. If I could give a 10 for a rating I would. This is a must try place! read more

Pretty average experience dining at 415 for dinner last Friday. My friend had recommended this place as best place for dinner in FOCO. Other guests and the staff's enforcement of CoVID precautions were the primary detractors of my experience. We were set back on the back patio- which was beautiful and spacious. However, a neighboring table that included three young children was an issue. The adults let their kids roam around the whole patio, walking and standing near other tables, and the kids even were crawling on and sitting on the waterfall/pool wall. Pretty much treating it like a McDonald's playpen. This made all other guests, particularly an elderly couple next to the waterfall visibly very uncomfortable. I do blame the parents and made a comment to them about their indifference of their kids behavior at nice dinning establishment, especially during a pandemic. However, restaurant staff should have also asked the parents to control their kids and enforced social distancing, which they made no effort to do. Otherwise, the atmosphere was enjoyable, the service was great, and the food was average. I ordered the fried chicken and waffles. The chicken was dry as boneless white meat. My friend ordered a pepperoni pizza which was unremarkable, a standard generic pizza. My referring friend had recommended the pork chop lollipop entree but it was not longer on the menu. read more

Guy Fieri, I'm not happy with you! I'm usually impressed with DDD places but this one was a swing and a miss. It's not bad, but it's really nothing memorable. I wouldn't even qualify it as a diner, a drive in or a dive. I tried their chicken and waffles which were decent at best. We also had some chicken sliders that had some weird Dijon thing on them. My son liked the pizza. This was partnered with slow, service that wasn't very impressive. Little things like refilling water and asking how the food was we're not happening and it really wasn't very crowded. Food gets 3 stars but service loses another. read more

Found on Yelp, what a find!! Just searching for a new place in Ft Collins and for sure found one I'm coming back to try other items. The "When Pigs Fly" aka Chicken and Waffles, no exaggeration the best I've had anywhere. The chicken tenders are so amazing, crunchy and full of flavor, the Waffles could stand alone, but then the syrup tied it all together. The red velvet cupcake was super moist and really good.
