    I was excited to come back here and it did not disappoint! From the moment you step into Restaurant Guy Savoy, you're given the 5 star treatment. Every single person on the service staff is welcoming, attentive, kind, and friendly. They seem to really care about their patrons having a satisfying and enjoyable meal. They modified the tasting menu for me a bit due to dietary restrictions, and were able to add a course for me because I really wanted to try the chef's special (white truffle risotto). The whole meal was unbelievable and I was absolutely stuffed. The portions may seem small, but trust me, they are all filling! The only course I wasn't a huge fan of was the dessert, but I was so full that it was probably good I couldn't finish. The inside of the restaurant is bright and cheery. It feels fancy without being over the top, and the dishes are worth it. I can't wait to go back!

    What a beautiful evening from start to finish! Exceptional service and exquisite food! We loved that, while the ambiance is very formal, it's not uptight or stuffy, the servers were relaxed and friendly. The butter service was so fun and we really enjoyed trying all the different breads. We decided to order a la cart, and tried several different dishes. The dessert cart was lovely as well. This is the perfect choice for a special occasion dinner!

    Located in Ceasar palace hotel resort. Reservation: via opentable. Cc required. 10 course chef tasting menu $800 per person + tax + 22% automatic gratuity. When we arrived, they brought us to the kitchen. We were confused when they setup a table just for us. They said it was because that's what we reserved for. The room has Krug champagne sign, and the champagne was sponsored by Krug. The chef greated us. We decided to move to the main dining area, it is more lively instead of just the 2 of you dining in the kitchen area. They are very flexible and very accommodating. First , they come with the famous cart full of variety bread and a mountain shape of unsalted butter. You can have as many as you want. Then they started we amuse bouche, the few appetizers, see photos. Mostly the price was for white truffle and caviar, because most of the dishes are prepared with either caviar or white truffle. Still water $12 just an fyi. Right around in the middle of our courses, more people start coming in. Tables were getting filled. Restroom: men and women. Food are delicious, the people are friendly. At the end of our dinner, they came with a cart full of goodies and desserts, and again, you can eat as much as you want. They gave us some bread and goodies to go along with customized menu that was prepared for us. Overall is good. For $800, maybe not.

    Guy Savoy is definitely a must-try, once in a lifetime dinner experience. Every dish was elegant, service was superb, and the ambiance made the night unforgettable. Their bread cart service was amazing, and I have never seen such an extensive wine list (both not pictured). To start, I had an oyster with granita, which was an innovative way to consume oysters. The crab topped with caviar was heavenly. The seabass was cooked to perfection. I also loved the lobster tail with wagyu. Service was top tier. Ambiance was intimate. While it is a splurge, this was one of the best fine dining experiences I've ever had and was worth every penny. Highly recommend checking this off your bucket list!!

    I honestly never thought I would get to write a review for a place in this price range as its not really in my budget. There is fancy night out and then there's break the bank. However, my angel of a friend treated me to this once in a life time experience. First off, they have a valet you can get to off of flamingo that has the entrance to the restaurant right there, so you can bypass the smoky casino, so dont go on las vegas Blvd trying to access it. The flamingo entrance is normally only for their high rollers, but if you are dining here you are allowed to, and they validate your parking. Make sure to have your valet stub so they can give you your sticker for it. When I entered we started with getting our drinks to start the evening at the bar behind the hostess. I am allergic to alcohol and appreciated that they had non alcoholic sparkling wine for me to have, and they also supplied me with custom made mocktails throughout the night. The rest of the group had the wine pairing. It seemed they were doing an amazing job creating harmony with the drinks and the food. The bread cart is a very special experience. First the bring out a mountain of French imported butter under a glass cloche. They carve a lovely curl of butter for you, and then they explain all the fresh baked breads on the cart and you can get a slice of whatever ones you would like throughout the dinner. I especially loved their fochacia. At the end they have a whole other cart of desserts you can also choose from with amazing buttery crusts, treats in wrappers etc. My favorite dish was the foi gras and mushroom dish, and there was a lovely fish dish that was tender and flavorful. They even gave us a pre dessert before the official dessert which I preferred. The service was impeccable. But when I consider the prices of the items I feel this meal should have been the best thing I have ever had in my life to get 5 stars, and it wasnt. The artichoke soup with truffle honestly was very heavy tasting and one note. The a5 wagu with lobster looked nicer than it tasted. The lobster felt like it needed to cook another 30 seconds at least, it had a weird texture, and while the meat was tasty it did not melt in mouth the way I thought it would. The oyster with cavier was ok, but I've had oysters elsewhere that excited me more. I felt other than the yummy juice shot at the beggining that the meal read heavy and lacked brightness until the very end with the desserts. When I envision fine dining it should be a mix of innovation, skill, and Ingridients that are high quality and orchestrated in a way that they play off of eachother, keeping your palate alert and ready. I think the food story was maybe not as clear as I hoped. That it felt more like pageantry than passion at times in its conceptualization. Its not to take away from it being a special experience, its not often you spend 4 hours in a dining room waited on like royalty. However, when you charge the same price for a soup that could be used for an entire very nice meal elsewhere, that soup should create a freaking core memory in my brain that I look back on fondly till I no longer am on this earth.

    The best service in Las Vegas (yes, even better than Joel Robuchon), but the price is very high for what is an excellent meal that impresses but rarely reaches the highs it aims for. It was a wondaful meal, but it wasn't transcendent. The meal (I went with the tasting menu) starts with an amuse bouche that is playful and entertaining - a little burger. Excellent and humorous. But when the main courses started, everything was perfect, but nothing really stood out. Except, of course, the famed truffle soup, which was amazing. Everything is impeccable, and it takes effort to cook large plates (rather than the small bites many fine dining establishments have started to feature). Save room for desserts - so perhaps skip the bread. I ended up being stuffed. Some tips: If you're driving, ask about valet. I ended up doing self-parking, which cost more. The restaurant is hidden to the side of the hotel, up a flight of stairs (or an elevator). It's not loud at all. The restaurant is divided into a few sections; I wish I'd sat overlooking the window rather than inside the restaurant. And expect to pay a lot of money. It is pricy.

    We hadn't been to Guy Savoy in years so it was long overdue. Last time I remember being underwhelmed with the decor and simplicity of the restaurant. This time I appreciated it because I realized you don't need fancy decorations when the food is 5 star all the way. I feel like it puts more emphasis on the food. The service is top notch and so attentive. We were almost immediately bought out the champagne options. Next they brought out the huge book of wines. We opted for the a la care menu as I'm more vegetarian ish than my husband. The special was a black truffle risotto we both HAD to order. Before that we received the Amuse-bouche which was a one bite teeny tiny wagyu burger and a one bite of a form of mashed potatoes. The flavors were so intense it was like we'd already enjoyed a whole meal. The bread cart was so good, had to try almost every bread. For the main course I got the chicken with truffle, so incredible! My husband got the steak, so tender and perfectly cooked. For dessert we were so full so we opted for the dessert trolly so we could take some home. It also came with sorbets and ice cream. To take home, we were each given a brioche that had candied fruit inside. I regret not dining here more often, but it definitely is a special occasion restaurant for us. Can't wait to dine here again!

    Visited here on a Saturday mid-November 2024 with my husband. The experience was exceptional! Waitstaff were highly attentive and accommodated our request to split the Colors of Caviar side dish, which we appreciated. The food was delicious, and we had an excellent experience with the wine pairing as well. From the tasting menu, I'd say the stand-out for me was the Artichoke and Black Truffle soup. Super creamy and aromatic, I'm still thinking about it weeks afterward! Also, excellent call to serve the soup shortly after bread service, since I ended up using a lot of my bread to dip into the soup. Pure heaven! I wanted to give a shout-out to our sommelier Andrew (@vegas.wine) that made a strong impression on us with his delightful personality and conversation, as well as his in-depth knowledge of the wine that he was serving us. My husband was extremely satisfied with the experience, and he thinks it might be the most worthwhile wine pairing he's had in recent memory. Thank you Andrew! We both had a wonderful time dining here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends and travelers passing through Vegas.

    I would love to give a 5 stars but it just wasn't up to par for me for a 3 Michelin stars restaurant. We went in Christmas Day. They do have a full bar. Only wine. Also outside wine is not allowed. The courses were just heavy on heavy on heavy. All the way to the dessert. It was a very one note for me - heavy/fatty. Their bread cart has fake bread on top. The breads are hidden and they don't make too many. Just not impressed considering at Joel Robuchon, the entire cart is freshly baked. The menu is only course meal. Be ready to pay. Our final check was close to $1,600 for 2 people.

    Got incredibly lucky and was able to eat here for a work event. It was a private event and a course meal so not sure if my experience and the dishes I got to taste represent the typical dining experience here but to speak on the specific meal I had..... I mean seriously one of the best meals of my life and I think one I will remember forever!!! Each dish had an amazing wine pairing with the most knowledgeable and personable som!! As a novice wine drinker, I discovered madeiras here and absolutely fell in love!!! The dinner was I think around 8 courses? They were all soooo creative and beautiful and unique! Got to experience some flavors I have never experienced before. The best dishes for me were the chestnut dish, white truffle risotto, and the daurade, and the coconut dessert!!! We also got to have the artichoke and black truffle soup which apparently won them their Michelin star but it wasn't my personal favorite. What an incredible experience I will never forget.... Including the MOUNTAIN of butter

    I was very excited to eat at this restaurant because it was on my bucket list. Unfortunately, I could not give it five stars. The service was phenomenal. we went all out with tasting menu and wine paring. The ambience simple and elegant. The food was good but the service was better. I felt the portions could have been smaller and the wine pairing more compatible with the food. I've done sever tasting menus with wine pairings and I would give this on a Three. For the price I was expecting to be dazzled.

    Talk about posh! I love this restaurant. Service is impeccable. Food is delicious. Presentation is beautiful. They pay attention to every detail and I am so happy to have experienced dining here. Everything from the bread cart, butter, palette cleansers, entrees to the dessert...so much care goes into taste and presentation. This restaurant is very classy.

    How long is the average dining experience?

    Between the freshly baked bread and special butter selection, appetizers, salad, soup, entree, sides and dessert you'll want a couple hours for your fine gourmet experience.

    I have a shellfish allergy will they cater to me as far as a tasting menu goes?

    Yes, be sure to put in your notes while making the reservation. They can accommodate to most dietary restrictions.

    Planning to go for tasting menu but Hubby wants with wine and I can't drink. Can we get the same tasting menu one with wine pairing and the other without?

    Yes. I believe the wine pairing is optional. One person can get it and the other person can opt out.

    Does the tasting menu include wine and is it possible to order the tasting menu without wine?

    Yes, the menu includes wine and yes, you can have the wine excluded. The tasting menu sans wine will cost much less.

    A jacket and slacks for gentlemen is fine. Last time I was there I did not wear a tie.

    Is the Bubble Bar still open, and does it still have a dozen offerings by the glass?

    Bubble bar is the very intimate lounge, which is about 8 high top chairs. They do offer wine and champagne by the glass.

    I saw that the tasting menu is served for the entire table ; does that mean that I can't get the tasting menu if I go alone?

    That's a good question. I would suggest you call them and ask. They book far out, so it's worth the call to find out when they have an opening. Good luck!

    I think their website says but I would plan for 2.5 hours.

The cabs listed on the menu are ones that I've never had before & it was bold as expected but solid. I've had better old world wines so it was just okay. Bartenders were very slow & even though my friend & I had been sitting at the bar for a bit the bartenders were waiting on new customer's who had come up to the bar after us & then taking orders again from people who had already been sitting @ the bar drinking. It was annoying....but the female blonde bartender did apologize to us for "the wait" which I appreciated that she did & also noticed we had been waiting awhile. She was nice & friendly and did check on us again. There was one guy down @ the end of the bar with a couple other men & he kept coughing & coughing & coughing without even covering his mouth....it got very annoying and eventually he left (thank God!) but then one of the guys started smoking a cigar and it was soooooo stinky & a chic behind us who was smoking a cigarette, which was stinky too. I know these bad habits are smelly but I wish the air circulation in this bar was better. I did enjoy my Lemon Lime Happy Dad seltzer & gambled a little bit but didn't win any money. I have been in this bar twice in the past & had a better experience so I'll give it 4 stars, just like with any place sometimes your visits can be good & sometimes not soo good!

The prawns arrive perfectly crisp with a generous coating of golden garlic and herbs. Each bite has that satisfying crunch before giving way to tender shrimp. 2) Mango Crispy Catfish - A beautiful contrast of textures. The crispy catfish is topped with bright slices of mango and finished with a chili-lime dressing that ties everything together. The dish is vibrant, colorful, and bursting with flavors. 3) Crab Fried Rice - The rice comes generously packed with large pieces of crab and works perfectly alongside the other dishes.
