I am often skeptical of casino establishments and this was a surprise. Excellent French cuisine and service to match which made this a hit. The menu is quite robust for breakfast from caviar to classics. Croque Madame with an egg and a beautiful frisée side salad is an excellent choice. Ample caviar options and we preferred the salmon, creme fraiche over cracker - yum!

Phenomenal brunch! Ordered the bottomless Veuve and caviar service to start. Then tried the lobster Benedict, salmon cracker and the soufflé pancakes. First the aesthetic here is girlie brunch and it was everything. Sat at a lovely table, fresh cut pink rose on the table. Table setting perfection. Miguel was our waiter and we kept him running for the Veuve, wore him out so much he ended up bringing a bottle of champ to our table, hehe. Best part? They offer brunch on a Monday!!!

Stopped by La Fontaine at Fontainebleau Las Vegas for breakfast. Portions are a little small for the price, but that's expected here. We ordered the Royal Benedict and the Eggs en Cocotte--both were really good. Alfredo was our server and helped us pick our dishes, which we ended up loving. Overall, a solid spot to grab breakfast before heading to the pool or starting your day.

Delicious brunch in a beautiful, upscale restaurant. Soufflé pancakes lived up to the hype. Booked Fontainebleu through Chase Sapphire Reserve to use daily breakfast credit (usable prior to noon) - strongly recommend reservations. Excellent service - staff seated us at one of the beautiful booths that faces outward into the restaurant. Highlights, ranked: - Soufflé pancakes - served with lemon curd, thyme cream and fresh berries - Smoked salmon benedict - rich, savory, satisfying. Eggs perfectly poached - French onion soup - excellently done Pass: - Escargot (tasty, but I strongly prefer in shell) - Tarte Flambe (gruyere, lardons, caramelized onion on crispy flatbread) - extremely heavy version overloaded with cheese Love the airy, elegant setting - ambiance is wonderful. We celebrated Valentine's here and each table was presented with a long-stemmed rose, a nice, classy touch.

Fantastic per usual. The restaurant is beautiful and classy. All the staff is extremely helpful and will answer all questions promptly. Every time I come the food is delicious. If you're in Vegas this is a must try place. It's getting popular so best to make a reservation but they take walk ins and have a bar area too.

We booked FontaineBleau through Amex FHR. La Fontaine is one of the restaurants where you can use the daily breakfast credit. I really enjoyed the restaurant but it does get busy so reservations are definitely recommended. Aside from that we ate there multiple days and never got tired of it. They have fresh juices, regular breakfast items as well as some unique options. I had the coq au vin from the brunch menu which was good. Service was pretty on par with what you'd expect from a Vegas resort restaurant as were the prices. Overall good experience. Looking at past reviews, it looks like this breakfast/brunch/lunch spot can get pretty busy, so I reserved for their 7 am opening. They, like many restaurants, don't do online reservations for solo diners, so I just reserved for 2 and it wasn't an issue. There weren't a lot of early bird diners the morning I went. La Fontaine is a very beautiful restaurant on the 2nd level of the Fontainebleu, very elegant despite having no windows. The menu is French-ish. They even have a $75 3-course tasting menu that is available at all hours--it looked very enticing and had some breakfast-y items on it, but it's a lot of food at 7 am. I ended up ordering 2 dishes (sweet and savory) and packed up the leftovers. I first got the L'Envie de Rose fruit-forward smoothie, which was delish. I knew I wanted to try the souffle pancakes, which I'd seen on social media, and I also got the La Parisienne omelette (ham and Emmental cheese). The pancakes were very tasty, 3 to an order, served with fresh berries, lemon curd, thyme whipped cream and syrup. The pancakes themselves may have had lemon zest, but the lemon curd was fab. The omelette also was fine, served with a parmesan sauce, some roasted cherry tomatoes and a hash brown cake. Omelettes do not come with toast. Service was quite good, which I expected since it was not busy. Overall a tasty and elegant meal, although a bit pricey.

The crudo is outstanding, especially with the salmon roe--it adds a wonderful burst of flavor. Service is consistently very good, attentive without being overbearing. The burger is delicious and perfectly cooked medium rare. Reservations can be difficult to secure, but it's well worth the effort. The Caesar salad is also a highlight, topped with quail egg and anchovy for a rich, satisfying twist.

My friend and I came here for brunch on a Monday morning. It wasn't busy at all, and we were seated upon arrival. Food: My friend and I tried a few of their dishes. Deviled Eggs - These were pretty good! I would order them again. Soufflé Pancakes - These were the best things we had. The lemon curd was absolutely delicious. Egg En Cocotte - This was good, but it needed a little bit more salt. Service: Service was not bad. It was a large restaurant, and it did get busier the longer we were there. Food took longer than expected to come out. TL;DR - Great breakfast options, maybe a little slow for service

    Lobster Florentine ($40)
    Jennifer H.

Came here for breakfast to use up the $70 Amex breakfast credit. I got the lobster Florentine ($40), and my fiancé got the L'espagnole omelette ($29) and the Avocalada ($16). The breakfast is overpriced for what you get, but the ambiance is nice. The lobster Florentine was nicely presented, but the lobster was dry, and I didn't love the potato rosti on the bottom. I tried some of my fiancè's omelette, and it was ok - nothing special. The Avocalada was a smoothie containing avocado, green apple, pineapple, and lime. I enjoyed the texture and it wasn't too sweet.

I was staying at the Fontainebleau and had some sort of credit anyway so I decided to go to this restaurant with my best friend. It was really delicious. The food was great, everything that we had. To me it's a little overpriced, but the service was amazing and it's really pretty inside as well. We had the La Parissiane (ham omelette) and the Lobster Florentine. So good! I also ordered the orange tonic with vodka and another cocktail that was really good. I would come back.

    Beautiful and comfortable space.

Extra fancy brunches are always a good time. I love anything French-inspired so a visit was in order. With its popularity, especially on busy weekends, a reservation is essential. The space is drenched in soft light and pale, feminine tones, almost like a modern salon tucked inside a French château. With endless champagne flowing, the room gets lively quickly as guests get their tipsy on. The food is classic French and American, plated beautifully so your eyes get to indulge first. The deviled eggs were outstanding, silky, creamy, and warmed by a generous amount of paprika. My man's sandwich came slathered in the most incredible tomato marmalade, and our lemon dessert was bright, airy, and the perfect way to end a nearly flawless meal. A couple notes for the kitchen: my omelet was a touch firmer than ideal, and the BLT's bread was toasted past the point of comfort, making it much harder to be able to enjoy the sandwich. Hopefully this reaches the right hands. Even so, we enjoyed ourselves, and the staff remained attentive despite every table being full. I'd give this experience a 3.5 rating if I could. Thank you for a lovely Sunday afternoon.

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

I don't understand how this place even has the rating they do. We got tricked. I've had better food at McDonalds breakfast. Anyways, we came in with no wait, seated immediately. The place was not busy, maybe 6 tables total. Glass cups: DIRTY. We had 2 different servers, the 2nd one: Condescending. He had asked us if we were ready to order and we said yes, thinking he was going to take it: he walked away! And took 2 tables orders that came in AFTER us that took at least 10 min and then came back to take our order. Our tea was ordered right from the get go but came AFTER our food arrived. I ordered the deviled eggs: NO FLAVOR. It was actually interesting, it was half heated up and half cold in the middle and had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. Wife ordered biscuits and gravy: EGGSHELLS INCLUDED. Wife explained the dish was barely warm, like they tried warming it up in the microwave and didn't taste good at all. We think the best thing on the menu was the hot tea we ordered, which was store bought. Service, never even got asked if our food was okay. Barely got our food and not even 2 min later, check was brought to us with nothing said. Just PLOPPED on the table next to us to take care of. I've been to 8 states and this place is in my top 3 of worst places I've ever been to. If I could give it a negative star, surely I would. Im a pretty easy going person, I give chances and understand even if a server is having a bad day. This place was purely a fail. "Oh no! What could improve?" Yelp ask: EVERYTHING.

The waitstaff were dressed very casual, jeans and t-shirt casual. Although the food is upscale, everything else about this place seems very casual diner like. We could even see most of the work going on in the small kitchen. Mostly shareable plates... Our table chose the deviled eggs with caviar - these were a hit! Dynamite shrimp, most at the table liked these, they were spicy and the flavor was decent, but I just felt like the sauce made the breading a bit soggy and it wasn't a favorite of mine. Pork Belly - This had a buffalo sauce on it, which I wasn't too excited about at first, but it worked better than I expected. Wish it was just a little crispier but it was tender and I enjoyed it. Oxtail risotto - this one had mixed reviews from the table, I really enjoyed it. The flavor was good. There's only a small amount of meat and it's shredded into the risotto. Overall the consistency was a little weird, very thick and almost sticky/dry, plus the dark color. They had a steak on the menu and the flavor was great, one of the pricier menu items but it was a good share. My wife ordered a burger without the bun. She said the patty was well over-cooked and so it was pretty dry. They don't offer gluten-free buns or bread - bummer. The service was generally prompt, but seemed uncoordinated at times. For example, it seemed our waitress was also handling a very large party outside on the patio, and randomly the hostess would bring us a drink refill (hostess stand was right beside our table). That's good in a way, they are all a team, but she also picked up my plate and silverware after only the first appetizer - mind you they bring everything out as it's ready, so don't expect the whole table to eat together, you are expected to share! When I asked if she could replace my silverware, she grabbed a fork and knife and handed to me, but they weren't rolled in a napkin or anything, just barehanded me some silverware... anyway, I thought that was odd. Overall, the food had some bright spots and perhaps worth a lunch if you are downtown. I probably wouldn't seek it out again, but I'm not mad about the meal we had either.
