Was in town for a birthday weekend. The restaurant was located walking distance from the hotel we were staying at so we decided to walk there for dinner. The places was taking all the social distance precautions which was great. they had indoor and outdoor seating. Most of the patrons we seated outside. We decided to seat outside as well. the tables outside were seated 6ft apart. we started dinner with the nachos. The tres chile turkey crumble on the nachos was not my favorite. It definitely had an acquired taste. I could of done without the onions as well. I would have preferred the chips with the beer cheese and jalapeños. Next week tried the garlic bread. The bread came with different sauces. The bread was nice and warm and my favorite sauce was the garlic butter. Finally we had ordered the pizza! We ordered a medium pepperoni pizza. We placed an order for pickup. The place was super cute inside when we picked up. Loved the patio area. The hostess who took out order was precise and correct. I love stopping in here after work for a glass of wine, the staff is all so sweet. The staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to answering questions about the menu. We ordered the antipasti skewers, pepperoni, and Hawaiian pizza. Our food came out rather fast, and I'll add there was a full house this afternoon. If you didn't already know, they are the same owners of Bosque Brewing. Their business model is very important to me and that is why I feel like everyone in our community should be supporting them. About a year back, I read an article about Restoration Pizza, how the guys from Bosque Brewing were putting together a restaurant that would commit to hiring and training the very people my wife works alongside. "Hey, Laura, read this." As of opening day, April 2019, nearly 40% of the staff at this business were referred via employment partners, wonderful organizations like Mandy's Farm, Adelante, Life Roots and the New Mexico Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. That's astonishing, y'all. 10-20% would be a feat, but these guys committed to the cause, and they're proving that in many respects, workers who are on the Spectrum can indeed be just as valuable, if not far more reliable, honest, and authentic than the average hire. Here's raising a pint to you, Bosque. Concerning the food, hey, you'll get what you're looking for: basic, thin crust slices that'll flop into your gaping jaws, the Restoration bread is, well, cheese bread (not sure about the hype, but the green chile ranch makes each bite worthy), salad was fine. I asked our server about that and she said that it was a conscious decision to include these folks. Oh holy heck, the Restoration Bread is to die for! Really. Go order some now! We started our first visit to this restaurant with the Restoration Bread which is filled with mozzarella. We had the garlic butter dipping sauce and the green chile ranch. So good. Had I known, I'd have just made that my dinner. The supreme pizza we ordered was excellent as well. Service was friendly, the restaurant was packed, but we didn't wait long for our food. The servers and other staff were on top of things. Two small points: We had to wait for our check even though the server checked on us two or three times after our food came out. One of those times the check should have been dropped off. Nitpicky sure, but important when a guest is ready to go. Second, the chairs are uncomfortable if you have any extra junk in your trunk. So choose a stool at one of the family style tables or one of the half booths that line the back wall if you are a little more well endowned. Even my hubby who is very average in size disliked the chairs at the table. Excellent food and great service. Plus my pup gets all the love from the servers, they love her. The pizza was delicious, fresh ingredients, can customize and also try pizza of the month. The beer was nice and cold great taste. But of course I love that right off the bat my server brought a water bowl (clean) with fresh water for my pup. The beer cheese on the nachos was amazing, and there was a nice kick from the jalapeños scattered on top. We got the 5312 and the Roadrunner (devoured before I remembered to take a picture), and I definitely recommend both. The service from our server, Victor O., was better than I've had in Five star restaurants. Attentive not overbearing and knowledgeable about the menu. The pizza was great, a fresh tomato base with a mozzarella cheese base. It crust was not thin but not thick, a great hand tossed consistency. We also had the pretzel bites with the house made beer cheese which had a little kick but not too much. As always Bosque beers don't disappoint, and I was finally able to try their "seltzer" which was light and refreshing and will be great when summer comes around. I found this place on Yelp and am always up to trying a new pizza place. First impression was that the place was huge! Located right next to Cabela's you can easily find parking. It was so aesthetically cute with the different light fixtures, wood tables, and mental barstools. Giving it a rustic vibe/look. Starting off with the restoration bread. O. M. G. Sooooooo good and super hot straight from the oven. The cheese pull is amazing. Not to mention the green chile ranch is so good. You can see the pieces of green chile in it. It was so good that I could have like 5. The pizza was also amazing. Super crispy and cheesy. The green chile was phenomenal. Perfect spice. The crust was my favorite. Not too thin and not too thick but with the green chile ranch. Perfect combo. My boyfriend loved the selection of Bosque beers on tap. We were helped by everybody and checked on frequently. Everything was cleared quickly and everyone was so friendly. I can't wait to see this place take off in the summer and fill up with customers. The space inside can definitely handle the crowd and once some decor is added to the patio it will be perfect. My first time here. I've always been hearing about it on the radio. Glad I was able to check this place out. Situated right off Paseo and right next to Cabela's. Easy to find. Huge dining area. Included a bar, plenty of tables high top and low top, they even have an area where they showcase their merchandise. Visited on a Saturday night because I couldn't find a place that was opened late. This was my best bet. Since on Saturday's they're open till 11pm. Most restaurants close around 8 or 9 pm. Greeted by friendly staff. My family and I got to sit where we wanted. Our waiter, Maxwell was very helpful in selecting our appetizer which was bread stuffed with mozzarella and accompanied with garlic butter dipping sauce (bomb). Tasted just like the clarified butter you'd get with lobster. Also had some jetty jack it was good stuff. Got to share a huge 16" Supreme pizza with green bell peppers, Italian sausage, mushrooms and pepperoni. Overall this place is a must try! I would have given a five-star.So I gave a 4-star because it was 300 feet off of directions for the Google maps and they forgot my green chili on my pizza. They did take it back immediately and fix it though. The staff is really we got the supreme pizza took off the onions and the bell pepper and substituted Green Chile. We just hopped in for a quick bite, boy we're we surprised. They let us have our dogs on the porch and the service and food was great. Had pretzel bites (yummy). This is a nice hopping new place to try. Not sure how long they have been open but they had a good crowd on a Friday night at 5:30 so the place has already been discovered. We had one of their combination pizzas and it was excellent! We saw a large salad come out to another table which looked great and could have served at least six people. The service was excellent! Several wait staff check in on your table often. The beer was also really good. That is the only alcohol served so if you are with someone who wants something other than beer, they are out of luck. I know it's a microbrewery but some people will not go to a place like this if they can't get some other kind of alcohol. Owners, offer some wine to expand your client base. They do have an outdoor patio but it is not very large. Overall it's a good place to try for good pizza and beer. Check it out! read more
