They were considerate of our concerns, and also managed a slew of contractors for a complicated job that not only included water damage restoration but also demolition, reconstruction, and installation of a new HVAC system and tankless water heater. On another occasion, I called Ilan and Angela when our home flooded due to a clogged toilet, and they responded quickly, even late at night. They promptly brought wet vacuums, dehumidifiers, and disinfectant to dry out the hardwood floors - which undoubtedly saved us from doing more restoration work by limiting the scope of the damage. When I requested a receipt to use for a SoCal gas Rebate a half year after the water heater project concluded (I know, I'm a procrastinator) - Angela combed through their records and pulled it up for me.
