First, I want to say we are very experienced in receiving massages. We're even members at a spa at home, so we get massages regularly. With that said, my husband & I are in agreement that this was the best massage we've ever had!! Our masseuses were Cici & Oxana. They were fantastic! We both walked away so relaxed & refreshed. I made an appointment for an acrylic set the following day because I liked the pedicure service. I asked for a square short French set and my opinion definitely changed. I asked her three times to fix the shape and told me that she wasn't done and basically that she knew what she was doing. After that I had completely given up on telling her to fix it bec I clearly knew I wasn't gonna get it how I liked it. at the end of the appointment you could tell I wasn't happy like the day before. I got up to pay my $55 (which honestly for this set, was not worth it.) To add a tip you gave to first pay with the card and manually press the tip button. I'm not sure what gave her the impression to think I was happy enough with the service to leave a tip but she decided to REACH AROUND THE COUNTER and press tip. I looked at her said "it's good like that" and she shockingly said "oh". I'm not the one to just walk away and leave tip but honestly it was a horrible experience. I did the back scrub add on and it was the best part of the massage. My masseur was good, but she wasn't consistent. I felt a little uneven and she barely applied pressure anywhere other than my back. She did find a knot in my shoulder and massage it out, which was great. I'd definitely come back and try another masseur because my partner had a great experience.

I regret wasting my time and membership here. The front staff, kind and friendly, no problems with front desk. The location has some issues such as they don't allow same day cancellation. The issue came when I booked an appointment for both myself and my spouse, however one of the appointments the therapist was not available so they canceled one appointment and kept the other one. They told us they had a one day cancellation policy and we had to take another therapist if we wanted to be able to receive two massage at the same time, otherwise we would have to pay the cancellation fee for the appointment. Next issue, the location is under construction, the AC was not working. The therapist had fans running in both appointment rooms not to mention floor boards were exposed in the waiting room and hallways that were unfinished. The therapist I had Elena had a lot to be desired. She cut the 50 minutes short. It was not the 50 minutes I used my credit for and the pressure was not hard enough even though I had asked for harder. Not to mention this was the first time a ME therapist didn't wait for me at the end and offer a cup of water. Her exact reply"have a good night" without offering a bathroom or water. Would not recommend this location next time I'm in town which is twice a year from California. In CA the location has better therapists and better location standards.

Before beginning, they have you smell two different aromatherapy oils to see what your body needs, which was such a thoughtful touch. The pool area is beautiful, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The staff really goes above and beyond, they set you up with a covered chair and even drape a towel to create a pillow for you.
