We had the folks from Restore & Construct replace our wide concrete driveway completely with pavers. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They were all very professional but Mario, our project manager was great. He shared his cel phone # and was always available when we had questions during the process - either by text or phone.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Mario kept in close contact and was our point person.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We ended up with a change and adding in the walkway to the front gate to finish off the job and they were able to quickly pivot. The team all explained what was going to happen and when. The job was completed in a week. Their pricing was pretty fair for the area involved. We'd use them again.

Our main bathroom required a badly needed rebuild due to water damage. Our neighbors K & H highly recommended Restore & Construct, who did great work for them due to a pipe burst that left their first floor badly damaged. We worked project estimators Michael & Maxwell. With their years of construction experience, they compiled our requirements, suggested layout, and materiel enhancements. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Upon our satisfaction, they worked up a proposal right then and there, which we accepted[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]A few days later, project lead Gustavo called us to establish contact and to start scheduling his team of workers.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our project called for demolishing the bathroom, repairing the water damage by removing and replacing the affected floor plates, wall studs, and sub-floors. They replaced all the plumbing as well, The upgraded bathroom now has ceramic tiles on the floor and wall, brand new custom crafted vanity (by Restore and Construct). We had all new fixtures (bath tub, toilet, dual sinks, faucets, shower heads, heater/fan, and recessed lighting) installed. The bathroom looks gorgeous! The hallway leading to the main bath was pretty dark during daylight hours, so we also asked Michael & Maxwell to price the installation of a couple of VELEX Sun Tunnel© skylights in the hallway, and to refinish the ceiling surface. That project turned out great as well. A huge shout out to the construction team, Jaime, Franklin, Sandy, Eduardo (and helpers), Victor (and helpers), the tile setter, the glazier, the granite installers, the Sun Tunnel skylight installers, and those I missed. They are all polite and excellent workers. I hope they all got raises. I would highly recommend Restore & Construct for ANY small upgrade project to your home or property. We're calling them for our next project!

We hired Restore and Construct to do our very outdated front bathroom. The team assigned to my job were amazing guys. Max helped work out all the details and financing that worked best for me. Mario, my team leader was so gracious putting up with all of my questions and some late changes, he was on top of everything. The crew wow, what can I say Kevin and Hoaracio were the best. the quality of the work is outstanding. They truly paid attention to detail. Made recommendations that were beneficial to the overall design. The one thing that would have made it a slam dunk would have been the owner reaching out to me instead of speaking through Max. There were some bumps, but usually is when the home is older like mine. We ended up having to do some plumbing work. The plumber did a good job. I will be honest. It wasn't cheap. I would recommend this crew to anyone. Max, Mario, Kevin and Hoaracio.

Restore and Construct made our house look like new again, the house had a lot of damage and they did an amazing job fixing it. Derek was very helpful he explained the process and everything thoroughly, answered all our questions professionally and gave us a good estimate. I highly recommend Restore & Construct! I had an old, cracked and broken up asphalt driveway, and now I have a gorgeous paver driveway. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Mike and Gus from Restore and Construct were walking down my street soliciting business and stopped at my house.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They offered me many services which I was not ready to avail myself of but they did offer things the business they represented could do to the front my house that were more in my budget to make it look nicer. This all started in December 2025. The problems that came up were when they needed to come back to touch up things and there were month long delays. [[HIGHLIGHT]]From that point on, the person who was supposed to straighten things out was Anthony. He promised me days and dates that he supposedly had scheduled people to come out and touch up and finish missed or unfinished projects and yet no one showed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When somebody did come out, there were 3 things that needed to be addressed and the employee who showed up said that he was only there to do one of them. This required me to call Anthony again. This happened over and over, with a constant litany of excuses for why they could not show up or finish the projects. They left a 14" pole in the flower bed with water and it rusted. When they carried the pole out to the trash, it leaked rusty water approximately 400ft across my carport and patio cement, staining it indelibly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I sent Anthony and other people at Restore and Construct pictures of the damage and played phone tag with Anthony for 3 months trying to get the situation resolved.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Finally, they sent someone out to power wash the stained cement which did not remove the stains. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Again, I was stuck trying to get Anthony to remedy the problem. No solution was ever provided to resolve the issue to this day.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

well the other review is not me who actually wrote the review and theres lots i can say about why not to use this company. [[HIGHLIGHT]]FIRST THERE COMMUNICATION SUCKS!![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] 1 i got texture from them all over my stuff IN MY GARAGE! Paint all over the floor that i had to clean up. painting job was not complete and was rushed and was not completly coated. I had a lead guy named sandy a supervisor i guess. try to tell me what i already knew i was right about concerning a attic ladder install. And written on the instructions it says no gaps in joints of ladder. He said thats normal its ok lmfao!! so he tried talking over me like he knew something. sorry i have a construction background and sandy is a moron!!. I have installed these ladders before. And i redid mine with a different ladder since sandy got a cheap one. ( breach of contract not the only one) Come to find they had 4 x 6 x54 in beam that cracked that was removed from location in other portion of the job.that was installed with 2 -3in screws to my amazement. I like how securityvof the client is priority! The attic ladder they put in horribly and couldnt figure out why it was not going in right at all. Which once i seen the one at lowes that sandy brought it was clear. sandy said or tried to fast talk me into thinking it was correct. wrong first i was supposed to get a $800 ladder but saNDY Took it upon himself to go get one that cost less than $400. I installed the new ladder by myself and it came out perfect first try. And is way more secure and stable. imagine that!! There 2 roofer / carpenters ( choke) couldnt do it right. they made a mess of my yard killed the new grass i had planted. Had nails i kept finding for iver a month or more i still have roofing material here and was supposed to have the ladder redone in febuary but it didnt happen i had to do it! (In june) well i have finally closed the door on the work they did and parts i had to fix. Only took 4 months so crazy oh and they wrote a estimate to paint a portion of the inside of my friends house and the estimate that was given 20k you could paint inside and out 2 times almost at that price on the estimate. so its your choice to use them or not i would not reccommend them to my enemy at this point. Hey maybe it works out better for you than i. Also had ducting come apart during the job i let sandy know and he said you need to get the silver duct and tape! really i need to, lol what a joke. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Was told alot of things that didnt happen from the crew couldnt work cause they got in a car accident that never happened.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Thevones the two looked to work hard and did for most part but limited knowledge other than roofing id say and they work with a lead that loves to stand around and talk instead of working [[HIGHLIGHT]]The only time they were on top of things was when they wanted money![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I guess the 4 squares of roofing i have i may do my shed why not its mine anyways to do what i want
