Juan and his team installed a low wooden wall on the path of my hillside and replaced the decomposed granite pathway. It was a physically difficult job, having to remove and replace hall around 100 6x6x8 beams on a steep grade. He and his team worked very hard for 3 weeks to complete the job. We used this family business twice. Once to widen a driveway. They dug up the lawn, capped off the unused sprinklers, and remove the water drain. Then placed rebar and poured concrete. I did my homework and was very specific in how wide and the shape. They followed my instructions and the concrete pour was standard 4-inch thick. Seems to be holding up so far. Watch out for other contractors cheap out with thin pours. Second time I used them to demolish a pergola in the backyard. Pretty straight forward demo, haul away, and clean up. Price is fair and I like to support hard working family businesses, especially ones with strong work ethics.
