He was extremely clean and thorough. I told Rob what my experience with fillers were and he explained his personal approach. I have been around a lot of injectors and he has skilled hands! Rob explained all the types of injectables and their effects, I went with Botox. He used about 10 units less than I'm used to getting which was great. I opted to get an IV added on to my services. I'm really glad I did. I felt 100% better the whole week and I want to start making it a regular thing. Fortunately the hospital had a small supply to last 2 days. Unfortunately...today is Thursday and we still have not received his formula. He has been living on 2 cartons of supplement rather than the 5.4 he requires. To add insult to injury the CORAM upper echelon has decided he doesn't need the duo bags (water and nutrition)...even though he is totally NPO...he cannot get water any other way than through his j-tube. So no food and no water. It's a pretty scary situation and even more frightening that executives are choosing money over patients and doctor/dietitian's recommendations. I'm desperately trying to find another company to help us.

The nurses are great and I have no complaints there but the branch office in Massachusetts is completely confusing and unpleasant to deal with. The various departments that address authorizations and deal with billing do not give consistent information or one department does not know what the other is doing. Although Coram is a National Company and their marketing emphasizes the advantages of their ability to provide services nation wide you will find the Massachusetts branch will not make it easy. If you have a choice I would recommend avoiding Coram in Norwood MA and go with another company.

I tried a variety of options and purchased packages for sauna and WBC. I was excited for these self-care packages to help me feel better overall. I had some significant joint and muscle discomfort and I was recommended WBC as a complementary therapy. My sessions with Mike were most excellent. They have six levels. After trying level 1 without feeling much effect, I got permission from my doctor to go to level 5 and 6 to improve the results. I would not have chosen this on my own without the ok from professionals. From the start, Brenda called me "crazy" for wanting to go to higher levels and showed intense pushback, both verbally and thru facial expressions, even though it is safe and I had full clearance. I repeatedly told her in person this is okay for me, but she kept pushing back and made my self-care experience extremely awkward and uncomfortable. Just because she is not brave enough to go to higher levels herself, it is inappropriate and annoying for her to dissuade others from doing so. On a side note, even though I did not have any contraindications, I noticed not all contraindications are listed on their website. For my final session, she refused again, even though I told her so many times in person I have the clearance to do so. Did that not register? I even e-mailed her a copy of the clearance. This became increasingly frustrating and I asked for a partial refund on the session that I chose to not ultimately use. In addition, I had a reiki session with her. While this was mostly uneventful, I picked up a smoky smell from her. I cannot say for sure whether she's a smoker, as I have no idea, but I definitely smelled the smokiness, but didn't feel comfortable asking her directly at the time. I just waited for the session to be over and took a shower when I got home. I did enjoy my sauna sessions at this place, especially the music hook-up in the infrared sauna, although there is no hook-up in the dry sauna. Again, it was a wonderful pleasure to see Mike the many times I did. He is a lovely man, even though Brenda said he made an "error in judgment" in letting me try a higher-level WBC. That is bogus. Mike was incredibly professional and consulted with me with care before every session. I'm glad I tried the higher level with him. Keep up the great work, Mike. I wish you continued success, but I had to be honest in sharing my experience with Brenda when you were away on vacation. You are a kind gentleman.

I have been going here for years. The amount of money I have spent there and referrals I've sent and you decide to do this. I'm completely flabbergasted. It literally says cancel by 9am and I canceled at 7am.
