Wow, I have been getting waxed at European Wax Center for over a decade! For most of that time, I…read morehave seen Kathleen for my eyebrows. She is fantastic! At this point, she can basically read my mind for my brow needs, but, even so, she always ensures I am happy with the shape and length of my eyebrows. When Kathleen is not available (rare, because I book appointments ahead of time), I am never worried, because all of the waxers that I have seen are professional and friendly. Besides the high quality service that Kathleen provides, I love EWC because of the wax passes. Yes, prices have gone up (especially, in the age of inflation the last few years), but it is still worth it for me. I get my eyebrows waxed every 2 weeks, so the unlimited wax pass just makes sense. However, I also like the fact that there are wax passes with limited quantity. And they never expire! Seriously, I purchased a 7 lip wax pass back in 2020 for my wedding and engagement photos, but it is not a service I regularly use. I still have some lip waxes in my account, and I can use them as needed (like for special occasions). This particular EWC always seems busy with men and women bustling in and out for appointments, and the traffic has taken its toll on the lobby furniture. The lobby could use a bit of TLC, but everything is still clean and functional, if a little worn. Overall, I am still in love with EWC! Keep offering the unlimited eyebrow wax pass, and I will be there.

I love coming here. I usually get a Brazilian wax. Every one of the practitioners are great! My…read morego to is Kathleen :) she's quick, and efficient. It's comfortable going in even from my first visit and I'm going on I believe year 2? Now. Lol Good friendly and professional vibes . The only thing I have to say that's not so great is that they raised the prices 2 times in 1 year. It's very worth it , just makes you budget a little more

This was the worst dermatology appointment I have ever had. It started by showing up and having the…read moredesk tell me they are running behind. I waited 45 minutes for my appointment. Followed by Anna Ellis, the WORST dermatologist I've ever seen. She spends less than 5 minutes looking at my body and goes to walk out the door. I had to remind her to freeze the spots off my forehead that she called precancerous. "oops!" - 3 spots frozen, a doctor who couldn't be bothered to spend any time with me, and a front lobby that was crowded and I waited in my car for 45 minutes instead. That'll be $500. I had to call back to ask about post-freeze wound care because oops they forgot to tell me things would swell up like a black blister for several weeks. Turns out removing precancerous spots is a recreation in the eyes of the government, not preventative care. Skip corporate healthcare like this place. Anna Ellis doesn't have time to give you care, or provide any paperwork or words on post care. She's just gonna browse your body, you'll have to remind her to shoot with her little freeze gun, and charge you $500. My previous derm "Pacific Crest" moved to Carson - I'll just drive there instead next time. You should go to Pacific Crest instead and leave this corporate for profit Skin cancer institute who will sell your debt in 70 days. Off to go leave my old derm a good review. This place is awful. OH I was also charged as a new patient even though I went to one in Incline a few years back.
