It would be helpful if there was an online link so patient could fill out in advance of their first appointment. Prominence Medicare required a $40 copay for the initial evaluation ($10/PT) and pre approved 16 visits. I had to suspend PT due to lower back pain and Dr requiring lumbar injections prior to an ablation therapy appointment and requested 6 weeks after ablation before resuming PT. Premiere closed my file until I could begin core strengthening PT in the future.

First consult w/Dr Watson for 30 min was informative on background of drug but didn't really get into 'why' I'm trying it. I did 3 session and each one was worse than the last as Tara the nurse, ie Dr Watson wife, used the needle for IVs as a weapon! 1st session: after treatment she helped me out of chair as said I could be dizzy and was nice and provided water 2nd session: I ended my 'journey' and heard nurse talking loudly even thru headphones and sat alone for 15 min; i pressed 'help' button and asked if possibly she'd forgotten about me and was met w/a snarky comment 'I was with another patient' to which I did hear her talking w/her and after that comment she just let me sit there alone for 10 min alone w/o saying anything so I went to bathroom and front desk asking for water. I asked to speak w/Dr ( for questions re something else) and Tara came out being really sweet, rubbing my back as she must of thought I was gonna complain. 3rd: Nurse Wratchet used same arm for IV as 2-days ago and I asked 'shouldn't you use other arm' she was curt and said 'no'. She couldn't find a vein she claims and jabbed needle into OUTSIDE of elbow and hurt like a mutha!!!Ended up using other arm and my arm was sore for a week as think she hit a ligament or something! End of session she again just opened door, turned on light w/o saying a word, no water offered and left me to sit and never after all the sessions did anyone ever come to ask how I was doing, take vitals or anything. I just walked out into parking lot. As far as they knew I could've been driving home! Overall, since then I've interviewed other clinics in town and they do provide vitals thruout session and chat w/you afterwards and ask you questions and have counselors in staff. I guess this clinic is basically a small, very small 3 staff operation family run business. I might add Nurse Wratchet used a cheap wrist BP cuff which always read high and when I told her my BP is always much lower she scoffed! No vitals during or after treatment. I do not recommend this clinic even tho Katherine is great as is the setup, but the nurse who you must deal with is not fit to be an undertaker in my opinion!

Anytime I have an emergency and it could easily be solved if they cared to help, I'm told I should just call 911 ‍ I truly feel like a few of the employees lack compassion and don't really care about ppl, just their paycheck. Even when I've been in communication with an employee there and they've told me to give them a call right back.. they won't answer the phone, even after I've left messages I won't get a call back. Sometimes I get a call back days later and other times, not at all. There's a guy that works there that has given me issues on more than a couple occasions for literally no reason at all and it makes me break down and as a grown man it truly bothers me. Nothing in life gets me down and over the past couple of years it always seems to be after a poor experience with decon that just absolutely shatters my day. I rely on a cgm and have for many years to monitor my blood sugar levels, and instead of calling in my prescription I've been told to just go back to pricking my finger One time they scheduled my appointment which I had to wait over 3 months to be seen and when I showed up for the appointment I was then told they don't take my insurance and they wouldn't allow me to just do cash pay. This is the only way I can get my prescriptions to stay alive and I've just been disregarded time and time again like I'm absolutely meaningless. I've had one of the Dr's get on the phone and basically cuss me out after the front office guy was rude to ME.. very unethical. I know the owner is a great doctor but man I wish he'd hire ppl that truly cared about the people and what they go through living with type 1 diabetes. I've been on the phone for over an hour a day for the past week going back n forth with Decon and pharmacies saying they need info from decon before they can process my order and decon tells me they've done their part when in fact they have not and I'm at my breaking point because I don't know what else to do. I need this stuff processed to stay alive and maintain quality of life and I'm treated as a hassle and a headache instead of a patient that's been paying this company for years for mediocre service in return. Amber is a great employee that's always been nice and helpful. Besides her and the main Dr, I haven't had great experiences with the rest of the employees or doctors besides the owner who seems like a nice guy.

I walked in just to see what kind of services they offered and I immediately noticed they had Red light therapy. I use a red light mask daily and love what it does for my skin. If you're wondering what the benefits of Red light is, do a google search or look it up on Reddit under 'Red light therapy" to see what the hype is all about. They were offering a first timer $25 deal for their Red light panels and I couldn't say no. Austin was the associate who was helping me and escorted me to my room where it had 2 large red light panels side by side so I could stand right in between them. There was a place for me to undress and put my clothes down. They also a provided towels and mini goggles to protect my eyes from the light. It was a short session-- just 10 minutes long to stand in the red-light. The light was really bright and warm. To remedy this, they have an electric fan facing you so that you can cool off while you stand there. Overall, I was quite happy with the experience. The facilities were clean and Austin was super friendly + welcoming. Definitely got my red light therapy in for the day and if I ever come back to Reno, I would do this again in a heartbeat. Just a heads up.. It's only $25 for the first time. Price goes up to $50 per session thereafter.

The place is run as efficiently as possible, minimizing wait times and getting us smoothly through the treatments. The doctors check on us at least weekly regardless and have been helpful to me resolving issues I have had with my treatment. I would like to call out two staff members in particular that most often take me through my treatments. Chyanne and Greg have shown me nothing but kindness, patience and utmost respect for my dignity. This appliance is the missing link I didn't know I needed for so many years. I came to Sierra sleep so nervous about the price tag and the commitment that this treatment called for and the team at Sierra sleep put me immediately at ease. They felt like they genuinely cared about my experience and how to get me feeling my absolute best. They made me feel confident that the commitment I was making so the right, and it absolutely was. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was met by Kat, who is so sweet and easy to chat with and incredibly helpful with anything financial/insurance related or providing quick answers and reassurance. She's such a great cheerleader for your overall health, even though she is not a practitioner. I then met with their myo coach, Nikki, for my evaluation. She listened intently to my long (really long!) life story of health struggles including chronic pain and took lots of scans and measurements. She told me she sees what I'm experiencing all over my face and reassured me they were the right solution for me after decades of searching for answers in every eastern and western medicine practice I could get into. After my eval, I was given a wearable device to go home with and perform a sleep study. She presented the findings of my eval to me with detailed information and documentation, even providing a helpful summary of it all later to give to other practitioners. She shared I had a severely undersized airway, among other issues. She guided me on what was next to help me feeling my best. I selected the oral appliance therapy and myo coaching treatment options. I began myo coaching immediately, where Nikki was so fun to hang out with while also kicking my butt with oral exercises I could barely perform. She's a joy to spend time with and has endless expertise to share to help improve your oral motor functioning and overall wellbeing. Finally, I met Dr.Bocchi when the oral appliance arrived a several weeks later. He is caring, attentive to your questions and concerns, and very skilled with the treatment modality. He has tested all of his treatments on himself, which provided me great relief when you hear about the bad outcomes that people talk about with appliance therapy to expand your jaw. I'm 4ish months into wearing the appliance nightly and my face is already starting to change. If I felt like this for the last ten years, I wouldn't have self identified as having chronic pain and tension and I definitely would not have shown up at Sierra sleep begging for answers.
