All has masks. 6. Did I say budget friendly? Here is my full review: In the midst of this pandemic, we suffered leakage in our bathroom twice. And twice, restore master was there to do their job. I cannot tell you how much the owner has helped us. First, he went with my schedule. I am a frontliner and I sleep in the day, they accommodated that. Secondly, we the guys that work for him were so neat that they cleaned after themselves. More importantly, Nasur put up with my questioning and inquiries throughout the process. For someone who deals with patients and family members that ask a lot of question, I knew Nasur did a great job in answering mine. Their pricing is very competitive and he works around your budget. I also appreciate that he comes to your house himself to assess the issue first then let his employees do the job later. This shows his dedication and committed with his own company. Furthermore, his advice in regards to other stuff such as what other companies to use as carpenters, plumbers, and other utility guys is invaluable! Not to mention, I searched for two days before setting with Nesur. Other guy wanted to rip off my entire wall for a small spot of leakage. Nesur thought that was obviously adding more bills for them. Another wanted to rip off my insurance. Nesur also knew that was a rip off. I tell you, this guy knows all the tricks that others bestow to consumers who are in dire stress. That is why I trust him, that is why I choose their company. Here is my advice, is you need restoration and any kind of water damage call him! Tell him that this review has made you connect to him! I would put my google reviewer reputation in line with this review. I stand firm that they are the best on what they do. Final thoughts, do not hesitate on calling them for any problem. Ask for Nesur, he usually answers his phone call. Leave a voicemail. Call him first before you even think about calling the other guys. I just saved you headaches and ALOT of money by recommending this guys! P.S. The owner Nasur Curi literally had the balls to stand in our kitchen and imply that WE had something to do with the damage from their people damaging our counter when they reinstalled our dishwasher after assessing a water damage leak. Why? Because we didn't call for a week after it was installed. Wow. That's so long after the install. Because normal people bend over in their dishwasher and notice discrepancies right away all the time. I'm 6'1. I'm not going to see the top screw and how your boys cracked our cabinets right away unless I get on the floor. Nasur had the nerve to say to me, "Look at it from my shoes." No I will not. Look at it from MY shoes pal! Your boys f'ed up our cabinets and you are so disrespectful that you imply that WE did it. Screw your perspective! When you've done nothing wrong, you have nothing to hide. You, Mr. Curi, do have something to hide. The dishwasher was installed crooked and his people cracked the frame of our counter. He told my wife "I drove all the way out here from central Phoenix." Nobody cares how far you drove. We are the customer. You run the business. That's what you're supposed to do. He told my wife his guys took pictures of the screws being back in. We demanded to see them. And did we get to see them? No. What's the matter Nasur? Never tried to BS a woman with a brain? I took the picture attached. This is the top left side of the dishwasher. Then he admitted the screw on the right side was loose but according to him, loose screws don't fall out and apparently dogs don't eat screws also according to him. Your boys showed up on a Friday and struggled to get it out and never assessed the damage under our wood floors. They told my wife they'd come back on Monday and put the dishwasher back on crooked. Did they show back up on Monday? Nope! Gee, I wonder why. Could it be because you damaged our cabinets putting the dishwasher back in and didn't want to deal with it? I have $100 that says the pics Nasur took while he stood in our kitchen and insulted us in our own home will have the time stamp changed to cover his ass. This guy is a crook. I don't care how many years of experience you have. If you accuse a customer of basically fraud, you need to work on your people skills. I'm definitely telling every person I know about this garbage service we received. Go back to whatever hole you crawled out of in Central Phoenix and accuse someone else in their own home. UPDATE- just so potential customers are aware...the owner contacted me after my review posted and offered to take care of my total balance in exchange for taking down my review. I declined the offer. Just felt I should make people aware of the integrity of the company. Makes you wonder how many reviews have been removed or changed with that offer. First off- Restore Master was SO prompt in responding to our call for a busted pipe/subsequent flooding behind our vanity and under our tile. They came and evaluated and came back right away with equipment to get everything drying. Also the gentlemen were SO nice and professional. UNFORTUNATELY- this company did not handle our mold correctly. Black mold (later confirmed Stachybotrys via testing from a mold inspector) was found when they removed a baseboard. They disposed of the debris, sprayed the remaining mold on the wall with a thyme oil, and then PUT A FAN ON IT without the room being contained in any way- doorway wide open. Anyone who has done any research on mold knows that the area must be contained, as mold spores go AIRBORNE. Per the IICRC- proper containment to prevent cross-contamination is best practice for toxic molds. Unfortunately this company blew a fan onto our black mold and I'm sure contaminated our bedroom and likely the whole house. The proper remediation company that came in after was not surprised, as many companies don't handle mold properly. Again, they were very nice people. But they also ghosted me after questions regarding my bill, so theres that to consider as well. All I can say- is do your research. The IICRC has checklists of questions to ask remediation companies to ensure they are managing your project properly. read more

These guys did a great job. The owner comes to the house to inspect the damage. I had water damage from an upstairs laundry room(next house won't have laundry upstairs) it spilled down between the walls in the garage and a closet. The demo team was great, Bob and .....dang, I can't remember the other guy. But both were great. They were clean and professional. Then the team that reconstructed the walls, Angel and Christian were cool. They did a great job and were professional. Olivia in the office was always there to help by answering questions as well. So the 5 star reviews fooled me. I don't know if the business sold or just deteriorated, but it took them 3 months to fix up my bathroom after I had a leak in a pipe. Terrible communication with " missing" emails, blaming their shortcomings on rainy season and being too busy. They were definitely too busy to help me and I regret ever going with the company. Its like they kept forgetting about my bathroom. 3 months later and some damage to my walls and doors as their tradesmen were going in and out we have a good looking master bathroom, I am pleased with the results but not the way they conduct business. Subsequent to a plumbing problem causing a leak in our home l called restore Master (a full service restoration contractor) to do the restoration and repair work. I spoke with Nasur, one of the partners of Restore Master,and within an hour he was at my home, accessed the water damage and shortly thereafter, all the blowers and dehumidifiers were delivered and installed. After the dry out period, the necessary repair work was identified and materials ordered. Restore Master coordinated with my insurance company and worked on the final settlement. The repair work was completed on time by very experienced craftsman who used quality material. They were professional, courteous and went above and beyond to satisfy us. After finally getting the keys to my newly purchased house, the unthinkable happened just four days later. My house flooded due to a broken washer valve. THIS IS A SCAM business. Flooding in my basement and the local insurance agent recommended these guys. They make sure you get all the paperwork up front, you sign away all your rights in case any damage occurs and verbal assurance are made to reassure you. The price however is not revealed until after they leave. For less than 1 day to drop of drying equipment and cook up my basement to over 110 degrees, where they spoiled my entire wine collection, and said that all that would go through insurance. well it didnt. And they charged almost $5000 to have machines run for a week on my electricity. They were sure to get the bill in first to get covered, I was left patching together the actual "restoration" of a wine cellar with no wine to put in after they were done. I won't bore you with details of storm water than entered my bottom level condo on two sides. I needed help, and I needed it FAST! Nasur and his crew are amazing!!! They explained exactly what needed to be done and exactly how much it would cost. Restoration work is not inexpensive; it never is. Quality work and attention to detail in the restoration process, on the other hand, are dependent upon whom you hire. I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the work that was completed by Restore Master at my condo. They were at the condo within an hour of my call, and they got to work within minutes of arriving. After having removed the soaking wet insulation from the walls, they returned multiple times over the next several days to check on the progress of the commercial drying fans and dehumidifier.
