Well, my search s over. Campbell's Steam Pro is Highly recommended. After receiving a flyer in our neighborhood (and checking the Yelp reviews), I contacted owner Scott Campbell to discuss his services and prices. Folks you really can't get any better service for the price- Campbell's Steam Pro pre-treats every room cleaned at no extra charge. For an extra $45 I also got the anti-bacterial and odorizer service for the entire home. At 3,500 square feet - the entire service was extremely affordable! Technician Greg arrived 5 minutes early, was very professional and gave tips during the job to help explain ways to quickly clean messes if they occurred. He did an outstanding job on the entire house, working extra hard on the heavier traffic areas. Our two-story home took about 2 hours to finish. If you live in the East Valley or Ahwatukee area- Greg's your guy!! This is a truck-mounted system and used high power hot steam to ensure clean carpet. Basically it's 280 degrees hitting your carpet with enzymes and cleaner to ensure freshness and ridding your carpet of dirt, grime, etc. Afterwards, our carpet seriously looked good as new. We will use Campbell's to service our home twice a year to maximize the life of carpet. Thanks Campbell's for excellent service, unbeatable prices, and top notch customer service. Greg is a keeper! Among the customers reviewing on that site were many poor service reviews. I thought it about time someone review the experience they had with Just Call Judy, here, where most people check first. When Judy first arrived, she seemed genuine as we spoke about the kind of service they would do on a regular every 2 wk apart cleaning of our home. Judy told me prior to the home cleaning business she was a nurse with the VA, she left that lifestyle job because of seeing so many things wrong in VA hospitals and the loss of her husband. So far so good. Cutting to the main reason for my review. Her crew was to be her & 3 other women, but she was not always wth the . The three would go about their business and it took about 2 hrs.or more originally for the complete cleaning. All in all the cleaning was satisfactory; no more no less. But they were always prompt and didn't leave anything around. Then I began to notice some trash pails were emptied but new liner bags (we left out for them)were never put in. To me a bit of a pain but not worth it to mention. Then as time went on we noticed many things were not dusted at all. I called Judy, she came on their regular cleaning day. I pointed out to her the things of most concern to me; Circles were left on coffee table in family room, pictures & places not being dusted at all. She seemed apologetic and they began their cleaning. Did check before they left, all looked fine. The first thing the next morning I went to take my medication.... 2 brand new refill prescriptions (30 day supply) were half full. I called Judy immediately, she seemed genuinely horrified a person on her cleaning team had done such a thing. She told me that she knew the young woman and knew her family and would get to the bottom of this immediately. She told us how awful for her if this girl were had done this and was prosecuted , she would lose her bonding and business would close, etc. Feeling it was not her fault and she should not suffer because of something this girl did and Judy assuring us she would do whatever it took to get my medication returned. After several phone calls Judy came to our home, the girl told 3 different stories about why she did take the medication but did have some left. Judy gave me the pills that were returned. Of 15 of each medication she took, there were 8 of one med. & 10 of the other. In one day she had 12 pills....,, Judy did mention she googled each med. to see exactly what they were. (Reminding) me she said she had been a nurse for many years, both of these prescriptions are very common medications. I will still need a new prescription, pay full price & go through the insurance company problems. We had assured Judy we would not press charges. Thinking more & more about this incident including things Judy originally said, I realized I really wasn't comfortable with all of this and better tell her not to return. I called, left a message letting her know she could call me if she wanted. She has not! Thus my reason for letting them go and wanting for other's to know that this young woman has stolen from me, would or has she done it before? I did not want to worry. I think anyone else would feel the same.

I also had a chance to check out his Yelp reviews and thought they were pretty consistent and so I called. I own an airbrush tanning studio in Phoenix and needed to create more efficient lighting where I tan my clients to avoid any shadows on their skin, especially at night. I also needed to install an exhaust fan to help with the overspray of organic tanning solution that tends to spread throughout my studio. Speaking to Travis over the phone for the first time, I knew I had made the right decision. I was extremely impressed that he had already done some research on exhaust fans even before speaking to me thanks to my friend who had given him a heads up that I'd be calling! Not a lot of people would take the initiative to do some research even before speaking to their potential client, but Travis did. I felt like we were already off to a great start and within a few days, we met at my studio so that he could see how everything would flow. He showed up on-time, was extremely helpful, insightful, and professional. Within one afternoon, Travis had installed my lights, plus another set of unexpected track lights last minute, and though we concluded the fan he ordered wasn't strong enough for my studio space, he didn't charge me for it. He also covered my desk and retail shelves with plastic to avoid any dust getting anywhere and vacuumed the floors after he was done. Long story short, hire Travis. His rates are fair, he's prompt, clean, attentive, honest (had saved receipts for everything he purchased) and does an incredible job well done. Tara is the person who was going to put the estimate together for us. She said she would have it to us by the following week on Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. We received an email from her on August 29th stating that they needed access to the house, they were bringing some other contractor with them so she could put together an accurate estimate. This is the last correspondence we had with her. When I followed up the next two weeks with phone calls, texts, and emails, we got no response. This past Monday, September 18th, we finally called their main office and spoke to the managing supervisor and only then learned that they were not going to proceed with our project. He stated to us that they had known this for some time and we were supposed to have received a call from someone telling us this update. Nobody contacted but rather they dodged our calls, text, and emails for over two weeks. This has delayed our project by another month but thankfully another impressive group jumped in and picked up the work. This is unacceptable business practice and behavior for Venturi especially since this is such a difficult and emotional situation and the scope of the work was very extensive. They have been involved with this since day number one and Jason was even in meetings with the civil engineer. We were astonished that they just abandoned us with no correspondence. I will never use Ventuir nor refer them to anyone again. ***And what is even more interesting is that as I am typing this, we just received a work order to sign so we can proceed with work for them even though they stated they cannot do our project. There must be lots of disconnect between employees at this company. Would not recommend it if you want your project actually completed.
