Amazing company to work with! I came home late at night to my laundry room completely flooded. There was so much water that it went all the way to my kitchen and living room completely seeping under my floors and walls & I had no clue who to call. I felt like I was swimming in my own home. Hired Restorerz to do water mitigation due to a burst water pipe. They helped file the claim with my insurance company and worked with my claims adjuster until the end. The work they did was exceptional. There was asbestos found in several locations and Restorerz had asbestos abatement contractors there promptly. Our experience with Nick and his team has been nothing but exceptional. Our home flooded during the February 23/24/25th rain event. We called them at 10 AM on 3/25 and Nick came out and assessed the condition within in hour. 2 hours later a crew came out, removed all the furniture and then all of the rain soaked carpet and installed drying equipment. Restorerz was asked to come out by the plumber who did work under the house replacing a couple of pipes. The plumber did tell me I would have a lot of loose water under the crawlspace and that it would smell after I had a backed up toilet. This was relayed to Restorerz. I informed Restorerz that this house would be torn down in a year due to expansion. He insisted I stop using that bathroom since the over flowing of sewage onto the tile bathroom floor (which was cleaned up as soon as it happen) would be unsafe to breath and would damage the floor boards. I freaked out and thought I would be breathing in mold (his words) and didn't want this to happen to my girlfriend living with me. What he said next shocked me. The tile and the wooden floors under would need to be ripped out and replaced. This would cost approximately $30,000! I couldn't believe it. I told him again this house is going to be torn down and that isn't going to happen. I got spooked and called my insurance company and told them to get ready for a potential demolition. Thank God this happened on a Friday in which they were going to start that Monday. I had another plumber come over and crawl up under the house to take a survey. This "new" plumber told me my floor boards under the house were not wet at all. There was no "loose" water under the ground and no waste smell. I quickly canceled Restorerz and called my insurance provider to let them know. I should of done with I tell others to do. Get a SECOND OPINION. Even if you have to pay a couple of bucks more. I don't know if the plumber just gave Restorerz bogus advice but I will never use that plumber again nor call Restorerz as this is a mistake that would of cost my insurance $30,000 plus a deductible plus almost 2 weeks of demolition and re-tiling of the bathroom. read more

We had a major water leak under our house...hot water spewing for days. Our plumber recommended we contact Restorerz and are so happy we did. Javier came out and immediately assessed the damage and potential damage. He brought Eric and Geronimo out to set up the heaters and fans to do their work. He also warned us there may have to be some demolition due to the water saturation. The fans were set up for seven days at which point some fuses were blown (we have an old electrical system)...ugh! All I had to do was call and Eric was out to check the fans and make sure everything was running properly. Again, another fuse blown and when I let Javier know he came out (on MOTHER'S DAY!) to reset and redesignate the power cords. End result...everything was dried out (they even cleaned out some old wood planks under our house) and NO demolition required YAY! John: On Dec 19th late evening I received a call from my tenant advising that there is a pipe leak under the house somewhere. I immediately went to the house and turned off the main water line and called a plumber. Hour later the plumper accessed the situation that the leak was major and a large volume of water under the house can be seen from the side. They advised us to call Restorerz immediately. Within a hour a rep from Restorerz came. After accessing the situation they called in their technicians in the middle of the night to immediately start plumping the water out. Throughout that night the plump was going. The next day most of the water was gone so the plumber was called back to repair the leaking pipe under the house. Once the leak was fixed the water was turned back on. Thereafter, a dozen large air fans and 2 humidifiers were brought in and placed under the house. They had them running continuously for about 10 days to insure the grounds under the house was completely dry. My tenant was appreciative that they didn't have to go days without running water.
