I'm from Lake Highlands and staying with family for a few days - and was able to walk over over and take a CP Reformer Flow 1.5 class at this location. The 1.5 class here was different than the one in Baltimore, but in a great way. The class was challenging and great. The instructor Rosebud was wonderful; she knew I was new to the studio and was very helpful and friendly. I really appreciated her adjustments, advice, and reminders. I took a 6:30am class on a weekday, and it wasn't full. The studio is really nice - clean, organized, large enough for the reformers to be spaced out comfortably. In Baltimore, I have a 4 class per month package, so the drop in class rate made my eyes go pug-like for a minute, but I enjoyed the class very much, and I'd happily return or consider membership if I still lived in Dallas. Since I don't, I'm happy to be able to visit this Club Pilates location when I visit home!

I attend the fitness classes, which combine strength and cardio work, without the more complicated barbell lifts found in CrossFit classes. If you're already in a healthy place, you should be able to jump in and go immediately. If you're more like I was a year ago, the coaches can help you understand how to ease into an exercise regimen in a healthy way that won't get you hurt. The Gym has a friendly atmosphere/culture. Everyone is encouraging and kind. The coaches are exceptionally helpful and unless you have extensive experience (and even if you do), I believe the coaching/help is worth the extra cost relative to what you'd spend at a mega-gym.

The class sizes are small, so there is a lot of personal attention given, which makes it an excellent value. Before a bike accident I was a competitive off-road athlete and my fitness achieved at the gym helped me to advance further and ride faster than I thought was possible. After the accident and starting over with fitness and mobility, the gym and coaches were great at helping me modify the workouts so that I could participate and rehabilitate. I love just being able to show up and have a plan ready to go, and the group workout environment is great whether you like it for competitive reasons or to just be around some friends. Whether you are a beginner or have years of experience, there is something for you at this gym!

If you haven't been before, I highly recommend doing one of the trials. They have always been very easy to communicate with about billing and memberships and renewals, and all that. You can't say that for most gyms! Be aware that every day of the week has a different style of workout -- so if you were looking for cardio, Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday are going to be very cardio forward. If you were looking for strength, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday will be your friend. The coaches here have always been amazing and they really feel like friends! They have all been amazing, but Coach Lo and Coach Perla and Coach DeMarcus and Coach Gesus were very formative for me as I was embarking upon my fitness journey. This F45 is awesome!

I chose the 3-day trial option with some friends to see how it would be. I'm primarily doing the evening classes. Before I came to my first class, I received a call from the instructor to see if I had any questions for the upcoming class. For someone who was out of shape, the instructors have always been great at helping encourage me and guiding me with proper form in exercises. Before my second/third class, I received another call to see if I had any questions. Classes have to be signed up for either on the mobile app or website. Instruction takes place promptly where at least two instructors (with one main instructor) guiding the class through a set of exercises. Classes are anywhere from 45 minutes to 60 minutes. Each day has its own set of exercises/breaks, and is different from other days. Each location also has its own prices and any packages are specific to that location. After my trial, I selected the 10 class package which expires in a year. This allows me flexibility to try the classes I want to try even if it's at a slightly higher price. I'm going to make it a point to try the classes I want and in the future, if necessary, get either the monthly/unlimited package. I recommend anyone who's wanting to try F45 come to this location for the fantastic instructors/customer service they have.

I'm very fortunate I found them, because I've been able to not only work on my strength training but thru their support, non-intrusive, calm mindful support, I've made generous progress in other areas of my life. My partner already had everything and I mean what you expect when she is a Black belt in martial arts. I have been to plenty of group fitness classes and this is the first time I ever went with my partner. She made the experience so freak amazing. The place was clean and the bathroom super clean and lockers in the lobby and bathroom which is super nice to have. Now the class it was a tough one and Jen made it super interactive and fun ! She kept us engaged and motivated us the whole workout. I'd have to admit I was gassed after 30 min and my partner was over there punching the bags like a championship fight. If looking for a challenging group boxing workout try this place there are pretty awesome!

There was an excellent mix of boxing and exercise. They provide you with gloves when you arrive. They also make sure the bag you reserved is at the right height for you. The lights are off during the class and that made me feel very comfortable as boxing/hitting is not my strong suit-- haha. The music is on POINT! Just make sure you bring your own water bottle. Although, they might have some for purchase. I can't remember, but they do have a fountain to refill your personal bottle.
