Vishal seems to thing turning off the DoorDash iPad and ignoring if orders are placed qualifies as closing their portal. Vishal was insincere and apathetic in response to my concerns. I wasted the small amount of time I had to pick up food during my work day on this mediocre experience. The only positive is that when I reported to DoorDash that the restaurant was closed, I received a refund. That says much more about the customer service of DoorDash however, and is not a positive reflection on this establishment. If Vishal shows such a lack of care for customers trying to spend money with him, I probably dodged a bullet by not having the opportunity to try their food.
