Parking was plentiful, so it was easy to find a parking spot near the entrance. Since I needed a certain item, which is one that I do not normally purchase often, I was able to locate the aisle for the condiment through the app. The store is very large, and every shelf looked fully stocked to me. There were also plenty of self checkout lanes. I was able to locate my item really quickly, self checkout, and be on my way. I did see a few employees here and there but did not have any interactions with any of them. Overall, my expectation of a Target was on par and I was able to grab what I needed quickly.

The inside is relatively nice, most of the aisles sorted and not in disarray, plus walkways are clean and cleared of anything. I usually go for coffee and snacks, and they have everything I typically am craving at the price that I'm expecting, so yeah! The staff, or at least the closing staff, are all really nice! I went by one night right before closing to buy some graham crackers and use the bathroom. I felt so bad because I went in around 10:52PM, but they didn't make me feel rushed or bad about it or anything. It's a small gesture, but I appreciated it. Their bathrooms could definitely use some work, but it's a public restroom that people are allowed to use so I can't really flag them for that. The outside area is not necessarily the safest at night either (there are homeless people who linger around the lit area of the store and just around in general). That's one of the biggest downsides to this location, but again, that is not necessarily fully in their control. All in all, not a bad location! The staff members are nice and the floor area is generally clean. Will probably visit again soon :-)

I am a bit disappointed with the pick-up service at this location. I put in a pickup request online…read morefor a two-count claw clip set. Mind you I paid $16.30 for this item, almost $20. Not cheap at all. After picking up the claw clips, I go back to my car. And as I am checking it, I noticed one of the claw clips was not clamping properly, but the other claw clip was. I immediately go back to the guest services counter. I show the defective claw clip, to the female employee, who helped me. I asked her if I could do an exchange, for another set of the exact same claw clips. She asks me to wait at the counter, because she needed to talk to her supervisor first. Finally her supervisor shows up, and he tells me to go find the claw clips I wanted, and then return to the guest services counter. After finding another of the same set, I go back to the guest services counter, to do the exchange. The same male supervisor, then starts asking me, all these unnecessary questions. It was as if he didn't believe me, when I said the first set of claw clips, were defective. He also came off like he thought, I was trying to scam them or something. I show him the first claw clip set that had the defect. He "let" me do the exchange, even though it was technically, their fault to begin with. This male supervisor (short stocky 30 something year old Hispanic guy with glasses) didn't offer acknowledgement, apology or anything. Excuse me, but telling the customer to go look for an item themselves, kind of defeats the purpose of customer pickup...Not only that, but the employees should have very well examined, and inspected the item, before giving it to me. Last time I checked, items for pickup, should be in new and pristine condition, when given to the customer. If I knew I had to go into a giant store to look for an item myself, I would not have requested customer pickup. Also, this target has a bunch of weirdos and homeless people, who like to hang out in the parking lot. It makes you not want to go there, after a certain time in the day. I don't think I will do another pickup at this location.

215 pm, Sunday, June 21, Father's Day…read more Online pickup... Ten cars here waiting for their orders. Looks to be the standard effort, no-hustle, maximize pay per level of work. Will my order be processed faster than anyone else's? Doubtful. I see at least three runners working. I do like that Walmart had a bigger selection of grocery items over their competitor Target. Walmart carried jumbo sized baking potatoes in an 8 pound sack ($5.44). This isn't something that'll I'd see on the Target app. They also carried Marketside grass fed ground beef individually packed per pound ($6.26/lb) versus Costco's bulk 6 pound tray of standard 88/12 ($6/lb). It's a ten minute wait for my medium sized grocery order to be delivered to the car. Mind you, it was ready for pickup earlier in the morning at 7-8a. These young adults, at least my runner, do not know how to load groceries starting from heavy to ending with fragile items. The green onions were placed at the bottom of the bag and then crushed by heavier groceries. Thank goodness I didn't have any eggs in my order. I had to tell this guy to put the items in the bag. He was assuming in the trunk without bagging?? Come-on now, be intelligent, and put forth effort.

These two Ladies PERSONIFY HELPFULNESS!! They are willing to go the extra mile in customer service skills and s willingness to assist customers in whatever people need. We went to look for some school stuff before school starts. They have a lot of clothes for kids and adults but they were sort of out of a lot of things. But did find baby girl a really cute cat sweater and a blanket she wanted. I do like coming to this store they have some cute stuff I didn't find anything this time but I love the household stuff they sell here too. This store is not very organized so for me not easy to shop around but it was still nice and clean and big. The lady who ran us up was really friendly and sweet with a smile I wish I got her name but thank you so much. It's a busy parking lot with Trader Joe's, Tommy's burger and some other stores around.
