It's a Target, what more can I say... I was in the area for Panera, which is not my usual area, and I happened to remember that I needed a condiment from Target. Parking was plentiful, so it was easy to find a parking spot near the entrance. Since I needed a certain item, which is one that I do not normally purchase often, I was able to locate the aisle for the condiment through the app. The store is very large, and every shelf looked fully stocked to me. There were also plenty of self checkout lanes. I was able to locate my item really quickly, self checkout, and be on my way. I did see a few employees here and there but did not have any interactions with any of them. Overall, my expectation of a Target was on par and I was able to grab what I needed quickly. read more

So I purchased a little set of shelves online for pickup. It was the last example in stock. When I tried to print the pickup bar code, the website just told me "Can't access your barcode right now. Please try again later. We're sorry for the inconvenience." So I checked the email confirmation and it said to stop by with ID to pick up my item. Did that. Went to Order Pickup and explained to the two staffers that the website had glitched and wouldn't give me a barcode. "Oh!" they said, "Just bring up the confirmation in the app!" Nope, no can do. My phone is fifteen years old. It doesn't do APPs. But I tell them what it is, and there's only one in the store, and it's in my name, and I have ID. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. They tell me I might be picking up someone else's order. Um, excuse me... but didn't you hear what I said? I've told you exactly what it is, whose name it's in, and I have ID. NOPE, must have a barcode or open the app, they tell me. And they were TOTALLY unwilling to do anything else to help. I had an extremely uncomfortable experience at the customer service desk that I feel compelled to share. I went to the customer service area to ask whether an item I had accidentally left in my cart might have been turned in after another customer found it. I explained that I knew it was a long shot, but I simply wanted to check before repurchasing the item. I showed the associate a picture of what I was looking for. He was kind and understanding and told me they would check in the back. After waiting, a woman approached me with a wheeled cart and asked if I had a question. I explained that I was already being helped. She responded, "Yeah, he told me you had a question." The associate who had initially helped me then came over, and I explained the situation again. At that point, she told me that no one was available to help me and that I would need to leave my personal information so their loss prevention agency could review the cameras to determine "if" the item had actually been left in the cart and they would investigate what actually happened. I was surprised and asked, "An agency?" I had simply come in hoping to quickly check whether the item had been found. She then asked for my receipt and repeated the explanation quickly and in a tone that I found unnecessarily dismissive. I pulled up my receipt, and she said, "Show him." I turned toward the person she was referring to, and by the time I turned back, she had already walked away. I was unable to get her name because she was not approachable and left the interaction feeling very uncomfortable. I completely understand that loss prevention is a serious concern for any retailer. However, there was nothing about my interaction that should have made me feel as though I was being treated like I was lying or attempting to take something from the store. I was simply asking if an item another customer had found had possibly been turned in. The associate who initially helped me had a long line by this point, so I waited off to the side. I eventually got a brief opportunity to tell him that I did not want to make a big deal out of the situation and that I would simply repurchase the item. He said okay. What should have been a simple question turned into an extremely awkward and uncomfortable experience. Unfortunately, this interaction has made me feel like I can no longer comfortably approach the customer service desk to ask questions. I already feel uncomfortable bringing reusable bags into the store because I have experienced being followed or questioned, and this situation only reinforced that feeling. I believe customer service should be handled with professionalism and respect, even when loss prevention procedures are involved. There was a much more respectful way to handle this situation without making a customer feel suspicious or unwelcome. Because of this experience, I do not plan to return to this Target. It is disappointing to leave feeling this way over something that could have been handled with a simple, courteous explanation. read more

This Target is not a bad store. My only gripe is that some of the cashiers won't bag your items if you bring your own bags, which is a hassle when you have a lot of items and a long line behind you. However, they will bag items if you're purchasing bags. I don't understand why they do that, you're literally doing the same thing. One of the HUGEST Targets that I've ever been to! It's in a super big shopping plaza with plenty of parking. I honestly think this is the first Target that I've been to with an optometry section. Lots of cashiers and self check out stations (huge plus!) and despite going right after the rush hour of work, it wasn't super crowded (despite being busy) and I didn't have to wait for anything at any point. By virtue of being one of the hugest Targets that I've been to, it has more things to shop for! The home decor and home goods, pet food and supplies, cleaning supplies, groceries, dollar area in the front, etc. had way more things than my local Target. They even had a more robust Halloween section that was set up earlier than mine too! Good stuff. A+ Target in my book! read more

The only thing I wanted in the clearance section was selling at retail price, and I kept trying to download the mobile app, but it wouldn't work...thankfully, there's a scanner nearby. Their items are a LOT cleaner and organized than Walmart's. Some of the makeup is 50%, but the majority of it is sold out. I wish they had more K-beauty products like the sunscreen sticks and smaller, prettier fake nails. The perfume collection also could be expanded...but I don't think I would purchase from here again unless it was significantly reduced. I hadn't been to Target in at least six months, but with back-to-school season here, I decided to give it another shot. Big mistake. I showed up with enough time to shop, only to find out the fitting rooms were closed two hours before the store even closes. No warning, no signage. She was so very nice and helped me from start to finish. When I went into the store the lady working the customer service desk, I think her name was Liliana? Inventory was decent at this location and is the only reason this gets a 2-star and not a 1-star review. During my shopping experience, while the associates were stocking the shelves, not one greeted me or offered any help. I was glad I was able to find and buy everything on my shopping list without needing any help. The issue I had was with the cashier on register 9 on 7/20/24 at 11:25 am. She was a heavier-set 30-something year old with a nasty attitude and very snippy. There was a manufacturer's coupon attached on a Califia Farms plant based milk. She scanned it and it didn't work. She said, "We don't take this coupon at Target." I didn't want to argue with her, but why the hell would you sell an item at Target and have the coupon attached to the item if "Target" doesn't accept it? Defies all common sense. She just threw the coupon aside instead of trying to work around it like I have seen at other Target locations. The point is, she did not have to honor the coupon, but just the sheer fact that she did not want to make any effort to try tells me that she is a lazy employee that does the bare minimum to get by in life. I couldn't care less about the amount I could have saved with the coupon applied to the purchase. At the end, I paid with Apple Pay and she stated I still owed another $.53. Whatever. So I proceeded to pay again with Apple Pay and she stated, "You can't pay with the same card again." So, this time I pay with a different card through Apple Pay again. I told her, "This is not fraud." Why the hell can I not pay with the same card again? Since this is not the regular Target I normally shop at, I am guessing this location must encounter a lot of fraudulent transactions??? I noticed they did not have self-checkout stations either, possibly due to high fraud. Not only was this cashier snippy, she threw my stuff in the bags I brought to use. She even tore a hole in one of my bags and threw my sanitizing wipes so hard that one of the containers was dented. I noticed the dent as I was loading my items into my car. At this point I was fuming, so I walked back into the store to the returns area and told the guy that I needed to replace the Clorox wipes because the cashier dented it. He said, "No problem." Again, it's not about the hole in the bag, but it's the principle. This employee is lazy and doesn't belong in customer service. First, No one picks up the phone in any of there departments on the weekend. Even the pharmacy has no way of reaching Target managers. I tried multiple departments when I had a negative interaction with the male staff member picture below who was working the same shift at 5pm 2/26 as Raquel (she gave me her name since he wouldn't) The picture below includes a male worker that really shouldn't be handling drive up orders. I understand that Target drive up was taking a while- when I tried to stop him to inquire, he snapped at me to tell me they were understaffed and rolled his eyes. I've done hundreds of pick up orders and am very patient. I had my coming to the store 10-15 min before and then was waiting for 10-15....I only askedhim because delivered to multiple people who arrived way after me.. He shut me down saying it was only him- just cutting me off. It was unprofessional and unnecessary- I knew he wasn't going to come back with my order any time soon from his attitude alone. He was angry and I was pretty sure petty so I was going to be sitting there extra long. First I was annoyed at his behavior but the I decided to be sympathetic and tried calling management to see if they could find someone to help him so he didn't snap at patrons. One star for the Starbucks. Bought a drink and never received it. Watched the 3 people behind me get their drinks. When I asked about my drink the girl told the other worker that I hadn't been waiting that long. Rude!!! Juliet and Jocelyn talked shit while I was walking away to go to guest services because they refused to give me a refund and I had to go get a receipt that they didn't give me one and said they wouldn't do anything without a receipt. Recently did a pick up order at this location the day before Christmas Eve . And as I expected the wait was long both inside and outside for the buy online pick up in store options , which is understandable. The team working outside was outstanding, trying their very best to meet customer needs in a timely fashion while also answering customer questions even though customers became impatient . It was cold, store hours were going to conclude within 30 mins, my wait time was an hr. And half and the entire time only 2 employees were outside trying to fulfill bopis orders . All 16 waiting spaces were taken and others began to park non - bopis parking slots . Unfortunately most of these orders were not going to be completed due to the lack of coverage. This is a reflection of the management at this location, this Target desperately needs to improve their customer experience and the only way to do so is with the management team . So if you have more than ten items don't go here. Don't really know if that's a corporate policy or just the store policy. Wanted to order some items that I needed quickly. I have used Walmart, Von's and now even Amazon Fresh but none of them give you the quick service Target does. Their prices are very competitive and among the lowest in the group I just mentioned. I like all the services but it always seems that you can rarely get an order same day especially after 3:30 PM. I placed my order at 4:30 PM and picked up before 6:00 PM. The people that were working the Drive Up area came to my window as soon as I drove up and asked for my last name and code that I received on the app. She called my name and code into a radio and within 3-4 minutes another person came out and delivered the items into my back seat. Very impressed with the app, it calls out the color and model of my car and where I want it. Back hatch, either of my 4 doors. The search engine is one of the best of the group I mentioned. I entered 1% milk in one of the other apps and every milk and fat level came up and in three brands. Target was reduced to just 1% and several sizes from quarts to gallons. I will go to Target more often because they service their orders so quick. read more

I frequently go to this Target as its the closest to my home. I went this morning into an empty store with maybe 5-10 customers. 5-10 customers at 815am. Guess what though, the parking lot was 20 cars deep on the closest aisles in the parking lot. So heres my issue, what store allows employees to just take up all the good parking spots infront of the store? I get it the employees are there the whole day and they want to protect their cars from theft and theres cameras located at the building, but seriously these spots are for customers. This is horrible management, the manager should know better. Also, the quality of employees has gone down hill. The staff is slow. read more
