When I dropped my hard drive, Nate looked at it, did some diagnostic work, and gave me detailed information about the cost of doing the work and how much it would cost if he needed to send it somewhere else. He was very nice about it, and thank God. Eventually, there was a bent in the controller, and with some manipulation, it worked, and I could retrieve all my data. The secretary advised that the only thing covered was the part, the labor and everything else was not covered, but no one advised me I would be getting that high of a bill and I am 79 years old on a fixed income. I think they're business practices are terrible and I will never use them again and I will advise everyone that I meet and will listen to me to never use them rip off artists again.. People should not take advantage of senior citizens that is wrong on a whole new level.
