For the laptop, PC, they were able to restore the operating system, and it got it back to me cleaned. Even the WiFi issue was resolved. Most impressive was my MacBook Pro. It had been dropped, so there was a dent in the chassis. This time the battery was not working. In replacing the battery repaired the chassis as well. They have a plethora of other laptops and monitors that are heavily discounted. I strongly suggest taking a look at the options and any repairs to breathe new life into your computers.
