Said since it was a 95 Camry, they didn't have covers and accused us of bringing it in that way. I had to text him a photo of what I was talking about. Come to find out, we DID bring it in with a cover. He had left it on the floor and never put it back on. It was an easy snap back on. But all this to say, yes, it's an old car, but it barely just reached 100k miles and sat in my daughter's grandmothers garage in SF for 20yrs. Teenagers drive this car. Why did the tech have to be so rude about it. I rather pay more and go somewhere with some nicer customer service.

If you call ahead, he does a good job spreading things out. Layout The other thing is flow. The gas pumps aren't too far from where you go to do the smog check, so if someone is at a certain pump, it's slightly more complicated. You just pull up and he'll bring it around so the angle is right. Fortunately I arrived when no one was at the pumps, so I pulled in straight. I don't know the going rate anywhere else but for me, it was totally worth the value in saved time.

If you just need an oil change and can do the minor maintenance and inspections yourself, then it will be a bit pricy at this shop (~$170). However, if you want someone else to do all that, it would be cheaper than a dealership.
