Attic Air came out and replaced the motors under warranty (30 minutes of work) and charged me a ridiculous amount of money that equals $1,300 per hour. They had the motors out already when I got the price. I was between a rock & a hard place, so I had to pay. What's more is they should have replaced the motors with what I purchased in the first place still offered with a lifetime warranty. They did not. All I have now is a 1 year warranty on the motors. A local electrician at $200 an hour would do the same work. The motors are $89. Had I known the price ahead of time I would have not had Attic Air do the work. Attic Air will likely return the motors to the manufacture and get two free motors. Clever. I do not recommend this company.

While he was there to provide the quote, he noticed the kitchen floor was really cold (he took off his shoes when he entered the house). He pulled out his thermal camera and we saw the floor was 30-40F! I had noticed that area of the kitchen was cold in winter, but didn't realize it was coming from the floor, where kitchen is cantilevered out past the foundation wall. He proposed insulating the cantilevered area with spray foam, and then said he could insulate all the rim joists in the basement for the same price. A week or so later, while he was onsite doing the insulating, I mentioned I was going to finish the basement later in the year, and expected to use 3 inch foam panels. He suggested using spray foam instead since that would give me a few inches more space in the room. He gave me a price and I said I'd think about it. As I thought about it, I realized getting a few more inches in the room, and also getting a better sealing product would be worth it, and would save me many hours of labor and a lot of material costs. In summer, I started work on the basement project, and once I had the framing up and electrical roughed in, I called (now July) to schedule the spray foam. Randy honored the price from January, scheduled the job quickly, and it looks great! Something I especially appreciate about Randy and Paragon is that the guy who quotes the job actually does the job; it's not some sales guy, it's the owner who quotes AND does the work! Because of that, any questions get answered and you know exactly who is accountable for quality and completion. I did get other quotes for the attic, and Paragon was very competitive. We called the company to discuss the issue and try to get it resolved, but were passed around from person to person without receiving a resolution. Multiple callbacks were promised, but never made. We were told someone would come out to look at the damage two times and no one has shown up. We were also told there was "no way" they caused the damage, without any further discussion or follow-up. Also, we were told we would receive pictures of the work that was completed, but never received the pictures. We still have not received any documentation of the work completed even after multiple requests. Due to the small entryway into our attic, it is difficult to get up into it ourselves. Overall, we are extremely disappointed with the lack of communication, follow-through, and customer service after spending a significant amount of money with the company.

He took my money, had a couple guys do some pounding on my roof, put on some vent covers, didn't complete half of what was to be done, and never returned as he said he would. I'm not sure what his basis is for who he treats properly and who he doesn't but I absolutely would not recommend his services. Every piece of my gutter he replaced, still leaks and the gutters overflow worse than they did before he touched them. I reached out to him and received an excuse about him having health issues. He said he'd be back out to resolve the issues. That was March 2nd, 2026. I haven't seen Bob, but I do see posts stating he's been working on other homes. The disrespect is amazing. It's a good thing I have all of our text messages saved because this guy robbed me. Don't believe these reviews. I don't know who's writing them but I can't imagine receiving topnotch service from a guy who didn't resolve any issues and ran away with a woman's money.
