I asked the owner a few questions and learned that that his 1200 seat upholstery wouldn't be done to match the original perfed leather. Who wants a hack job on an Acura or any other car? I asked how much to install a factory original that I would provide. He quoted $400. All of this pricing was prepandemic. I just forgot about this overpriced hack until my former mechanic tried to get me to use him, once again. His prices are/were double the going rate. No attempt to match the original work if you have a high end vehicle with perfed leather. ASK QUESTIONS. Get your factory match in writing.
