I have been going to this wellness studio for about two months, and I'm quite pleased. It is a wonderful alternative for those of us that despise the gym with every fiber of our being. Revitalize offers yoga, Pilates, boot camp, Zumba, and barre classes. They have hot yoga as well for those that can endure it. The staff is super friendly. The prices are great, lower than many studios with specialized classes. They offer facials, B12 injections, and many other skin & weight loss treatments. Terrible business .. Owner refused to refund my $450.50 after not providing the service I paid for. She stated they don't refund but have proof they do.. After several complaints and emails for months she refunded $399 in a check that was from another company with name crossed out and they're company name hand written.. My bank called the number on the chk and they had no idea who they were and refused to cash it.. I returned chk and requested a full refund back to the acct which it was deducted. They after 3 months refunded partial pmt of $399. To date after still more emails and complaints I have yet to receive the $50.50 deducted . I will continue to report on any reporting company's about Revitilize until the deducted amount is refunded back to me. If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a beauty package earlier in the month. I called 7x and never got a hold of anyone. They called me back twice but I was in work meetings, when I called back an hour later, no one picked up. I contacted Groupon and they said I should hear from the business in 4 days. Oh and after complaining to Groupon again, it's going to take 10 days to get my $ back. Super unprofessional and no way to run a business. Run the other way. read more

I've been a member for about 6 months. The instructors are energetic, encouraging & will ensure that you get a great work out! The staff is very nice & this place feels like a second home. I've enjoyed most of their offerings & have been satisfied - this alone warrants 5 stars! Why the 3 stars? The air circulation is extremely uncomfortable and seems to be broken most of the time. Imagine working out with no fans, windows or air to breathe. Lacks amenities such as consistently clean towels or open gym hours to use the vibration machine. Would love to see other machines at some point. All of the things that I loved have been eliminated: the juice bar which was never opened & Zumba classes at work friendly times The Owner is nice but a bit disconnected to the members. Why cancel a full Zumba classes & replace them with classes that hasn't proven to be successful or are so new that doesn't interest members? Or offer several "cosmetic" services & can't deliver on them because folks can't track techs down. This place has potential but needs consistency and a manager's presence to really field inquires and serve members. Also, listen to your members... they keep you in business. We will see how long I keep my membership if things don't improve. read more

Classes that were once popular and were more readily available have been cancelled and/or changed. Other classes hardly anyone is interested in have been put in place. I would give this place 0 stars if I would. First of all, I purchased a Groupon for botox back in fall of 2017. I confirmed before purchasing that they take Saturday appts. Every single time I made a Saturday appt the receptionist would call me the day prior to cancel and reschedule. This went on until just last week. After my Groupon had expired they told me they would honor it since they repeatedly cancelled. When I got there they would not honor my Groupon I had to pay out of pocket the Groupon price to them directly then try to get my money back from Groupon for the Groupon that I already purchased which became expired due to their unprofessional habitual cancellations. When I finally received my treatment the technician kept whipping my face from the botox that was dripping from the syringe onto my skin with every single injection. I have never seen this happen and I've been getting botox for years. Needless to say I have seen zero results and have left messages several times with no response. No I one ever picks up the phone either. Don't waste your time or money on this place.They are a total unprofessional ripoff with amateur technicians that have no clue how to treat people aesthetically. Another update. I received a voice mail from Jenny on Saturday 4/28 asking if she could reschedule to make things right. To call her back to reschedule my service. I have since left 2 messages for a call back. I finally got the receptionist this morning on the line who was extremely rude. I told her I was returning a call from Jenny and then she proceeded to ask my name when I told her she rudely told me that I left a bad review on yelp and Jenny was calling about that. I told her I have a voice mail with Jenny, the nurse practitioner on specifically asking if they could make this right by re doing my service. She told me no that was not accurate she left the wrong message. I have never witnessed such unprofessional people that run a business. PLEASE no matter what kind of deal this place if offering, don't waste your money. They will take your money and provide you with zero results. The entire staff at Revitalize Yoga & Welness is AMAZING. The moment that I walked in I recieved smiles and great customer service. It's a one stop shop. I have been a residence of Pittsburg for over 20 years and I am so delighted to see an establishment like this in Pittsburg. I will cancel my gym membership because I no longer need it. It is comforting to know that I have a place to go to support me on my wellness journey. Having unpredictable health there are times I need to take a break from my visits. No matter how long I'm away I never feel disconnected. The owner Ms Genny always goes the extra mile for all of her clients established & new. If I have to miss a session (yoga, nutrition, massage, or B12 injections), she checks in & provides comforting out of office support to help me stay on track with my health goals. I really like this place . I was trying find a good yoga Studio and I think I found it . I used Groupon first to try it and I recommend that first. I try Saturday class at 9 am and the class was amazing . I like the instructor was not forceful or go around and pick on the student and try force body to do what can't do or touch you . It's been a month since my initial review, I still have yet to speak to the tech. As soon as I posted my first review I was called and advised I would get a refund. Again, that was a month ago- still nothing. Called today, same thing "Tech is not available, we'll give her your message". This is BEYOND unprofessional! 11/7/16 I am extremely upset with this place, it's staff & it's service. I purchased a 3 session laser tattoo removal package for a tattoo measuring 4mm. I have had 3 previous sessions for the same tattoo (at a different facility) & it was about half way gone. On my first session with Revitalize, I noticed no difference at all in my tattoo, I expressed this concern when I went for my second session. The tech, just brushed me off and continued. After 2 sessions with Revitalize, my tattoo is EXACTLY the same. I have been calling them for three weeks now to see what settings they're using because I cannot understand how after 2 sessions my tattoo is exactly the same, when only after 3 sessions @ the other facility my tattoo was halfway gone. Every time I call, the tech isn't available, they don't have my information and/or try to sell me a bs story. If I had known this was going to be the case, I would've NEVER purchased a package here. I just finished my last laser hair removal treatments. The place is clean, staff are professional and are very accommodating. I did not see much results after the first couple of sessions, so they adjusted my treatment and it work much better. They even went around the area a couple of times to make it I received the best results. I would recommend this place to everyone.
