I've been going to this reviv location for quite a while now and I have received every treatment available thus far and some of the treatment procedures multiple times, but I must say that this nurse that worked on me today was by far the best nurse that ever treated me and her name I believe is Barbara. She was so informative and kind and polite and helpful, I was extraordinarily impressed. She performed the procedures thoroughly which made the experience more safe and much more comfortable. As a result I did not experience any pain from the intravenous shots as I have done before. She also took her time which told me that she cared about doing her job right and making sure the customer, like myself felt more at ease. She also displayed phenomenal skill and knowledge and expertise (while I was asking questions) to make my experience far more knowledgeable than it's ever been which shows her confidence from experience. All of the staff at this REVIV location is wonderful and I couldn't be more happier with the results. Every time I come here I feel very welcomed and friendly because the atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing and positive. I never get any bad vibes or bad energy or any signs of discrimination and that's extremely rare being that I'm a man of color. I read energy very well. Btw I always feel like a new man when I leave this place and it's like getting new life put back into my body. I was just so happy with the performance of Barbara I felt compelled to leave a complement for Barber and the rest of the staff and I normally don't do this. Keep up the good work staff and I'm looking forward to coming back here more often to ensure my wellness. I was feeling run down and felt a cold coming on. This is my second visit to Reviv. The friendly receptionist Sophia remembered me. First up you will see the nurse David. He was efficient and made me feel comfortable while checking my vitals. Then you move to the relaxation room and sit in a massage chair. Then Nurse Paulina put in the IV. I love REVIV! read more

I've been to reviv a dozen times in Vegas and a Miami. The first time I went it was a horrible experience due to the nurse we got. She took forever to get us hooked up and kept coming into the room every few asking frantically if we were ok. Weird! The second time we went (3 days later), the experience was wonderful. I am writing this review a little late, but I was reminded to write a bad review after finding a good Vitamin Therapy doctor (Dr. Kalitenko) and remembering how bad this experience was. I came to this office for glutathione iv treatment. I was told on the phone that I could speak with a doctor there about any medical questions and concerns I have. I wanted to know about how many treatments of glutathione would i need to start seeing its effects. I get to the office, I must admit it looked very nice. It had a good atmosphere. The front receptionist was nice in the beginning. Very kind and attentive. However, after it was my turn for an appointment things turned for the worse. I sat in and they were asking me to prepare my arm, I was like "oh wait I have a alot of questions before we begin." I wanted to know what side effects this would have and when would I be seeing results. The women who was going to administer to me said "oh we don't know something like that, it is different for everyone." Then I stated "but...do you notice any trends from your other patients, you cannot even give me an estimate, what about the side effects are there any I should know of?" and she just said " I would not know that you would need to speak to a doctor" so i ask "okay can I see the doctor" and she goes "the doctor is not in" and then I go "okay I will come back when the doctor is in" and she and the front receptionist comes in at this point and says to me "you will never see the doctor, they do not come in and see patients"...I was shocked. I told them how someone (gave them the name of the person) told me I would be seeing a doctor who could answer all my medical questions. How am I going to let these random people inject me with something who cannot answer my medical questions and go on to tell me I will never speak with a medical doctor! So at that point I left and walked out, I do not recommend this place if you have questions and concerns. I am sure this place works for some people but just be aware that there are other places with actual MDs who can be giving you these treatments and even for a lesser price! read more

I went to the NYC location after reading the reviews and my experience was completely different. The girls at the desk barely greeted me, since it's a new service and my first time I asked questions and all answers were "it's just an IV". Then I asked if it's ok to take while I'm on antibiotics, in her professional opinion, she replied, it's just vitamins, it's ok! With that vote of confidence, I went ahead and got the Megaboost. I've been sick multiple times and the last one was very bad and I was going on a 10 day ski vacation the next day. Didn't feel much different, slightly more energy. I was interested in the slim boost of course now that I was there, asked how it's different than a B12 shot, the answer, verbatim! there's just more stuff in it! I'm a sucker for that kind of stuff so I took the slimming shot anyways. I think that helped with appetite. Some of these reviews say you feel immediately youthful, glowing, amazing. As my attendant girl put it, it's just an IV, don't expect a miracle. Hope they improve on service and products, at least add more info on products, it's definitely a great idea. read more
