We got the inspection scheduled just as fast. On the day of the inspection, Chris called me to keep me updated throughout the day. The only thing I would slightly ding them for is that they arrived pretty much at the end of the appointment window. However, Chris kept me updated on his status. Got our fireplace upgraded last November just in time for the holidays and we have had a winter and early spring filled with nice ambiance in our den. The whole installation process only took about 4 hours from installing the gas line, putting in the gas logs, sweeping our chimney and painting the interior box. They came out a few weeks later and got our nice new glass doors installed replacing our dated old 80s brass ones. So efficient and couldn't be more satisfied!

We brought a quote from another company to Russ to evaluate and get a second opinion. Not only did he come in about 30% lower than the competitor, he was honest and forthright about what would be best for our situation. He did not try to sell us something more expensive or a set that would not work for our home. He answered every question and allowed us time to discuss the decision between ourselves. When we decided to have them do the install, he was able to get everything done in a timely fashion. The technician who installed the unvented gas log burner did a great job. He protected our floor while working and cleaned up everything. He offered to take away the grate that was used for burning wood. He let my husband know all the details for using the remote, leaving the glass doors open, etc. It heated our entire house so well that we had to turn it off for a while! We are incredibly happy with the fireplace and our choice to go with a family-owned, local business.
