This is a must visit every time we come to Palm Springs. Great selection of clothing, furniture, books and appliances. They have free fentanyl testing kits, narcan spray and condoms at the front.

Happened to walk into the first Monday 50% off all women's merch. Wife is very happy.

Revivals is a place to shop where you can feel good - about helping humans in need through AIDS support, and recycling items to keep them out of the landfill while reducing the carbon footprint. The folks that work at this store are super enthusiastic about what they do, endeavoring to make attractive displays and know where to find anything you're looking for if they have it. Good moods abound in this store from the staff to the shoppers. Prices are great as is the merchandise; seems like they get some high end cast-offs from the locals. You can decorate a new place with many posh pieces found here. I recommend checking out this fabulous thrift store whether you're a local or a tourist!

    55" VizioTV up & running

Palm Springs store manager Kris is the reason for this 5-star review. Here's why. FEB 28 purchased a used 50" Magnavox TV at the Palm Desert store. It did not have a remote and the manager, Doug extended my return time to find a working remote online. After researching the model # I discovered they are not made anymore. Tried a universal one without success. March 2, I stopped by the PSP location and saw a 55' Vizio that would fit my space. I was introduced to Kris and expliained my conundrum. With out hesitation he agrees to take the Magnavox back at PSP, put the purchase price back on my card and load the new Vizio in the van when I picked it up March 4. Have been shopping Revivals stores for 10+ years. First time purchase of an electronic item. I heave furnished my place in early American Thrift store. The quality of donations and new items continues to impress. Store proceeds go to the DAP organization who does amazing things for many Coachella Valley residents.

    Vintage Italian dining chairs

Definitely the place to find housewares and furniture. I found 3 vintage Italian dining chairs for $45 that are listed on sale online for almost $1000. I'm a pretty savvy thrift shopper when it comes to clothes and have not found anything worthwhile (but I come from LA so perhaps different level).

Revivals, across the Coachella Valley, raised over $3,000,000 to pay for staff, space and health care expenses for those less fortunate than my wife and I. Most of the staff are volunteers Passing through the area we'll do our Thrift Crawl across the valley. This trip was abbreviated because we simply wanted to get home. We stopped here. We found a wide selection of items. We took a few home. I found a shadowbox.picture frame for showing off a few "Western Horseman" items. We found an old typing stand in excellent shape. We'll use it for laptop and later, IBM. Selectric storage. Like thrifting? Like assisting? Stop in.

Are they still sticking the price tags DIRECTLY ON the delicate art work, and gold-leaf frames? Lots of high-end donations are being badly damaged!

I've never heard of donation discrimination, especially when it comes to organizations like this. My largest grievance is the representatives don't have the decency to explain honestly what the reason is. Their excuses: 1) we don't have the CAPACITY 2) we are not taking USED items. Well, if you don't have the capacity, then there is no real need for this business in the area, and if you're only taking used items, then their clients are either very picky or they don't believe items are cleaned prior to donating. Yelper, if you are one that has a desire to help those abused and put out of their homes, I suggest to donate your mildly loved and barely used items elsewhere.

I haven't found them, legal aid does NOT go with you to court anymore ... they will only help you file paperwork for a divorce, but it has to be simple, the 15 min speak with a lawyer is absolutely nothing, they say if you pay 35$ you can get a lawyer, wrong! You pay to get a referral to a lawyer, and no, that lawyer is not free. With all the donations this shelter gets, you would think they would have better resources to help the victims, and survivors of domestic violence abuse. You can really tell how much attention, care, and work they put into giving their cats a good home. Every cat has to start somewhere, and STMM gives them a great environment to learn to socialize and adapt to not being in the dangerous situations that they were rescued from! I've watched many of their cats go from extremely anti-social to snuggly in their time with this organization. I have adopted two cats from them, and helped a roommate adopt one as well. They are extremely helpful and as long as you communicate, they give you a lot of grace throughout the adoption process! If you're not looking to adopt a cat, you're also just free to hang out and play with the kitties! I end up going just for a third space to do homework and stuff! I would've been happy to keep fostering if I knew that they were going to lie and betray me. I fostered Charlie and Lois, a brother-and-sister bonded pair, for two years. In all my years of fostering, I have never seen two cats more attached to each other. They slept together, comforted each other, groomed and were rarely apart. If Lois had to go to the vet without Charlie, he would become visibly distressed. The photos speak for themselves. Before they left my care, to go here I was assured over and over they would not be separated and I was extremely paranoid about it at first-but I trusted it in the end. I mean, I literally must have asked at least six times that they were going to be kept together and I HAVE IN WRITING they would NOT separate them. ...I would have NEVER had them go here if I knew this would have happened. I was also discouraged from visiting the first week which I now I find super suspicious. Despite that strong assurance, they were separated, and when I asked for them to be returned to me, my request was refused. THEY DIDNT EVEN TRY to get them adopted together!! Separating a bonded brother and sister was an unnecessary decision that ignored the bond these cats shared. I cannot imagine the stress and confusion Charlie and Lois may be experiencing after spending their entire lives together. And then look at the text message they sent me after going absolutely ballistic finding out that they didn't adopt them out together - telling me that they were not exhibiting any of the behaviors that I posted in the pictures. Ridiculous blatant lies. I am sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions. Based on what happened, I no longer have confidence in this organization or the commitments that were made to me. I also intend to pursue my legal options regarding this matter. Charlie and Lois deserve better. SHAME ON YOU ALL!
