I called Mercedes to see if they do body work and they recommended me to a collision place "they use". After reading their reviews, I knew I was NOT going there. I did a search and found a Touch of Class Collision. I called, and the staff was friendly attentive and caring. The young man who drove me to the rental place was so friendly and professional as well. Yesterday, 4 February, I finally picked up my car. It took a while but that was because the other insurance company took their time to get adjusters etc. When I got there, Gabe came out to greet me, they pulled my Alpine white, 300C up and I was floored. It looked like a brand new car, like it had come out of the showroom. Gabe explained the work they did and that the impact was much more that it showed superficially. The inside was spotless, the trunk, glove compartment everything was just spotless and so clean. This morning my dad went to charge the battery and he said even the engine is spotless and so clean. The body is shiny and brand new looking and they also left a tube of paint just in case:). I highly recommend A Touch of Class Collision. Gabe is super and the staff is amazing. It's here that you'll find great service and awesome people. Flashback to when I was first starting to drive and my 95' Chrysler Cirrus looked like it was nearing the end of its days. Our mechanic at the time wasn't the friendliest of fellows and basically told us the car was done for....until we decided to take it elsewhere. Enter J&T who not only were able to help in fixing up my outdated automobile, but kept it working for years after. Nowadays, I don't frequent J&T as often (we lease most cars), but every now and then we need an oil change, inspection, or...ya know, I hit something. But when I come here, I know I'm getting honest and truthful work from local guys who really connect with their customers. Whether it's talking to Billy, Scott, Scott's son John, or any employee, you feel like you're getting a group of workers who care (and care for your car!). Better yet, the prices are always fair and they'll do what they can to save you a few bucks. Overall, as long as I'm living local, I'll be coming to J&T Auto Repair and Rebuilders. They fixed the scratches on my car from a freak accident I got into earlier this week (wasn't my…read morefault). The guy who hit my car, recommended I bring my car here and paid for the expenses. It took less than a day for the scratches to be buffed out and now my aging car looks like it has a facelift. The mechanics here didn't smoke in my car or drive it around to waste my gas, which is what happened when I had to bring my car in a few months ago at a different place. Their service was fast and professional. The only downside is there is very little parking so when we we're getting my car examined I had to double park on the busy street.

(I use the truck for work) He gave me a great price on repainting my whole front bumper, repaired and repainted the whole right side of my bed and gave me a lower price then I expected. He gave me a price on fixing my tailgate and it was kind of out of my price range for doing everything but he ended up doing it for free when I came to pick it up! Even washed the whole truck and shined the tires. I would go on a Saturday morning if you want an estimate on your car. On weekdays the parking is pretty bad being in an industrial area. I have been to a few body shops in the last ten years and I was never satisfied. Im 100% satisfied with JJ&B.

The paint finish is extremely rough and uneven, with visible texture throughout the repaired area. There is overspray on surrounding panels, poor blending between sections, and the overall finish looks rushed and unprofessional. I contacted the painter about these issues, but the problems remain unresolved. A proper paint job should have a smooth, consistent finish and attention to detail, neither of which was delivered in my case.
