Can't say enough about the work Raul Rodriquez did on our 14 year old Travertine tile. The Travertine's finish was worn off, terribly scratched, had small holes where some of the fill fell out, the grout was discolored and some areas were missing grout. No amount of cleaning made a difference on the floors they were so bad. HUGE, complex job. Though I expected the Travertine would look much improved, I did not expect the AMAZING results. Raul cleaned the travertine, filled missing grout, filled the holes where the fill came out, resurfaced and polished the floor to a brilliant shine then sealed the floors and buffed the seal in. My husband's response when he walked in the door from a 4 day trip - 'What did you do to the floors? The floor looks brand new!' He did not know I was having the floors done! He is so impressed and said we will definitely have Raul come out on a regular basis to maintain the floors properly. Though beautiful, Travertine takes special care that they don't tell you about when they put it in. Now that the finish is restored, the ceiling lights reflect off the floors and the floors always look clean even with 4 dogs! For the last three weeks, we both keep commenting on how amazing the floors look. ... Now I am going to have Raul do our carpeting in the bedrooms. Thank you, Raul! read more

Sad to say, but it was the 1st time we had cleaned our berber carpet, since installing it years ago. The traffic area was the worst. Raul uses a special solution for berber & it's effective & our carpet looks like new! What impressed me most, was his accountability and reliability. We live out of state and contacted Raul through Yelp he was amazing to work with, took care of everything we needed done and met us at the house when we were flying in to do a final walk though. He complete all the work himself in 4 days and was timely everyday working a full day. He came back when I noticed a small area in the kitchen that needed additional shine and he didn't hesitate at all and was there within a few days to make the change. We were very happy with his work on our homes Spanish tiles throughout the entire 1500 sq feet that he removed the finish, cleaned and refinished for us for a great price which proves to us that the most expensive isn't always the best! RAUL system is the best ever .. the flex pipe tubing that attaches to his truck and the machine he uses is top drawer . my carpet was disgusting from dog urine ... it smelled horrible . We used Raul's service just once, as we were moving out of a rental. I wish I had known about him sooner though because I would have had the carpets cleaned long before. He was extremely professional in all aspects of our appointment. I asked for quotes through yelp from 5 companies, he was the only one to include both price and a potential appointment time on the day I requested. He stayed in communication and was on time for the appointment. It started raining (hard) while he was loading his equipment and he made sure to dry himself and his equipment before entering the house during his multiple trips! All in all it was amazing service ! Not having had any experience with cleaning companies in the desert, we relied solely on Yelp reviews and they did not disappoint.
