I spoke with her on the phone and told her the venue was 1-1.5 hours away and asked if that would be okay and she said yes. I sent her the address as well that same day, one month before he event. She didn't bother to check until the day of the event one hour after she was supposed to have been there. She called and said that she could not come because of how far it was. When I questioned her about the information being provided one month ago she just said that she didn't check. We had also confirmed a few days before the wedding as well. She then offered to leave then which would have had her arrive 3 hours after scheduled or come the next day the day of the wedding which wouldn't work for us. Very unprofessional and unapologetic. If she had told me when I originally contacted her I could have found someone else however since it was after she was supposed to have started her services I was left with no options and I was unable to have henna for my wedding. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Their deep tissue massage is very good! For me it was the right amount of pressure and the person massaging me found all of my knots and focused on them. Overall very pleased with this service. With their facials i really like their products that they use because its very gentle with my sensitive and acne prone skin and i love that they use a very soft brush to apply some of their products.
